Enjoyed our stay. I would suggest a few changes: update online listing to accurately represent the property- no game room, no office. Also it would have been nice to have a few games or card games, a small jug of laundry detergent, a few zip lock baggies, and some salt and pepper shakers. These are small items that make a big difference when you are traveling from out of state. We would have also have liked to be able to adjust the temperature a bit. At times it got quite warm in the unit. Overall we enjoyed our stay.

We selected this property because it was much more affordable than staying in downtown Key West. We weren't disappointed. There were no surprises, it was clean, and there was very good communication from the property manager. Very easy to get to downtown either by car or by long walk. Near the ocean for scenic walks.

Nothing. Emails were not answered, phones were unanswered, texts unanswered. Then when we arrived there was no bedding on the pull out couch. Called the "local" number which turned out to be some kind of service agency that promised I would get a call within an hour. I did not and they did not call the next Morning either. I had to call again to request bedding only to be told "did I check everywhere" which we had. I borrowed sheets from friends staying at a local hotel. The vacasa mgmt company NEVER checked in with us afterwards. Also, many older adults at property were so drunk they couldn't walk in from the car. Tge view is from the parking lot at the small stream with turtles smells so bad you can't sit on the balcony.

We had a wonderful stay at Vacasa. It was a nice quiet area and we enjoyed relaxing on the balcony. Only blocks from the airport and a short walk across to beautiful sunrises over the water. There was a convenient store near our building that had everything that you need, including fresh fruit. The condo was clean and the beds were extremely comfortable. Would definitely stay here again.

Clean, great, comfortable property. Nice accommodations including laundry detergent, soap, shampoo, conditioner, dish detergent, kitchen cookware, dining ware, and more! Only complaint is thermostat was locked at 70 degrees and woke up sweating at nights.

This place is located in the northern part of Key West, which is more quiet. Key West is relatively small and everything is within perimeter. Within the condo, it’s clean. What I viewed online is accurate. Couch bed is not as comfortable. Exterior of the condominium needs a semi-face lift. Tennis court and swimming pool aesthetics are ok. Ambience is ok in terms of the feel and the people who is also renting and staying.

the property is just as described and showed in photos, very nice, with everything you need for a few days get away. easy access, good location to everywhere while also quiet. the only thing is each room is furnished with either a queen or king bed, plus a sofa bed in the living room. you have to be willing to share a bed with someone, but we managed to do that, haha. a Benihana (teppanyaki style) restaurant is within walking distance, one of my favorite. highly recommend!

Great condo! We loved it, it was super clean and comfortable. We would definitely return! We did run across an issue at the pool, the maintenance guy decided to chlorinate the pool while people were swimming and relaxing, it was very unpleasant.😊😊
