Room was spacious and clean. Soaking tub was awesome!
Could not get the Bedroom TV to work. The internet connection was bad. I'm still waiting to get my $100 deposit back. Other hotels give it back within 24 hours

The TV in our Room was not working and after 3 times informing the front disc the problem did not solved and the receptionist lady working in the morning shift was so rude and she was treating us very bad

The staff was very friendly and assisted me with anything I needed very quickly.
There wasn't any towels changed everyday we stayed and had to ask for new ones which weren't available.

The staff were very friendly.
I didn't like the fact that they're hosting half of there hotel to homeless people, but have it online for regular people to think that they're getting a nice hotel and it's really not.

The gas station had my E85 gas my truck uses.
Everything. There was a flood///leak from my neighbor upstairs, possible feces in my room . I slipped and fell, noone cared, the tub did not work nortowed in my room or soap/shampoo. The floor filthy I had bugs craling on my bed I have a video of, spiders in bathroom I have video of, it was the worst. No one did anything about anything.

I had no shower curtain in the bathroom. Couldn't shower. Other than that the stay was fine.

Nothing.
There were several transient homeless type people wandering endlessly throughout the hotel property. A lot seemed to be staying at the same hotel as I was. How can they charge me the total price while opening up the hotel to transients? Our room advertised a soaking tub but they had no drain plug. The floors were dirty with debris and bathroom towels were soiled.

Soaking tub and comfortable bed . And that ac worked
For paying almost $200 I expected better . The other people staying there hanging out smoking in parking (ghetto ) looked kinda like a homeless shelter . Room was comfortable but floors were dirty and sheets had like foot prints , mattress had big stains . I booked due to soaking tub . That seemed cleaned was questioning why coffee maker wld be set up in the bathrm and not in living rm . I definitely think I way over paid . . Pool looked cloudy .

The location was nice it’s close to local stores and restaurants you can walk to. Staff was very friendly especially the guy that runs the breakfast bar, it has a nice pool very relaxing in the night when the neon lights come on
Although there was breakfast it was simply plain I would of loved some type of breakfast meat to go with my eggs potatoes and waffles, also you can tell who’s a regular they don’t set good examples for guest coming in and out the hallways have a tint cigarette smell even though there’s a designated smoking area, the extra blanket I received was still dirty with thick stains should of been thrown away

The lady who checked us in was very nice and helpful, informative. The beds were comfortable. We we’re provided with what we needed, extra towels.
They guy at the desk at the end of our stay was rude. He was in his cell phone a majority of the time even though there were two customers in front of him. He was laughing and joking with his friend on the other line. Hi co-worker just got up and walked away and didn’t help anyone. T
