Ocean front, right on the dunes, hammock, and rocking chairs on the wrap-around porch… what’s not to love? A few steps until you’re in the water, and a few more steps to Crystal Pier and Oceanic Restaurant. This gem of a cottage has 5 bedrooms, and the most comfortable interior you can find. This is the idyllic spot for your family or friends to retreat to the beach!

Parking instructions:
Parking for 4 cars depending on size. Any additional vehicles that do not fit at the property must park in paid public parking.

INCLUDED: WIFI, fully stocked kitchen, paper goods, and ALL linens, including all bedding + bath + beach towels to save you the hassle/cost of renting them separately ($200-300+ value)! When you arrive, beds will be made with crisp, fresh linens and complete sets of fluffy towels will be available. Cooler, beach cart, and beach accessories are also provided for your enjoyment.

You must be 25 years or older to rent this property.

Please notify our office if you're planning to bring a pet as the following pet policy will apply: A maximum of 2 pets are permitted. ONLY DOGS ARE ALLOWED. The pet fee is $200 per pet plus tax. A pet fee will be added after booking. No dogs are allowed without prior approval and payment of a non-refundable pet fee, per pet. Undisclosed dogs will incur a minimum $300 fine plus tax. Violation of our 2-pet maximum policy will incur a minimum of $300 plus tax charge, per pet, plus the tenant will be in material breach of the lease, and grounds for eviction will apply. The pet must be removed from the premises immediately, and your reservation may be canceled with no refund given.

**Please note:  All service animals & emotional support animals must be disclosed at the time of booking to allow the agent to collect records and documentation to support the request in accordance with all state and federal laws. A pet fee will NOT be charged for true Service Animals.**

No pets are allowed on the beach strand from April 1 through September 30. Pets must be on a leash if on the beach strand from October 1 through March 31.

Sea Scape requires that all reservations have a signed rental agreement that will be sent to you via text message after booking. Once you've booked your stay, you will have 48 hrs. to complete the rental agreement to confirm your stay. Sea Scape reserves the right to cancel your booking if the rental agreement is not completed within 48hrs.

The Good: This location is awesome, the outside living space was amazing. Water views from both sides of the wrap around deck. Beach access. The check in/out process is easy. The Bad: There’s a window AC in the downstairs master, it wasn’t cooling so we pulled the filter and there was measurable dust, it hadn’t been cleaned in years. The main AC unit was struggling as well so we pulled that filter and it was the same thing. Plus there were seashells in it (the return is in the floor of the dining room). The floors in the house are just like your off-campus house in college, uneven and needing attention. The flooring needs fixed in the kitchen and they did it with clear packing tape. It’s unleveled and prevents the back door from opening all the way due to the floor bowing. 2/3 bathrooms are ensuites and that leaves you one community bathroom upstairs, made showering difficult at night or in the morning bc of others sleeping. Another big issues is that the community bathroom door doesn’t lock. We had to put a chair behind it to act as a lock. Also the upstairs bedroom doors didn’t lock either. There’s one trash cart outside, but unfortunately ours was already half full before we arrived. We had to haul some of our trash away not to incur charges. The neighboring properties have two cans/carts which is better especially with 11 people in the house. We felt like maintenance people about as much as we felt we were enjoying a few days at the beach. With all of the money this property owner is making, it would be nice if they invested some back in to the property, it would go a long way. So the good is the location and the bad is the house.
