Quiet condo with small pool. As described in the listing and short walk to public beach. Community coin laundry available. WiFi on the TV was spotty but otherwise it was a great stay.

We enjoyed being able to walk to the beach and the restaurant. We were a few blocks from the beach in a very quiet and safe neighborhood. The apartment was beautifully renovated and extremely comfortable.

We had a great time. It was an awesome, safe location a short walk to the beach and many restaurants. The condo was clean and the owner left everything we would need. The pool was clean and warm. Would definitely stay again!!

Location was excellent quick walk to beach and local attractions/ good restaurants. Unit was a bit dark and window units were a little noisy but unit was overall well appointed. No oven which didn’t affect us but be aware. Pool was very private and warm! Host was very responsive.

This is a very nice and clean apartment that is a few blocks walk to the beach. Sandra was very helpful and responsive as I needed to call a couple times including when I locked myself out. Happy with the kitchen functionality as I cooked a decent amount. The master bed was very comfortable and that's important to me. Not a lot of natural light but we were out most of the time anyway. It is also quiet at night, which is good.

We were very happy with this rental. The host provided detailed instructions for check in and property amenities, and the unit was very clean, comfortable, and welcoming. It was a short walk to the beach and a nice central location to restaurants. We drove to Hollywood Boardwalk and enjoyed a nice Florida getaway. Would recommend.

What a beautiful place! I brought my daughter and her friend here for their senior year trip and it was absolutely perfect! Very clean, beautiful landscaping, relaxing pool and had everything we needed! Very comfortable beds, well stocked kitchen and the wagon/beach chairs were so nice! Close walk to beach, shopping and restaurants and very quick to uber to/from airport. We felt very safe with gated entrance and the residents and other guests were all very friendly and suggested fun places in town. Sandra's communication was wonderful from start to finish. We had the best weather and such wonderful memories were made before the girls go off to college. Thank you for sharing your little slice of heaven with us!

Sandra's property was perfect for our girl's getaway. Just a short walk to beach. Quiet neighborhood but close enough to the action on the strip. Apartment was quaint and comfortable. The grounds were lovely. Beach wagon and use of beach chairs was key. Just be aware that the wagon is shared and for use on a first come, first served basis. Sandra was great at responding to all communication. Would definitely come back!

This is a nice retirement community. Most units are occupied with full-time elderly residents and do not like the other units being rent out. Very uncomfortable atmosphere. So, our 1 hour experience was sadly unpleasant, we left after 1 hour of arriving! Unit owner was very short and unaccommodating. Sad to say, they would not even provide any refund knowing we did not even use the unit. We found place down the street for less money.

So enjoyed our stay- a short walk to the beautiful beach and fantastic neighborhood restaurants! The heated pool in an amazing bird sanctuary was perfect for a daily swim. Sandra and Kevin were wonderful to work with. Can’t wait to visit again.

My family and I were in town for my son’s wedding! The place was less than a half mile from the main hotel. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! It’s located near great restaurants, the beach, and we felt safe! I highly recommend staying at this property!

Property was just as described, maybe better. Great location, clean property with well kept landscaping and pool area! The 2 bedrooms with 2nd having 2 beds was perfect for our family of four. Inside was so incredibly clean, it made me feel at home. Everything was just perfect for us on a vacation get-away, knowing that we were going to be out and about a lot. And honestly, it may be the beach cart that puts this place above others. So convenient for us not to worry about getting/bringing beach towels, chairs and umbrellas…it’s all there for you! It made it so easy to take the short walk to the beach. I know another poster mentioned this, but I almost didn’t want to leave a review because this place is truly a hidden gem. However, we owe it to the property owners to leave our highest recommendation of this place. Book with confidence.

I stayed at this property for a getaway with my girlfriend. The location was perfection. Few minute walk to the beach but far enough away that it was very peaceful and quiet. The landscaping is beautiful and the pool area is nicely secluded and very relaxing. The beach cart with umbrellas and chairs was easy to take to the beach. So great that the owners provide that for their guests. The condo was beautifully decorated and very clean. Also in a safe area. Overall we had a great stay and would definitely stay again.

i brought my teenage daughters down for Tortuga and we had the best time in Sandra's home! the neighborhood was chill and laid back and the house was perfect for the 3 of us!! everything was just as advertised and would book again!! 10 out of 10! 5 stars!!! we enjoyed it!

From the booking experience (outstanding communication from Sandra) to check-out (easy process!) we found Sandra’s home to be just perfect for a long weekend getaway! The unit was perfectly stocked with everything you would need and the beach decor amazing! So nice to have a pool to relax and lounge (please get more Adirondack chairs!!) and be walking distance to the strip for eats and drinks. We would absolutely stay again!

Great location! Short 7 minute walk to the beach. The neighborhood also has some cute restaurants and cafes close by, all easy to walk to. The space is perfect for 2-4 people and has a nice kitchen to prepare breakfast or other small meals. The pool area isn't huge but that's what's great. Very, very quiet. Would definitely stay again!

Overall we had a very nice time. The apartment is clean and well furnished. It's about a 3 block walk to the beach and we appreciated the beach amenities at our disposal. The bed was very comfortable. The linens and other supplies were of high quality. I am not sure what experiences the owner has had in the past that may have colored their attitude towards us, but when an issue arose we weren't treated very respectfully. The microwave did not work upon arrival. It is a combo microwave/oven and we intended to cook most meals. At first the owner did not believe me and it took a video to prove that it wasn't working. We then offered to take time from our vacation to get a microwave at a store so that we could at least have that. This is the last thing I wanted to do on my vacation, yet I was treated as if I was asking a favor. I even sent the serial and model number so they could get it fixed for the next guests. You can imagine my surprise when we were scolded and treated as children for zipping up our suitcases at 11:08 to leave the last day after letting in the repairmen to fix the microwave. I have not been treated like this at any VRBO, hotel or anywhere else. It was completely unnecessary and very demeaning. If you have no issues, this is a great place to stay. Hopefully the owners would treat the next snafu with more grace. As I stated there's a lot to like about this apartment.

Property is in an excellent location for beach and walking, very well decorated, clean, Tenants of the other apartments where very friendly, parking is convenient. Sandra was very good with access instructions and all other responses. Definitely would stay again and also recommend to others.

We stayed here for a second time after booking this apartment a couple years ago. The location is great, they hosts are communicative and kind, and the apartment was ready with everything needed for our stay during the Ft Lauderdale Boat Show!

We stayed four nights at this property and it was wonderful!! The apartment was very clean and exactly as pictured. It was just a couple blocks to the beach and within walking distance of several restaurants. Our kids enjoyed the pool on-site as well. Would definitely recommend!!

This apartment is A quick 10 minute walk to the beach with hotels, restaurants, and bars all right there. Quick Lyft ride from Las Olas with plenty of shopping and restaurants/bars. Location was truly a 10/10! The apartment itself was great, plenty of amenities and the pool was nice to have too, especially traveling with a group on different schedules. 3 very very minor criticisms: 1. The bathroom is a bit tiny for a shared space with no storage but totally livable for a 1x week stay 2) there was only 1x key for the property so we were constantly handing off the key or getting up to let someone in the gate 3) the beach chairs were a bit old, so if you are able to bring your own I would suggest that. I would absolutely rent this home again!

We loved our stay at .this property. Sandra is a wonderful host and responded immediately. The location is perfect, a short walk to the beach, a short drive to restaurants and Las Olas Blvd, and a short drive from FLL airport. Though very close to the beach, it is also far enough away that it is peaceful and quiet around the pool and inside the apartment. The apartment is nicely decorated and outfitted with everything you may need. The king size bed is very comfortable, and our son said the twin he slept on was good as well. The surrounding property is taken care of very well, and the landscaping and gardening are so well done. We can't wait to go back.

This was a great convenient location, just a few blocks from the beach and several good restaurants (I recommend Takato), but on a quiet, low-traffic street. Shopping is also very nearby (a mile and a half to the Publix supermarket and the Galleria mall). The apartment itself was very clean and well stocked with kitchen and cooking supplies, as well as plenty of beach towels and beach chairs. Sandra provided clear instructions on how to check in, and other useful information (like how to operate the TV, which is equipped with Hulu, Netflix, and YouTube among other services). One tip: the apartment complex has a coin operated washer and dryer, but many places in town won’t give change. So if you plan on doing laundry, you may want to bring some quarters!
