A few days in Santa Cruz…

Everything was perfect : clean rooms, clean kitchen, good location, the staff is very friendly ! The garden is so beautiful

Nice hostel with nice common places to rest and enjoy. Clean dormitories, shower and kitchen. No problem.

I did not like the automatic check in.

amazing place, great location. very comfy beds

they have this strange system with codes to the rooms. and everybody has a different one. and some people couldn’t get in in the middle of the night because they stopped working

Wonderful family stay

The grounds and facilities are beautiful and cozy. It was me, my husband and our 2 kids(4&10), i do recommend for familys. The staff and other travelers were so nice and friendly. The staff is absolutely wonderful. The staff the day before were very accommodating to change our room to fit our family's needs. I would definitely book this place again over a chain hotel.

The only draw back is the parking. They try their best to accommodate with some parking passes, but getting a spot to use it is a bit tricky. But we made it work with a little time and patience.

Fantastic hostel with brilliant staff in an ideal location.

Beautiful hostel at a fantastic location. We stayed in an incredible cottage with loads of space and ideal facilities, and amazing social spaces in the hostel overall, the BBQ and fire-pit outside a highlight. The staff were all fantastic, Tony was incredibly friendly and made sure our stay was as good as possible. Excellent all round.

Wonderful, clean hostile with a fabulous location so close to the beach!

This location was amazing - so close to the beach and pier! Perfect option for travelers on a budget. Great way to meet other young travelers. I was out and about most of the way and this was the perfect place to come back to and get a good night’s sleep.

There wasn’t anything I disliked!

Beautiful place to stay in Santa Cruz

super pretty location in a lovely Victorian house and a beautiful garden. cute room, comfy bed, well organized kitchen, beach in a short walking distance. would definitely come again if we ever come back to Santa Cruz

Perfect! Exceeded all expectations. Staff was very friendly.

Everything! The hostel is clean and pristine, with nice upgrades in the shared kitchen/living space and from the rooms to the bathrooms. This hostel exceeded my expectation. Would definitely come back.

Nothing! Everything was perfect. The only thing I could think of is that the lockers in the bedrooms were a bit small, and a full backpack definitely wouldn't fit in it. The lockers could be used for smaller bags, shoes, or personal items. But the room felt safe enough for me to leave my luggage under my bed.

Surprisingly Super!

Clean, comfy, spacious, great roommates, safe, secure, attention to details, loved the gardens, the neighborhood, great kitchen, free fruit, tasty coffee. Sheets and towels smelled so good!

Not enough parking but not their fault. It’s street parking.

Very good

Location was within easy walking of the beach, food, and the light house. Lots of outdoor seating options. Fast internet. USB ports and electrical outlets by the bed. Shampoo/conditioner in the shower.

Cost was high for a single bunk in a shared room. They are cheaper in Europe.
