Un bel appartement qui manque un peu de soin

Appartement bien situé, des restaurants pas loin et près de la station de Métro principale. C'est un grand appartement bien équipé. Accueil par l'hôte souriant et agréable.

- 2 douches sont annoncées, mais la douche de la suite parentale est inutilisable car l'eau qui en sort est très chaude et impossible de régler la température. Il n'y a donc qu'une seule douche dans le logement, ce qui était ok car nous étions 3, mais en cas de plus grand groupe, cela pourrait être un problème de n'avoir qu'une seule douche. Nous avons relayé ce problème à l'hôte mais n'avons jamais reçu de réponse. - Au niveau de la propreté, les tapis du salon n'avaient pas été aspirés et la table du salon n'avait pas été nettoyée. - Plusieurs petites choses cassées, ou sales comme les rideaux, les stores, les portes, le porte-vêtement de la suite, etc.

Increíble! Gran apartamento

Todo! Hermoso piso bien ubicado, muy bien amoblado, moderno, ambientes muy amplio y cómodos. Cocina totalmente equipada, lavadero con secarropas.. Y Fabio muy amable, incluso nos permitió ingresar antes de la hora prevista. Gran experiencia!

We enjoyed our time in Porto. We were up higher than most things so walking down was fine.

The apartment was very roomy. Once we got familiar with all the keys/locks and elevator getting in and out of apartment was good. Fabio explained all the logistics, gave us some restaurant choices which were excellent and a helpful map. Beds were very comfy. Coffee in the morning was nice to have . The washer & dryer worked great.

We were not there long enough to truly enjoy the apartment.

Great spot to see Porto!

Very central & good size for a small group. Modern & clean.

Only downside was it said it had a hot tub but this is a spa bath. View from back patio is also disappointing but offset by the location.

Backache and leaks

Fabio was really nice. We arrived on new year's eve and Fabio had raisins for Portugal's new years eve tradition, fruit basket, sparkling wine... the place is really nice and in a good location. I'm sorry to rate it poorly but there were a few problems...

The mattresses gave 3 of us lower back pain. 2 days later, I'm still trying to recover from it. The mattresses are really thin and not supportive. The jetted tub in the common bath kept leaking. It was a real pain mopping after every shower. The rug was soaking wet. The sink in the half bath was leaking too. I don't think I'd like to stay here again.

Perfect base in a great city.

Superb location, vast and bright apartment with all facilities you might ever need. Lots of tiny shops and eating places around. Very friendly and accommodating host.

Modern and spacious luxury apartment in a quiet location

Beautiful and super spacious apartment. We were very comfortable and the location was great and quiet!

Wi-Fi was a little slow and had to be reset, but it wasn’t that much of a bother.

Had a wonderful three days in Porto

Great location near the metro. A lovely local area with a cafe opposite and good general store. Good central position.

The mattress in the master bedroom was a bit uncomfortable but everything else was excellent

Spacious clean well equipped apartment close to metro, helpful staff

Outside terrace area not very inviting, our shower/ bath leaked during our stay over a weekend so unable to get repaired which was not very good as a group of 5, however the staff were prompt to respond and supply us with additional towels
