Our stay was perfect. The house was in great shape and is located in a great spot of town to get anywhere. We spent so much time in the pool and really built some amazing family memories here.

I would like to say this was a fabulous house and we had the best time in Houston. The house was perfect and the owner could not have been more courteous and kind. We had plenty of room with all the beds and the pool was heated so we were able to enjoy it even at night when the evenings were chilly. We will definitely stay here again and look into his other beautiful homes in Houston.

Cozy and fun for everyone!

This place was a perfect fit for us! We needed a place in Southwest Houston to spend the Christmas holiday, preferably with a pool & an open floor plan to have our family Christmas together. We found that, & more, at this property with Alex. Alex is a wonderful & sincere host, & he's a big reason we will be returning next time we are in Houston. The house has three bedrooms on either side of the high-ceilinged great room. This large area includes a beautiful kitchen with an enormous central isl&, a family room with several couches, & a side area next to the kitchen with another couch & coffee table--tons of room. Houston has a large number of great & diverse restaurants, but this trip, we did our own cooking. The kitchen was well stocked, there is a Kroger about 8 minutes away, & we filled the large modern fridge to its bursting point for the 9 days we were there. The beds were comfortable & the hot water never-ending. We arrived during an unexpected cold snap, but the central air/heating did its job. But the jewel of this place was its in-ground pool, complete with a fountain & 3 small decorative waterfalls. We worked with Alex in advance & he had the pool heated for us when we arrived. (You'll need to notify him if you want the pool heated. See the details of this property for info). We spent almost every day in or around the pool. We live in Michigan & it was fantastic to soak in a heated pool, & on the warmer days, to lounge about in the sun. There are two grills on the patio, & we used them a few times for winter cookouts. Just being able to spend most of our time outdoors was a luxury we normally don't have at Christmas! :-) The place is in a quiet neighborhood, but it never took us more than 15 minutes to get anywhere we wanted to go. This included an evening trip to the Houston Zoo to see the Christmas Zoo lights, as well as a few shopping excursions, including one to the Galleria. Since we did most of our cooking & eating here, we did find a need for a few more pieces of silverware in the kitchen. Within an hour of talking to Alex, we had another full set of silverware in our h&s, delivered by his wonderful helper Beatriz. Alex checked on us a few times via text over the nine days to ensure we were doing ok. It was a nice touch & we felt well taken care of. Besides the quiet location, beautiful patio an pool, and the open floor plan, it was Alex that made this a perfect 5-star stay for us. Take my word: this is the place to stay!

Amazing stay. Everything went well for my friends birthday party. Didn't want to break any rules so communication with the host went very smooth.

We made arrangements in advance to have the pool heated which made our stay absolutely perfect. The host was very kind and accommodating.

First off... the communication between the property manager was excellent, checking in was smooth. The House was very inviting clean and had everything that you need for your stay... the neighborhood was quite and I would definitely go back to this property and I will recommend this property. I enjoyed it 👌🏾

Very clean place, everything was in good working order. easily slept 11 adults for 4 nights. Alexander was great to work with and responded to any questions we had. The Pool and grill were the highlight of the weekend!!!

This VRBO has great potential. Alexander was very responsive to our questions; the open living room area was very stylish; and recent upgrades (such as granite countertops) were attractive. The living areas and bathrooms were very clean. However, we also had several small disappointments that we are going to address directly with the owner. For the price of this VRBO, all surprises should be pleasant ones. But we also know our standards are quite high.

This was a very nice place the only downside for me giving a 5 star review is the yard needed some attention and grooming, but everything else was great!

Me and my family rented this property for my sons hibachi birthday and boy were we pleased.. From day one the host reached out to me to see if he could help in anyway to make our stay enjoyable. The house was beautiful from the beautiful rooms to the up to date bathrooms and beautiful kitchen we enjoyed it all. I contacted the host two days before the event to heat the pool and the pool was perfect temperature for a fall birthday .. I definitely will be booking again and soon! Thanks for having us ❤️

The property was really clean and nice. We enjoyed every bit of it. We didnt want to leave😁. Wish the pool was heated but we didnt remember to request for that ahead We will surely be renting again

let’s start off with the pictures DO NOT match the house in person ! the pool was soooooooooo small . I didn’t know I had a curfew for a pool I paid money to be in . It’s ridiculous to pay $30 per each extra person especially when they weren’t staying and when the house wasn’t all that and a bag of chips . maybe try updating the house before charging a arm and a leg . I DO NOT RECOMMEND.

Our stay at this home was ok, the house is at a great location but it does need some work. The back yard and the pool is nice. Alex is very responsive and very engaged. I thank him for his parting birthday gift. I wouldn't recommend staying here if you have guest visiting. Theres a charge for every guest that visit the home so make sure you read that fine print before booking.. This made our planning for a birthday gathering a litte bit uncomfortable. But at the end, we left the home with smiling faces and fonding memories.

Very nice house with a pool. For a fee it is possible to have it heated. Early April it was worth it : our kids had a blast. The house is nice, spacious and clean and the host is very responsive.

Kindergarten teacher needed a place to relax..... this place checked off All of the boxes! The kitchen was stunning! I've never been greeted by the owner at check in before.... I thought that was a really nice touch! The large soaking tub was perfect! I was very happy with my spring break home away from home and I have returned to Wisconsin relaxed and ready for the last 10 weeks of school!

Alex is a great host very nice and helpful! The house was beautiful with 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, huge living space, spacious kitchen, and a great pool that can be heated! The only thing I would recommend to upgrade is to have 2 FULL showers. Getting ready with a full house and 1 actual shower was time consuming. Overall I would definitely stay with Alex again!

My family and I visited for Thanksgiving and we thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. The property could have been cleaner, and we were missing a few necessities (can opener, paper towels) but overall it was a good experience. Great, safe neighborhood!

Booked & paid for my business employees & myself. Event was cancelled by City of Houston due to Covid. Instead of a refund I agreed to reschedule til November. Mr. Titov delayed & refused to process a rebooking by Home Away protocol. Said in email he would honor the rescheduled dates. Instead he's now keeping the money with no recompense. Unethical in my opinion.
