Washer/dryer and dishwasher in the perfect condition, plus kitchen appliances and even some cooking add-on's. All outdoor furniture is in the shed next to the house. Keys from everything are in the lock box. Please treat this home as your own. Amenities include lake access and pool(open upon community availability June- August), and much more. Additional fees per person at the pool ($5 adults, $3 kids). Four free passes during the season. Fee for lost pass is $50. Property is monitored by security cameras outside. Due to COVID-19, facilities should be booked 24 hours in advance and masks should be worn at all times. We provide through cleaning between stays. Garbage removal is on Monday, recycling every other Friday. If your stay does not fall on one of the days, please put all your garbage to the green bin. Only 5 miles to Walmart, ShopRite and other major stores. Fifteen minutes to Mount Airy Casino and Tobyhanna National State Park. NO REFUNDS AFTER CHECK-IN
