About this villa rental

Our house was completed in October 2005 we have spared no costs on home comforts. Our guests simply love it, especially the views of the lake with all it's wildlife. We are in a very tranquil location. The house is beautifully furnished, right down to a leather recliner. The master bedroom has a king sized bed and backs onto the lake. The master bathroom has twin basins, a bath and walk in shower. All bedrooms have walk in closets. The second bedroom has a queen sized bed and a full bathroom. The third bedroom has two twin beds. From the family room you can enjoy beautiful views of the lake and fountain. Our pool (electrically heated) also looks onto the lake and has a southern exposure for lots of sun hours. All rooms, even the pool area, have fans. We provide free wireless internet. There is both inside and in the lanai dining room for six persons.
No Pets / No Smoking.

Enjoy walking in downtown Naples or visiting the chic restaurants and art galleries of 5th Avenue and 3rd Street.There are nine public/ semi private golf courses within 10 minutes drive from our house. There's absolutely no shortage of supermarkets or restaurants within minutes from our location. The fabulous Miromar Outlets shopping mall is less than a mile away. The exclusive Coconut Point shopping and dining and Gulf Coast Town center are 3 miles away. The house is situated west of I-75 and one mile from US. 41. The beach is 20 minutes drive and Fort Myers airport only 15 minutes.

Property was as stated in VRBO. Very clean. lots of pantry items available for prepping meals. Sleeps six very comfortably. In a great safe gated community. Close to everything Malls, Beeches and parks to visit. Pool got a lot of use as our days were in the 80,s. Adrian was very easy to contact when needed.

This was our 1st time not being able to stay on the beach and we were not disappointed with our choice! Everything was just as beautiful as pictured. The Villa is located inside a very quiet/gated community. The pool area was perfect for the 2 of us. We would have booked if for March 2024 but unfortunately it has already been booked.

The house was located close to the highway and shopping. The owner communicated well with us and in a timely manner. Things were neat and clean and the house had everything we needed for our stay.

All was beautiful. Place was immaculate. Peaceful and quiet neighborhood. Beautiful view from the lanai of the pond and water fountain. Sweet neighbor next door with a quiet and friendly dog. Had a very nice week in the sun!!!

We all loved the place, especially the heated pool. Close to everything needed. Would have reserved for next year, but it was already taken.

The home was in a safe gated community with patio facing a pond and fountain. The pool was heated which afforded us opportunity to cool off and relax after a round of golf, of which there are dozens of great courses within a half hours drive. The roperty was very clean, roomy and comfortable. Adrian was super available and generous with his responses to our needs and followup to our comfort. We would recommend this property to all. The property is convenient and located in a nice gated community. Communication was easy and helpful. If you are looking for a 3 bedroom house to base yourself in while in this area this house should work for you. The bedrooms are very roomy. Amenities are basic and we offered some feedback on those.

Had an excellent time at this vrbo. So close to FGCU which was so nice since our daughters were returning to school. The house had everything we wanted as well as its own outdoor screened in pool. So nice to have with Florida heat in August. Would definitely stay here again!

Had a very nice stay, home has all you need to be comfortable. Location is perfect for enjoying the area and beaches. Close to Naples and Marco Island for day trips.

We found this property's location in Estero to be great. Two things for future renters to beware of is therevid only 1 TV located in the living room and second the security system requires one to insert one's license into the system every entry.The owner is great with redpones to any issuesThis property is a great value for the area! The pool was just the right size and much more convenient than a community pool.The location is very close to a number of great restaurants. Also a very short drive to the airport.Overall we really enjoyed the property and the resonsivnes of the owner Adrian!

I loved this place. We rented the place for a couple weeks and frequently worked in the screened lanai. The internet was fast enough for both my husband and I to both use Zoom for our meetings at the same time. The beds were comfortable. There is nothing negative I have to say. The owner and caregiver were helpful and easy to work with.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Furnishings were very nice. Beds were comfy. Kitchen had everything we needed. Spent much time in heated pool. The pump/heater broke but response was quick & repaired within a day. We were close to any shopping we needed. Beach was about 15 min drive with traffic. Gated community was beautiful. Really enjoyed our pond view with fountain. There's not much shade. It would've been nice to have an umbrella for the nice table. The only negative was that the house really needs a deep cleaning. Surface cleaning was good but baseboards, floors & corners are pretty dirty. Twin bed sheets were old. One set was so pilly & rough we couldn't sleep on them. We put the extra set on the next night. Elastic was stretched & came loose in the middle of the night. Went to Target & bought new sheets & slept great. We felt these issues were minor however & we would definitely stay again.
