The apartment is part of a grand maison that is now divided into four apartments. You enter through a foyer leading to a grand sweeping staircase and ascend two flights of steps to this second floor apartment. It has the advantage of high ceilings that enables incorporation of a low headroom, sleeping loft.
There are two double bedrooms with high ceilings and open onto individual balconies with a view to the sea. There is a mezzanine sleeping loft with two single beds with easy access via a staircase.
The open-plan apartment features modern design while retaining the original bourgeois features including stunning tiled floors and double height french doors opening onto the balcony. It is furnished with comfortable, contemporary furniture and the living space is well ventilated with cross drafts keeping the internal space cool in summer. The balcony offers a perfect place to enjoy a glass of wine and watch the sun go.
The apartment includes a modern bathroom with a high pressure shower delivered through a thermostatically controlled mixer. It has a state of the art kitchen with a double oven, induction hob, dishwasher and a large worktop bench.
