Exceptional property. Best equipped kitchen I have encountered yet. From an insertion blender to two toaster ovens to enough pots and pans to never run out and a huge refrigerator freezer. You even have a sake cup set. You will find everything you need here. All rooms have brand new (May 2024) ductless split type A/C units that work great. The house is spotless with an excellent floor plan. Large Toshiba TV (HDMI ports available) with Satellite and a Blu-Ray player. Internet is 40Mbps down, 50Mbps up with available LAN ports and 2G/5G Wireless. HE Washer and dryer in laundry room next to kitchen. All bedrooms are large with plenty of closet and drawer space. Very quiet location but near 7-11 and 20 minutes from Kutchan. Fujimi was an excellent host with great communication and response using “Line”. You need a car here, and the included van came in very handy. Pickup and return to Niseko station was very much appreciated. This is the best rental property in its class I have stayed at in over 40 years. I already booked another one month stay next year. Thanks Fujimi!

Enjoyed our third stay at Harmony House and once again, it did not disappoint. The home accommodated our group of 8 easily. The best memories were the morning sunrises looking out the front window while enjoying a morning cup of coffee. The van that comes with the home rental made our visits to the ski resorts, stores, and onsen so easy.
Thank you Fujimi for your warm hospitality! We look forward to seeing you again next spring!

Beautiful property next to a babbling brook - perfect for a relaxed nature getaway during the green season. Tom and Fujimi were amazing hosts, giving us a lot of wonderful local information we would not have had access to otherwise. Fujimi-san regularly brought us freshly harvested fruits and vegetables, and they were the best produce we have tasted. The van rental was an amazing plus - we were able to go as far as Shakotan and Lake Toya. Our kids didn't want to leave - we hope to come back soon!

The Harmony House and its wonderful host, Fujimi, made our trip. The 4 x4 van and accommodations exceeded our expectations. The house had everything we needed for an unforgettable trip. The fireplace and views out the huge bay windows made for wonderful mornings and evenings. The house came with heated floors, wonderful bathrooms, and showers, and even a massage chair! There is no better place to stay in Niseko!

We had a magical stay in Niseko during New Year’s thanks to the gracious hospitality of Fujimi and Tom. The house was nicer than the pictures and very close to Niseko village. It was easy to park at the resort on our ski days. The house had everything you need to cook a full meal at home and the beds were comfortable. Fujimi was available for any questions and went out of her way to find an onsen that was open during the holidays. Thank you for being A+ hosts. We can’t wait to return.

Just Amazing
Fujimi-san and Saori-san have been very helpful and attentive to make our stay at this very nice and modern property all the more enjoyable.
The property itself was very spacious, with an open plan kitchen into living area and big bedrooms and very nice bathrooms.
It's very much the perfect holiday cabin for not just the winter season, but any time of the year.
With access to a very nice van it's possible to travel to most of western Hokkaido which made seeing many popular landmarks and locations possible!
We are very to Fujimi-san and Saori-san and we really hope to come back to Hokkaido again, it was nothing short of an amazing stay!

The house was amazing and perfect for our party of 8 adults and toddler. Beautiful house and surroundings! Clean and all the amenities you need. Fujimi is a great host! She was very accommodating and helpful throughout our stay. She brought fruit and yogurt for my son. She helped my family arrange luggage delivery to our next destination. She even offered to mail a glove to our next hotel that we left behind in the van when we left. Super close to lifts and the use of the van made it extremely convenient! Would definitely stay here again!

Incredible house close to Niseko lifts and a short drive from town. The house had incredible amenities and Fujimi made our stay incredibly easy. Would definitely one of the most comfortable and beautiful places around.

Beautiful, spacious, warm, inviting home in serene setting. A dream come true really.
Great house and we were 7 people. Nice furnishings and really all that you need is there. Kitchen is complete and easy to use. Beds are cozy and sleep well. Linens are abundant and nice
Pictures don’t do it justice. The indoor scale of house is quite impressive. It is quiet and peaceful. The 4WD van is quite helpful and functions well

We had a wonderful time in Niseko staying at Harmony house. The house is close to a handful of good restaurants and a five minute shuttle ride to the gondola at the Niseko Village Hilton. Having a van included with the house is incredibly useful as well. We were able to travel to other resorts, onsen, and restaurants easily. The house is well equipped and beautifully designed. Fujimi is an exceptional host and clearly communicated everything we needed to know before and during our trip. We asked Fujimi to cater dinner on the night we arrived, it was so convenient to have dinner ready for us when we arrived and the food was fantastic. We had very high hopes for Harmony House and they were completely exceeded.

Lovely accomodation, we had a great time.
Thank you Fujimi san for taking care of our family during our stay at the Harmony house. The accomodation was well equipped with everything you need to cook and entertain guests and Fujimi san made us feel at home away from home! I would strongly recommend travellers to book early. ;)

We had an incredible time staying at the Harmony house. There are so many unique qualities to this stay. I would recommend it to anybody looking to stay in Niseko. Let me start by telling you about Mrs. Fujimi, the host. She made us feel incredibly welcome. She greeted us late night in bitter cold as we were late on our arrival due to weather. We even got to enjoy a homemade Japanese meal. She was there every step of the way and was communicating with me to make sure we make it as there was at least 10 feet of snow. The house is newly built, fully furnished, and comes with all kinds of amenities including a van. So make sure to bring your international driver’s permit. The van makes it super convenient to go out for shopping and food as well as trying different mountains. The house is located within a block of the bus station and A 10 minute walk to the Niseko base. I would definitely stay here again. Thank you Mrs. Fujimi for your hospitality.

We loved Harmony House!
What a great experience. Even before I booked the property, Fujimi was friendly and immediately responsive to all of my inquiries, and that level of communication was a constant throughout our stay.
After picking us up from Niseko train station, she took the time to present us with info about the house and the local area, with recommended restaurants, onsen, grocery stores, gas stations, etc., as well as answer all of our questions.
The house itself was gorgeous. Full size refrigerator, dishwasher, washer/dryer, bathrooms, closets, etc., plus all of the towels, soaps, dishes, cooking supplies and everything else you need to feel at home. It was definitely a nice change from the stereotypical, tiny Japanese hotel rooms in the cities, and had tons of space for our group of 7 adults to spread out and get comfortable. My favorite feature was probably the heated flooring in the entryway - walking in and warming up immediately after a full day in the snow was incredible. Plus your gear is dry and toasty for the next time you need to use it.
Having the van to use was a huge bonus. Knowing the shuttle stop was a few minutes' walk from the house, we showed up expecting to catch the local shuttle bus everywhere and not worry about driving in Japan for the first time (in heavy snow no less). However, it ended up just the opposite. We NEVER caught the bus, though we did walk to several of the nearby restaurants/bars. The van was spacious enough for all of us plus our snowboarding gear and was super easy to drive despite the weather conditions. Seriously, the van made it so easy to get around! There's no reason to walk to the bus stop and wait around in the cold.
The house is conveniently located off the main street that leads to the base of the Niseko Village ski/snowboard area (Niseko Hilton), and it's less than a 5 minute drive from the house to the parking lot. As mentioned before, there are some restaurants and bars nearby, but if you want more variety you can easily jump in the van and head to Hirafu, about 10 minutes away.
Our group loved staying here! Our only regret is that we were only there for 4 nights with 3 full days of boarding, and we weren't able to spend more time relaxing and enjoying the house and Fujimi's home cooked meals. Oh well, I guess that means we'll have to come back! Thanks again Fujimi and Tom!

Harmony House was beyond expectations in every way! The house was very spacious with great big cathedral windows, lovely fireplace with a view, perfectly situated in NV (2m from the Hilton) and a few minutes drive away from the slopes of Annupuri or Hirafu. The van was very useful to get around for dinner and the onsens!! Fujimi couldn’t have been nicer and was always there if we needed anything. Would highly recommend and can’t wait to be back! 5 stars

More than Amazing!
Right from the start of our interest in a stay at the beautiful Harmony House Fuji has been nothing short of amazing to deal with. Nothing was a hassle or a stupid question to ask, she always had all the time and patience in the world to deal with anything. Travelling to a foreign country with 4 young children made me nervous but as soon as our bus arrived at Harmony House Fuji was there to greet us with a friendly smile.
We walked in and were lost for words at the beauty of the house, the furnishings were of high quality as were the kitchen appliances, sheets, pillows, cutlery, tableware etc.
Our holiday would not have been 1/2 as enjoyable if we were not staying at the Harmony House. Fuji's catering that we had for dinner 2 nights was just divine and information about the local area she provided was invaluable. The van that was provided with the house allowed us to be independent and explore away from the crowds.
I have no qualms in giving the Niseko Harmony house a 10 out of 10 score, the best of the best in every category.
Thank you Fuji & Tom for the holiday of a lifetime!

What a wonderful way to spend a winter holiday!
I spent a ski holiday in this beutiful house during a new year holiday with my family of 6. The region is of course loved by many ski lovers from all over the world but this house really exceeds the charm of the region.
As soon as you enter the house, you are welcome by a beautiful view of forests ( which was decorated with snow then) and a part of Mt. Yotei if you are lucky through big glass windows and you'll also see a wood fire in the center of the living room. This is the real magnet of this house. It has very nice wood floor, modern furniture and is well equipped with almost everything you need even for those who cook themselves.
The van that comes free with the house is also very useful. There are a variety of onsen facilities to visit within easy reach by car to soothe the fatigue of the day.
As many reviewers wrote, I also think Fujimi is a superb host as she works hard to make your stay comfortable and is always on the alert to look after your stay. She even ran to the house to bring something we wanted during our stay. Tom was also looking after the house by clearing the snow off the path in oder for us not to feel inconvenient, which must be a hard work in this very snowy winter season!
We have apparently fallen love with the house and really want to come back. Thank you Fujimi and Tom!!

A perfect experience
A nice lovely house. 3 large bedrooms and a huge comfortable living room with a cute stove-like heater.
The house is very well maintained and carefully cleaned. Everything looks new.
There are all sorts of little things for cooking, dining, including those you may imagine and you haven’t seen before. It provides full functionality for living and having fun.
The rental house includes a six-seats van so that is easy to carry gears to all 4 of ski areas. Also, it’s easier to drive to supermarkets to get some tender delicious wa-gyu.
Overall, not thing to pick up with. It’s the best experience Ive got. Thanks for taking care of us.

HARMONY INDEED!
My family of 8 (6 adults & 2 kids) stayed for 5 nights in Oct 2017. Despite being off season for this famous ski town, the fall foliage was glorious…a nature lover’s paradise! Since the house comes with the use of a van, it was easy driving around to enjoy the sights ($5 international driver’s license). The famous "Milk Kobo" is a short 5 min walk from the house and is a complex of quaint shops and restaurants. You must enjoy the famous Hokkaido ice cream and the most delicious cheese tarts, fresh from the oven! There is even a small veggie farmer's market and since the house has a FAB kitchen, you can enjoy the wonderful produce, something that’s difficult to do in a hotel room.
This SPOTLESSLY CLEAN house is well laid out with 3 SPACIOUS bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms. The upstairs bedroom is the largest, so my brother and his family of 4 slept there, with 2 futon mattresses on the floor, next to the bed. Coming from Hawaii, we especially enjoyed the wood burning stove! There is even a fancy wine cooler so you can stock up on wine and sake for your stay! Fujimi is an excellent cook and you can arrange for her to prepare a meal for you. She prepared sashimi platters, sushi, a meat/potato dish, grilled fish and a mushroom hotpot. It was an incredible amount of food so come hungry! The house is managed by Fujimi and Tom, who live in the house on the adjacent lot and they are happy to make recommendations and assist you with reservations AND they speak English!!!
One last thing regarding transportation to/from Niseko. During peak winter seasons, transport companies provide New Chitose Airport (CTS) and Sapporo bus options. These are NOT local buses, but instead, are tour buses specifically for skiier/snowboarders traveling with luggage and gear. Since we visited during an off peak season, I hired a private JUMBO van through GO HOKKAIDO tour, which is tour company designed for English speaking guests, so emails were fast and efficient. The van was perfect for our family of 8, even with large suitcases. Without luggage, the vehicle would sit 9 passengers + driver. On our day of checkout, we hired the same van for a 6 hour sightseeing charter before delivering us to the CTS airport, where I recommend you allow an extra 1-2 hour there because the shopping and dining options are incredible! All in all, the HARMONY HOUSE was a wonderful experience and I would highly recommend staying there. Mahalo Tom & Fujimi-san!!!

loved the house. loved the service even more.
The Harmony House is a fantastic find. It was very roomy for two couples and could have easily fit 3 couples. The house is immaculate and the service (provided by Fujimi and Tom) is unmatched. Be sure to order at least one meal from Fujimi. She prepared one of the best meals we had in Japan. The house itself is a few minutes away from Annupuri and Niseko Village,, and it's so convenient to drive to using the van that comes with the house rental. Resutsu is a nice drive and about 35 minutes away. We can't wait to return to the Harmony House.

An absolute gem!
With all the great reviews, this house exceeded our high expectations! Cameras can't quite capture the quality of the house and the amazing view from the house. It was super clean and extremely well-equipped. The van provided was a blessing, making all our destinations only minutes away. Fujimi and Tom were such thoughtful and caring hosts. I highly recommend the scrumptious meals prepared by Fujimi, as well as Tom's wine collection which was excellent. Staying at Harmony House was most definitely the highlight of our trip to Niseko!

Harmony house was everything as advertised! Comfy and clean. With all the amenities you need. Fujimi and Tom are very helpful and responsive. They only live few hundred feet away, so they can respond to your needs quickly. Highly recommend! Tip, go for Fujimi's set dinner cooked right in the house, our best meal during our trip!

ELEGANT HOME AMONGST THE TREES
An elegant home amongst the trees that lives up to its promise of being a forest haven yet so close to everything. This new house is very well appointed, comfortable and impeccably maintained. Enjoyed the ambience of the fireplace, the well equipped kitchen with walk in pantry and the spacious bedrooms with plush carpets and comfortable beds. Ski lifts are only 5 minutes away by car (available as part of the rental agreement) and several excellent restaurants. The hosts are friendly, informative and polite. Would definitely recommend this home as one of the best places to stay in the area.
