Very good

Well furnished clean room, big bathroom and a shared veranda with possibility to hang up your wet clothes Very central location, close to the main beach and market

Before check in you have to fill out a form for all guests and send a photo of your document, everything is done digital, we never met the owner, on phone call she seemed to be short of time. No info at all about where we can use the voucher for breakfast...luckily our neighbour explained to us The room is not well isolated concerning external noise

Superb

Position in the real center of Santa Teresa which easy free parking. Property very clean and well kept

In general very well kept but it Would be good to have simple things such as clothes pins and a broom in the room to deal with sand and wet towels from the beach.

Back in a heartbeat

Staff were lovely and genuine despite the confusion, location absolutely ideal, room/s were large, modern and clean. Shower good, bed was good (altho 2 singles pushed together, why???). All round, I'd be back in a heartbeat.

Check-in was clunky, with phone numbers not connected and only Italian spoken. Noisy bar across the street wasn't a prob for me being a night owl and they do great coffees the next morning. Aircon unit behaved oddly (came on in the middle of the night), might need some attention.

Not good even for one night

- location - that we moved to competition - Angelique Affittacamere after one night. Price almost the same but standard 100x much better

- breakfast not available - there was no coffee machine that was supposed to be provided. When I asked the owner why it was not available, I did not get an answer - two plastic glasses for three people - mould in the bathroom - light from the street making it difficult to sleep at night, unless you close the curtains but then you are deprived of fresh air from the only window which is in the entrance hall - uncomfortable camp bed for a third person

The owner of property did everything he could ho help us t enjoy our stay, even arrange taxi for our needs. The property very good locatin has a private enter .

The location of the apartment was great- in the middle of Santa Teresa di Gallura, one of the prettiest town on Sardinia, within a walk from a beautiful beach.

Photos are deceptive: they are a mixture of two or three apartments and not everything is in each of them. The apartment only has one small window in the small hall.

The worst sleep ever in my whole life

Not at all. You cannot sleep here because of too bright light at night. Do not recommand!!!

1. address was wrong: you will receive an adress which is another side, not the correct. You will lose yourself on the street. 2. bad smell: there's a cheap diffuser it will kill your nose first, then a strange smell from closet. 3. ordered twin bed but there was double bed 4. light at night, this will turn on and off every 5 minutes, you can never fall asleep. You cannot even turn it off. Even though you ask for the help, owner is not answering about it. 5. they will give you breakfast location name without address, and you cannot even find it on google map. they will give you address when it is already tok late for breakfast. *** Only recommand for you who doesn't care of all those. Otherwise you will have bad nights during wonderful holidays. You will have dark circle around your eyes in the morning, have no energy, so tired, and afraid already of the second night. *** the only good thing was the location, but there are many other places to stay, try more to find another.

Perfect location in the city center.

The property was just in the city center, close to the beach and to restaurants and shops. The bus station is at 10 minutes by foot. The apartament was very spacious, modern and clean. The bad was confortable and in the room we had cofee, tea and water. I recommend this property for a holiday in Santa Teresa

The host doesn't speaks English.
