This condo is located in downtown Gruene, walking distance to everything!
*Monthly reservations during our popular winter months (January, February, and March) MUST be booked from the 1st to the 1st.
**Remaining off-season monthly stays must be booked for a FULL month (i.e. 1st to the 1st, 6th to the 6th, 27th to the 27th, etc)
We stock the property with all basic kitchen utensils (dishes, glassware, flatware, pots, and pans). Our cleaning company provides a starter pack of toilet paper (2 rolls per restroom), paper towels (2 rolls in the kitchen), sponge (1), trash bags (3), dishwasher tablets (3), bar soap (1 per restroom), make-up wipes (2 per restroom), hand soap in the restrooms, and dish soap in the kitchen. We supply enough bath towels for the maximum occupancy of the unit, and half the guest count for hand towels and wash cloths. There is a washer and dryer in the unit for you to use at your convenience! We recommend for guests to bring any food, toiletries, and beach towels they may need during their stay!
The cleaning fee covers the cost for cleaning to come in, and flip the unit for the next arrival, especially during the summer when we have a four-hour turnover time. While the cost may seem high to some, this includes the starter pack of supplies in the unit, washing all of the linens and towels, and completely cleaning and sanitizing the unit for the next guests arrival. This is why we kindly ask you to remove all trash, run the dishwasher, and just put the linens and towels in a pile. If these items are not completed, it then causes the cleaning crew to spend extra time doing these tasks, which we have to charge the guest for. By the guests completing these tasks, and not leaving the unit excessively dirty, we are able to get cleaning in and out during the four hour turnover, and this is also how we are able to accommodate early check-ins! While this may not always be the case (sometimes we may have 20-40 turnovers in one day), we strive to accommodate guests and their schedules within reason, to allow you to have an enjoyable stay!
With any excessively dirty unit (excessive pet hair, vomit, stained sheets, stained towels, confetti/glitter, etc), we will have to charge the guest the additional cleaning. This happens very rarely, we just ask you be respectful of the property, as if it were your own home :).
No smoking
Dogs permitted with a $50 pet fee per pet, max 2 dogs. No puppies or aggressive breeds. Dogs only, no cats or other animals. Pets will not be allowed on furniture, and excessive barking will not be tolerated. Please clean up after your pet, and keep leashed at all times. Pet(s) will be approved by a representative of My NB Vacation prior to arrival (please let us know as soon as booking is made).

-Renting party must be 23 or older (all members of the group must be 23yrs of age or older, unless there's a parent/guardian present during the entirety of the stay).
-Must sign Rental Agreement prior to receiving check-in details- please let us know if you'd like a copy before booking (we can't attach)
-If booked on the same day or weekend, please call After-Hours # provided, as we can access our phone quicker than AirBNB
-No day visitors (10 guests-max occupancy- occupancy includes children)
-Bracelets are given for the max occupancy of the unit. These are to be worn to use the amenities on property.
-Max parking- 2 cars (in designated spots, towing will be enforced by a 3rd party company which unfortunately we have no control over- please use parking permits provided upon arrival)
-For stays over 28 days- max 1 guest per bedroom
-Monthly reservations during our popular winter months (January, February, and March) MUST be booked from the 1st to the 1st.

Spent two nights in this property. Property is in a great location close to Gruene Hall and on the Guadalupe River. Nice restaurant is next door also. The only negative to this property is the bathrooms are outdated with poor water pressure in the showers.

Family River Getaway
Check in and out were easy. Condo was within walking distance of everything we wanted to do in Gruene. We had three generations of family and everyone enjoyed their stay. We were a little disappointed with our river access ( a little difficult for youngest and oldest ), not enough towels for our group of 9, ran out of toilet paper, and the upper bunk double bed had to be moved to living room floor after the first night because the metal bunk bed wasn’t steady (squeaked all night and was very rickety). We were able to deal with all issues and didn’t contact anyone about problems, so we’re not sure how the service to fix problems would have been. Again - we moved the mattress, bought toilet paper and used our own towels. Condo was very pleasant and we loved the patio. Upstairs guests our last night were extremely loud, but we just dealt with it. We would stay there again, but we would stay with 6 or less guests at this condo the next time.

The only thing that would keep me from coming back are the showers. There is no flat spot on the tub floor to stand, at least not close enough to reach the faucet. Shower floor is kind of canoe shaped. A grab bar or a better non-slip surface would be a good addition. As is, I counted it as a win each time I emerged with my brain stem intact. I think that I had more trouble with this than anyone else in the party. After I discovered the issue I developed a strategy that worked OK.Soap and shampoo in the bathrooms would be a nice touch. There was one small bar of soap in one of the bathrooms. It could use a deep cleaning. There was some dirt and mold(?) in the corners of the bathrooms. Excellent location, Easy walking distance to the shops and restaurants in the Gruene Historic District. We were there for a wedding and were within a couple miles of the venue and the restaurant for the groom's dinner. Enjoyed the view from the balcony. Nice area down by the river. We didn't have time for the pool, but it looked fine. Overall a pretty good experience.

this place was absolutely perfect close to everything in Gruene. We were in walking distance to the Gristmill and all the shops but of course Gruene Hall. I sat out on the balcony at night and listened to the music. Perfect place

Aside from the great location, management was the next best overall impression. They are wonderful people to rent from, very accommodating, understanding, and flexible. I would rent from them any time, and would recommend them to anyone. Great overall experience, and again, couldn't be more happy with the owner/manager of the unit.

We had an awesome time staying here for a bachlorette party! Loved the location, really clean and close walk to lots of shops and restaurants. Also just a few minutes drive to rent tubes to float. Couldn’t have asked for a better spot. Thank you!

Amazing, clean, and comfortable location!!
We stayed here the week of the 4th of July!! It was amazing! We were close to everything in Gruene. We walked and shopped all over town. I would definitely stay here again. I had to contact Kara, and she was amazing. Overall a great experience!!

Perfect Gruene Getaway for the Greens
My two daughters, two granddaughters (14 yr old twins) and myself had a wonderful weekend in this ideal condo. The elevator was a blessing for us to carry our luggage to the second floor. The view out the back was so pretty and the arrangement of the rooms gave us all some privacy. It was nice and clean with pleasant decor. The location was great for us to walk about (and walk back to bring our packages so we wouldn’t have to carry them everywhere!!). We definitely would recommend and can hardly wait to go back again.....and float the river next time!

The location was perfect! SO much fun exploring Gruene and so many things to experience in the area. We stayed almost a month and still had things on our list to see and do. It was lovely having a balcony to overlook the Guadalupe River and great not to have to hassle with the traffic/parking. Location is central to getting into San Antonio or exploring the Hill Country. The apartment is well appointed and fits 2-4 persons well (6 for shorter period of time). Really liked the door-lock system...made it so easy.

We travel a lot and use vrbo.. never disappointed.. condo was close to everything in Gruene.. has a great time. Owner very thoughtful, has a book on the entry table with all kinds of info for your trip. Would stay here again..
