G203 is a bright, airy, beautifully decorated, fully furnished 2nd floor condo with one bedroom, one bath. The unit sleeps 4 people, featuring a queen-size bed and queen-size sofa bed.
Military personnel receive a 10% discounted rate.
The 2nd-floor unit features a lovely balcony overlooking the beautiful indoor/outdoor pool complex. The balcony receives morning sun and is the perfect place to enjoy early morning coffee and listen to the ocean waves breaking on the shore before beginning the day. This ocean-side unit just a 6-minute walk directly to the beach via a private access area.
The complex amenities include THREE POOLS - a newly renovated indoor/outdoor pool and a second ocean-side pool. Also included are a newly renovated and expanded exercise room (open 9 am to 6 pm), 2 tennis courts, and multiple BBQ areas with picnic tables.
The unit offers two flat-screen TVs with cable, a Blu-ray Disc/DVD player capable of streaming from your Netflix, HULU, and other media outlets, and has wi-fi internet access. The kitchen is fully stocked, including oven, dishwasher, microwave oven, toaster oven, coffee maker, washer, and dryer.
There are several restaurants close by, one within walking distance.

This was our first trip to Emerald Isle and it definitely will not be our last. Pebble Beach Resort is located right on the beach. Hurricane Debby made an appearance during our stay and the red flags were flying on the beach, so we took advantage of the 2 outdoor pools and 1 indoor swimming pool. We chased the sun during the day and spent many evenings on our deck overlooking the courtyard/pool. Check in was super easy and staff were friendly and helpful. The condo was very clean and well equipped. We will definitely be back and hope to make this an annual getaway. We loved this condo!

This condo was very clean and bright, and we had everything we needed. The location is fantastic and an easy drive to all of our favorite things in EI. The pools are also excellent and were great options for our 4yo aside from going to the beach. The owner was a great communicator, all instructions were clear, and the price was also very reasonable. Our only difficulty was with the pull-out couch - we've slept on a lot of pull-out couches before, but this one was extremely uncomfortable for the adults using it - an air mattress would have been more comfortable. (We ended up putting the mattress on the floor and it was fine. It's the supports within the couch that hold up the mattress that made it very difficult to sleep. The canvas supports that hold up the mattress were very loose, so the mattress would sink, making the support bars cut across your back. An additional firm mat or padding that could be added underneath the mattress when it's pulled out might help.)

The condo was perfect for our little family. We have been to Emerald Isle several times but never stayed here and we will for sure be back. Everything was perfect and the kitchen was well stocked with all you needed to cook. Everything was clean and well kept.

We enjoyed staying here and would definitely come back. It was very clean, which is an high priority for me, and I appreciated the extra time the owner took to provide thorough, organized instructions. I also felt very safe in the Pebble Beach complex. It’s great for families, retirees, anyone who prefers a quiet, calm area. Nice to see folks of all different ages.

Well appointed one bedroom condo in a large community. Easy access with gate card. Easy walk to the beach and other areas in the complex. Glad I visited in the off season. Would be pretty crowded & noisy in season, but location is nice. Suitable for my trip.

We really enjoyed staying here. It was the perfect location. Everything was well organized and clean. We had both warm and cold weather, but even when it was cold the indoor pool was perfect, and the beach was close enough to go on short walks.

One-bedroom condo was just as described…maybe even better! Pebble Beach was a beautiful and well-taken-care-of complex with wonderful amenities. The condo was clean and well-appointed. This was our third visit to this property - it is a well appointed condo- we especially like that every time we visit we can see the improvements the owners have made. It is very comfortable for two people, and has virtually everything you might need for your stay. The only problem we had was the cleaning wasn’t up to par - the bathroom clearly had been skipped and we wondered if perhaps there was a miscommunication with the owner and his cleaning staff. This owner has been very responsive in the past and I did let him know to avoid similar problems in the future.

Kelvins place was great. Location was perfect being so close to the beach. You just have to walk across the parking lot and you’re there! My only complaint is that the bed didn’t seem like a queen. It was a little smaller. Everything else was wonderful!!

This location was wonderful, the condo property was everything a little family could want, excellent beach access points, two outdoor one indoor pools, close to grocery shopping and dozens of restaurants mini golf it really was just wonderful! Property was exactly as described we had plenty of room and everything we needed. Kitchen was thoughtfully supplied we made most of our meals on site. Owner was communicative and attentive to all of our needs. Would visit again!

We had a great stay. The location was perfect and condo/townhouse was beautifully decorated, clean, comfortable and safe. Would definitely stay here again. The amenities were plentiful and appreciated. Pool was wonderful, great balcony views and close to everything we needed. Loved it. No complaints. Wished we had an ice maker but definitely not a deal breaker.

This property exceeded our expectations. Everything was so organized and clean. Detailed documents were provided explaining the unit thoroughly. The location was perfect! Our close family owns a condo in the same complex so being there together was a plus. After a long day at the beach it was nice to come back to a comfortable, well decorated, fully stocked condo. Property was perfect for a relaxing beach getaway! Large enough for a couple, one person or single parent with child/teen. Very clean and so tastefully decorated with everything beach like. Pools were very nice, property grounds were very clean, well kept and colorful with foliage and flowers. There is no view of the ocean from the condo balcony and it is about a 7 minute walk to the beach however the walk is easily accessible via sidewalks throughout the property grounds. Owner was very easy to communicate with. No complaints at all, will definitely book with them again on my next trip to Emerald Isle.
