Perfect for honeymooners, empty nesters, and small families, the newly renovated Green Door Cabin provides modern amenities and a rustic feel that will satisfy the needs of anyone looking for a home away from home.

Designed as a studio, Green Door Cabin is best suited for couples or families that are comfortable sharing a single room. Between the king bed and the sleeper sofa, a family of 4 could comfortably sleep in this beautifully updated cabin.

A Hot tub, outdoor gas grill, indoor jacuzzi tub, granite countertops, and brand new appliances create an upscale and luxurious environment. Green Door Cabin also comes equipped with a 55" smart TV, high speed internet and cable TV. While the cabin is modern and up to date, the gas fireplace and wood finishes create a rustic ambiance.

Green Door Cabin is a 20 minute drive from historic downtown Maryville which is home to great restaurants, live music, and a small town charm that is characteristic of East Tennessee. It's also a 20 minute drive from the Great Smoky Mountains National Park with all of the hiking, camping, and scenic views it has to offer.

We absolutely loved our stay at this cabin. It was immaculately clean including the outside hot tub which we loved! The bed was comfy and the porch was nice with a swing. It is secluded yet in the middle to Townsend so it’s easy to get anywhere. Absolutely would stay here again

My husband and I enjoy staying in Townsend. It’s a small quaint town without all the hustle and bustle of Pigeon Forge. It’s close to Cases Cove. This cabin was perfectly located close to the Visitor Center and the walking and bike trail. It had all the amenities needed and was perfect size for two people. We even saw a bear cross the property and go up a gravel driveway. Would highly recommend!

My husband and I stayed at this property while visiting Cades Cove. We came to ride the Cades Cove loop with our bicycles since the park is closed on Wednesdays to automobiles. This cabin is perfectly located in Townsend where we were able to ride our bikes up and down the paths along Townsend Township and also drive to the park quickly. The cabin is very neat and clean. I am pretty particular about where I stay and this cabin did not disappoint. My husband and I even commented that we believe it is the cleanest VRBO that we had ever stayed in. It is also perfectly decorated and the hot tub was amazing. There is a great notebook that lists all the local restaurants, attractions and things to do near Townsend. Thanks to the host and to the cleaning service.

For the first half of our trip it was just my wife and I and it was all about getting back to nature. The cabin was beautiful, we had a bear in the front yard the first night, and the drive to Cades Cove was amazing. We were close to Townsend amenities, yet far enough back into the woods where it felt like we were in the middle of nowhere. Cabin was clean and cozy for two, if there were any more of us it would probably have been too tight. If I had to say one negative about the cabin is the way the bed was situated to the fireplace. I had to consciously remind myself not to bang my shins on the hearth. But it was a small price to pay. Because of the heat we experienced, we did not use the hot tub. We also chose not to use the indoor jetted tub but it would have been nice if we wanted it. We would absolutely come back again as we generally come down to the Smokies every 2 to 3 years.

For the most the cabin was perfect…..everything was great and so pretty! Only issur we had was the bed - but other than that everything else was perfect!!!! Loved having a hot tub too!! Will definitely book this cabin in the future 😊

2nd time we have stayed at this cabin. We really enjoy the peace and quiet of the location, and with its close proximity to town and the national park entrance. The property is perfect for a weekend getaway, or just some time to unwind and disconnect for awhile.

We stay at Green Door Cabin multiple times each year and are never disappointed. We know the cabin will always be in good repair, clean and Anthony has always been more than accommodating to us. You know if you have any questions you will get a prompt reply. I can’t recommend this cabin more enthusiastically. The location, within minutes from Cades Cove and near multiple new restaurants in Townsend, is perfect.

This house is centrally located in Townsend and easy to access. We were able to enjoy morning hikes or trips into Cades Cove, and return to the cabin for lunch before starting our next adventure. The cabin is a small studio, but more than enough room for a couple. We have stayed at the blue door with family and now the green door just myself and my husband and couldn’t be happier with both. A little bit more storage place would be a plus, but it’s great as it is! We’ve already recommended this cabin to our friends.

The green door was perfect for our lil 2 day stay. It was really close to the restaurants and River Rat ( which is a must go do). Very cozy and welcoming. The property manager was very nice with all my questions and check in was a breeze. Will return again when we just wanna get away and see the mountains and all the beauty without the hustle and bustle!!!

The Cabin was close to town, but far enough from the road to see some wildlife (fox, rabbits, etc..). Cabin was clean and comfortable for two- would definitely stay here again!!! Only slightly poor things- the porch with the jacuzzi was pretty dirty (but we didn't use it anyway), and the kitchen could have used a smaller skillet (8" or 10") for eggs, etc...A can of bug spray would be a nice touch ;)

We came to Townsend for a quick getaway to celebrate my birthday. Property manager was quick at responding to our questions. We arrived early and he let us drop off our motorcycle trailer early so we could take a ride before check in. We travel a lot and most property managers aren't so pleasant. Cabin was clean and nicely decorated. We really enjoyed our stay!

Hubby and I wanted a quiet getaway. We got just that. Had a minor issue with linens but they made it right. Just woke us up to early when doing so lol. I do recommend this cabin. It was beautiful

The place was just as pictured, very clean, very well maintained. The only problem we had was that we arrived late at night and the code for the door to get in was not working. We tried to call the owner, and were unable to reach him. We tried to call VRBO to get some help. We had to drive a little ways away to get signal to call them, but they finally got ahold of someone who gave us another code to try. That worked! The next morning the owner came to apologize and brought us a box of chocolates. I know things can happen, and it was just a bummer at the time, but I would for sure stay here again! I appreciate his thoughtfulness.

Super quiet, amazing location to nearby trails and a short-ish distance to Gatlinburg/Pigeon Forge. Cabin was freaking amazing. Saw a spider once, but besides that no other pest problems whatsoever. It was the perfect romantic getaway for me and my now wife. Thank you!

The cabin was clean, well stocked and in a great location. The check in process was easy. We enjoyed hiking around Tremont and biking along Townsend. The only negative was it was really cold when we arrived. The thermostat was set on 50 degrees and it took 2 hours to warm up to 65. We were thankful the hot tub was really warm while we waited for the cabin to heat up.

Me and my family stayed in the green door cabin. we we're a little skeptical about going in & out of the property on the steep driveway we had to go up, with a compact car. But was never even a issue. The cabin was immaculate being that it was extra clean & we can tell it was well kept up. The location outside of the main tourist area made it even better! We will definitely be back! Great memories! Thanks!

The Green Door cabin is gorgeous. Very spacious studio style 1 room cabin with an open layout. The kitchen is fully furnished & functional. Large bathroom & large Jacuzzi tub positioned perfectly to watch TV (which can also rotate side to side for perfect viewing while in bed). Although we didn't use the hot tub located on the side deck, it looked very inviting. Overall beautiful cabin, easy check in/check out process, accurate description of the property & attentive property management. Will definitely stay here again.

Very nice and clean cabin that had a lot of nice touches and was well put together. Bed had a bit of a sag in middle. Townsend was a nice quiet place to stay very close to some nice hiking and away from the crowds of Gatlinburg.

Loved the tree canopy and the filtered sunlight through the trees in the morning. Would've been 100 percent happy if there where comfortable seating for resting and sheets that stayed on the bed.

This was the third or fourth year we have stayed in this cabin. It has always been clean, quiet and just perfect for a mountain getaway. It is close to stores and everything you need but still secluded and peaceful. I would recommend it to anyone. It is my perfect cozy getaway!
