Guests staying in WaterColor will have access to the newly expanded WaterColor Beach Club. It features a new main pool and lounge area, second pool deck with additional lounge seating, and third pool with zero-entry, as well an enhanced WaterColor Grill, and new sunset bar, Costa Chica. All have scenic views of the Gulf of Mexico.

Hardwood flooring and a coffered ceiling add elegance to the open great room inside this 3-story home. A soft couch and armchairs surround the 70” TV in the living area, which flows seamlessly into the dining space and kitchen. Cooking enthusiasts will appreciate the high-end appliances, including a 6-burner gas range, in the spacious kitchen as they prepare a delicious meal to share. Eat at the dining table for 8, with 6 additional seats at the breakfast bar, or at the 10-person table on one of the four screened-in porches! Outside, luxuriate in the sunshine on one of the Adirondack chairs or go for a swim in the private pool! Inside, there is a guest bedroom with a king bed and a private bathroom.
On the second floor, find the primary bedroom with a king bed and private bathroom, as well as 2 guest bedrooms and a bunk room. Both guest bedrooms have 1 king bed and a private bathroom. The bunk room has 1 twin-over-twin bunk bed. On the screened-in balcony, relax on the bed swing or play a friendly game of ping-pong.
Take the spiral staircase to access the loft area on the third floor. Perfect for children, it features a double bed, 2 twin-over-twin bunk beds, a Smart TV, and a private bathroom.

Weddings are not allowed at this home. If this policy is violated, you may be asked to vacate the property and forfeit any rental payments as well as be subject to HOA, community and 360 Blue fines.
Please note: All golf cart rentals in WaterColor must be made through The Electric Cart Company and is limited to 60 vehicles throughout the community. Only one cart may be rented per home and rentals will be granted on a first-come, first-served basis.
