We had a wonderful week at Serendipity. The house was perfectly situated opposite the lake and had all the amenities we required. We had ample space, and the peaceful atmosphere was exactly what we needed. The children could take their scooters and play at the playground under our watchful eye — all from the front deck. We had a wonderful time fishing at the lake, and watching the gorgeous sunsets. A truly glorious week away and we can highly recommend this wonderful property.

We now absolutely love Smiths Lake. The house position is perfect for the children to go to the park, to go for a swim and the put the boat in. It's quiet, it's not to busy and we'll definitely be back. All of the rooms were beautiful and clean, and the kitchen was well stocked. We took two little dogs and they had a lovely time as well and were secure in the well fenced yard. Thank you again for our lovely stay.

Well maintained, beautifully decorated house that was very comfortable with a few extras thrown in (eg. cooking oil, bottle of mineral water, quality tea bags and coffee, light switches all labelled, and dog bowls). Lovely outlook over Smiths Lake and picturesque neighbourhood. The Host was helpful, and notified us of local events occurring during our stay.
Thank you for the relaxing experience :)

We stayed for a long weekend with my family visiting from Canada but missing Australia. Everyone had a great time and the convenience of the cafe location and kid friendly water made our break away pretty much care free. I can recommend going for a dawn Kayak mission on the lake. Amazing.

Staying at Smith Lakes Serendipity
My Family of 8 adults, 3 children and a dog enjoyed a very pleasant 2 night stay at Serendipity. The home is a well appointed 5 bedroom and 3 bathroom, easy clean tile and wooden floor home, located on the water front at Smith Lakes. Each bedroom contains a very comfortable queen sized bed which was made up with fresh bedlinen and towels soaps etc were provided
The kitchen is well appointed with lots of plates, cups, glasses, cooking utensils, as well as functional oven, microwave and dishwasher.
The tiled floors make for an easy clean , worry free experience, great for holiday living.
While there were three bedrooms these were not all easily accessible to all bedooms especially those upstairs.
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and gave the kayaks a good workout on Smith Lakes.
