En Itinerance en Italie.
Petite halte Chez Gian Paulo.
Petite maison atypique et originale
Très propre.
Et Gian Paulo nous as donné tous les bons tuyaux et restaurants du coin
A quelques kilomètres, pour visiter les Cinque Terre.
Nous recommandons vivement.

The host - Gian Paolo, very nice, friendly and helpful man. Gave us many crucial tips about sightseeing around and Cinque Terre. Apartment at old stone house, but equipped very well, i.a. with Sat TV and air condition, in good point of village. In front of house beautiful view on the mountains. Really I recomend it.

Gian Paolo went above and beyond to make my stay feel like a home away from home. Not only did I relish our personal interactions, but the wine tasting he arranged and the tour of his lush vegetable garden truly enriched my experience. Sharing moments with him and the warm-hearted locals is a memory I'll cherish forever.

Great accommodation and amazing host! Everything in the house is as described and the host (Gian Paolo) knows all the best spots in and around La Spezia. We also didn't have a car and he very graciously helped us by driving us to the train stations or bus stations when needed. The location is somewhat far away from La Spezia but there is public transport available and the site has recently become a UNESCO world heritage site so it is a very beautiful and - at the time of writing - undiscovered hidden gem of a location. All in all, it was a brilliant stay and I could heartily recommend it to anyone!
This was not a problem for us, but you will be staying in a tiny house. We thought that it was very nice and comfortable, as it had very modern comforts, but if you need a lot of space it might not be for you. Also, there are no restaurants nearby so you might have to cook, again this is no problem if you want to walk or take public transport back from La Spezia, but if you want every restaurant to be within 5 mins walking distance this might not be for you. If you want a picturesque stay in the mountains, however, I cannot recommend it enough.

A little gem! I loved the quiet location in the hills and the ingenious planning of the place to fit everything one could possibly need into the small space. Gian Paolo was very helpful and gave me extensive insider info about the area, which allowed me to spend a great time there.

Great small town in the hills. The host was very helpful and explained the property's features very well. Very relaxing little spot for a night.
The bed was softer than what we are used to.

The apartment was perfectly equipped and clean. The surroundings are very calm and quiet. Paolo is a perfect host, we got a lot of good program ideas from him. Breakfast was also good, with a variety of yogurts and several types of sweet pastries. It is also important to mention that the accommodation is completely pet friendly, our dog also had a great time in the apartment.

Owner: Friendly and nice. Speaks fluent English. Very well informed and helpful. He provided all the necessary information with pleasure and stayed in contact in case if we need anything.
Location: 15 mins by car to La Spezia but still in the middle of mountains which was great. Theoretically, one can even go to any Cinque Terre village from here even with a car in around 40 mins.
Italian breakfast was provided and freeze was also quite loaded with juices, milk and Champagne on Easter occasion;)
Room: This is the best part because even if it's quite small; its wonderful and well thought! The whole design and utilization is so well that I was really impressed.
Shower and Kitchen: small but very well equipped with all basic necessities one can requite during holiday and to cook.
For me, the bed was too soft but I think this is very subjective.

There is so much to say about this charming little place! This must be one of the cutest studios we've ever stayed in and the way it's built and furnished is really brilliant. The host thought about everything and we really admired the genius that we went into creating this cozy place. Small, but had everything we needed, and we even stayed with our dog. The location is superb - in no time we were accessing Cinque Terre and other attractions. The host is super kind, caring, and helpful. We got so many suggestions for places to visit, including instructions on how to get to places. I'd highly recommend this experience to others.
The wifi is very spotty and slow, especially in the evening, and there is no cell phone signal - we didn't mind, just something that one might want to know.

An amazing place, not too far from LaSpezia, for someone who is looking for a break from the hustle and bustle of cities, a quiet, rural atmosphere, a very atmospheric place, the room- perfectly developed space, unbelievable, the owner who will make you want to return there again on the first day! Very helpful, human-soul. Strictly recommend !!

We had a very pleasant stay in this small apartment! Gian Paolo has thought of everything and one is often surprised what is possible in a small space. To get the day off to a good start, there is also plenty to take yourself (coffee, tea, yoghurt, sweet pastries, jam, juice, ...). And for the evening there is even a bottle of wine. We were very happy that there is a fridge and we got along well in the kitchen. Especially the tips from Gian Paolo are excellent and we are glad that we listened to him! For a trip to Cinque Terre, the accommodation is great if you like it quiet! You can really feel how much thought Gian Paolo put into this and we are happy to have met such a kind host!
