Little Manly/Spring Cove is an undiscovered gem right on Sydney Harbour. Great for swimming, sailing, fishing, stand up paddle boarding, kayaking, diving or snorkeling we even have our own fantastic Café/restaurant.
Take a short walk to the center of Manly with its shops, restaurants, entertainment and Manly’s world famous surf beach or take the Manly Ferry to the city to explore the may sites in walking distance such as the Oprah House, the historic Rocks area, Botanic Gardens to name just a few. Also catch a direct fast ferry to Watsons Bay, Barangaroo and the Pyrmont precinct.
Take one of the many ocean or harbour walks, including North Head, enjoying breathtaking views of Sydney Harbour and the Pacific Ocean with a quiet picnic.

As advertised, the apartment is amazing. The hosts left very easy instructions and the apt was immaculate. The views are sensational and it feels like u are on ur own private beach. The apt is vey well appointed and extremely comfortable. I wouldn’t stay anywhere else in Sydney! Having grown up in Sydney, this is a hidden treasure.

Perfect Sydney Rental
Lyndie and Mark’s house hit the mark in every way. The location overlooking Little Manly Beach provides a stunning view and an easy 30 second walk with direct access to Little Manly Beach. It is a 5 minute walk to the Manly Ferry and the local Shops and restaurants. Big Manly beach provides plenty of sun, sand, and surf and is a 10 minute walk. The house itself was immaculate and beautifully furnished. The kitchen was modern with top notch appliances. Mark and Lyndie met us at the house upon our arrival and gave a tour and answered our questions. They have been extremely pleasant to deal with and very responsive. Mark and Lyndie’s house was the perfect accommodation for our family of four for our recent trip to Sydney.

The Views!
This is our third time staying at this property and we are looking forward to booking again in 2020. The home is spotless; the views unbeatable; very quiet and cosy. You can easily walk to the grocery stores and to the shopping area, in about 15 minutes. Lyndie and Mark are the perfect hosts - nothing is a problem and their attention to detail is always appreciated.

Location Location Location
Once again, we thoroughly enjoyed our time at this property. It is very quiet with magnificent views which may make you want to sit on the balcony all day just enjoying! The walk to Manly is lovely; about 10 minutes max. We carried all our groceries; did not find we needed a car. It was lovely being so close to the Ferry which we took advantage of numerous times. The house is super clean; comfortable bed; very quiet with a beautiful private court yard. We loved the convenience of the steps leading down to the beach and the great chai lattes at the little cafe. Lyndie and Mark were great hosts and very quick to respond to any of our needs or general questions. We would highly recommend this property.

My husband and I were so satisfied with this property and with the owners attention to detail, that we have booked in for another 3 weeks. The owners were helpful and prompt with all our requests. The view is spectacular! Manly is a gorgeous little town with superb restaurants and cafes. The nature walks are magnificent. We would highly recommend this property.

Spectacular property with stunning view
The apartment exceeded our expectation in every way. The website doesn't do it just justice. The living area is very spacious, the bed was very comfortable, the sofas comfortable, the balconies are large and comfortable, the views are just spectacular. The apartment is very well equipped and very homely. It was perfect for us to sit out or in every evening with two very little children in bed and not feel we were missing out on any evening life. And watching the people and boats in the day was so relaxing. The back entrance with washing machine and space to leave luggage and a buggy and hang out clothes was just brilliant from a practical point. And it's literally a 10 minute walk to Manly via a very picturesque route along the wharf beach but just far enough away to be more peaceful and away from traffic. And to top it Lyndie and Mark had put up a Christmas tree and decorations and left the lights twinkling away for our very late midnight arrival which just made it amazing as we weren't expecting anything Christmassy and had resigned ourselves to an unchristmassy Christmas this year. Additionally they had arranged not just 2 travel cots but two actual cots which made all the difference to our two boys sleeping. Travel cots are fine short term but they definitely slept better for real cots and mattresses. We were so pleased we chose to stay here. Worth every penny.

Great position and spacious comfort
Our family of 4 stayed in this apartment for 10 days. It is situated in a very convenient location within easy walking distance to Manly Wharf (incl the ferry), The Corso (shops and restaurants aplenty), Manly & Shelley Beach. A real bonus is having Little Manly Beach literally right below the apartment and reached via garden gate access so that this becomes your "swimming pool". The apartment is well equipped and spacious, the owners were pleasant to deal with. We would happily recommend staying here.

Stunning apartment
The apartment has everything you could need for a wonderful beach holiday with all the great food and shopping options of Manly. We loved the direct access to Little manly beach, the quiet neighbourhood and the great cafes and bars within walking distance.

We were met on arrival, made very welcome and introduced to the many amenities of the area.

Little Manly Cove Gem!
Little Manly Cove is a great little beach for families with small children and the position of this apartment, with glorious views over the water and beach access from the bottom of the garden, is hard to beat. Little Manly Cafe is very nice for lunch or a snack and there is a playground for the kids in the parkland above the cove. The apartment is extremely well equipped and given we stayed over Christmas, we were very pleased to find it so nicely decorated by the owners. The owners also found us a cot for our youngest, which was much appreciated. Manly Wharf is a short 10 minute walk over the hill and we found it easy to catch a ferry to Taronga Zoo or Circular Quay. Coles Supermarket is in town and it pays to have a car for significant grocery shopping; however, the corner shop on Addison Road is actually pretty well stocked for essentials and a bit more. Lots of local restaurants deliver and it's easy to make use of the great barbecue on the balcony regularly. There's no pool but it's not hard to pop down for a dip at the beach, especially early or later in the day when it's quieter. Families with small children should note that there are no curtains/blinds on some of the bedroom windows so generally our days started very early (~5.30am!) Overall we had a most enjoyable week and we will definitely consider staying here again on our next holiday in Sydney.

My husband, baby daughter and I stayed here for two weeks over New Year 2012/2013. The owners were incredibly helpful throughout the booking process and once we arrived at the property we were not disappointed. It is a stunning location, right on the Little Manly beach and we were able to walk down to the beach every day via the steps at the bottom of the garden. The property itself is fantastic with everything you need for your stay. The living space is very flexible and spacious and all done to a very high quality.We found that we didn't need to go anywhere else! We either went down to the beach with its fantastic beach cafe, or into Manly or we just got food in from the Coles supermarket in Manly and then our friends and relations came to us and we had BBQs on the balcony with its stunning views, which when you have a eight month old was perfect. It is a steep walk up from Manly so it pays to have a car (parking space provided) if you are going to the supermarket! The garden is a shared space with the three others flats but you can book to use it and we did just that for a lovely BBQ with our family on New Years Day. We saw the downstairs flat owners a few times and they were very friendly and welcoming but overall the flat is a really quiet block and you are not disturbed by anyone at all.It is about a ten minute walk down to the ferry so if you do want to get out and about to the rest of Sydney it is well placed for that. Would definitely recommend the property wholeheartedly and Lyndie and Mark are very helpful and friendly.
