About this apartment rental
Our studio flat (32 sqm + 14 sqm loft) is in the Budapest Soho, in the 7th district Akácfa Street.+ 4 FREE bicycle for you!
The studio is situated on the ground floor of a historical building and it is very quiet and cozy during the night, because the windows look to the inner yard. This apartment fits young people who come to enjoy night life, aswell as families with children.
The flat offers an open plan mini-kitchen/dining room, a toilet, a bathroom with shower and the living room with a separated loft on the mezzanine. On the loft level are 2 extra comfortable and large double beds(160 cm and 140 cm). The apartment is ideal for 2 couples or 4 friends but can accommodate up to max.4 people as there is a sofa-bed expandable to a double bed (160 cm) in the living room downstairs. In this case please remember, we have got one bathroom and one toilet in the flat. The bathroom is fitted with a modern shower, hair dryer and washing machine. The well equipped kitchen offers a stove and oven, microwave, coffe machine, pots, plates, mugs, cutlery etc. for 4 People.

Great sleeping, very quiet.
Cleaning fee is 30 euros.
We charge 15 euros for early (before 7:00am) and late (after 10:00pm) arrivals.
Security deposit is 150 euros.

Check out: till 11.00 AM
We meet you at arrival and when you leave. The apartment is normaly available from 14.00 on the day of your arrival, to 11.00 AM on the day of your departure -We would appreciate if you could inform us about the exact time of your arrival as early as possible and let us know in advance when you wish to leave the apartment.
No smoking

No parties or events
Check in is anytime after 2PM
We only ask to take care of the flat just like it was yours and also to respect the neighbourhood.
Strictly NO SMOKING inside the apartment! (but you can do it in the courtyard.)
