Parking inclus, tram, commerces et mer à proximité. L’appart a tout pour plaire.

La place de parking dans l’immeuble, la proximité a la promenade des anglais, les commerces en bas de l’immeuble, la baignoire et l’appartement est bien agencé

Overall, an enjoyable stay in a good location.

The apartment is in an excellent location for the tram and for strolling along the Promenade des Anglais. The bed was very comfortable as was the lounge. There is also an excellent Bistro at the nearby corner.

The apartment was let down by the kitchen which was a bit tired and could have been better equipped. Perhaps this doesn't matter to the majority of people visiting Nice, especially for a short stay. Excluding the kitchen I would rate the apartment 9.

Comfortable, air conditioned apartment.

Apartment was clean and tidy.. Located just around a corner from a supermarket. Very near the Port to airport tram. One street back from the beach. Some good cafes and restaurants nearby.

Has double bed only. It is somewhat dated. However, quite comfortable.

Pleasant

Easy access from airport and close to train station. Supermarket nearby and close from coast line.

There is no enough towels for us when we arrived. Besides no amenity at all even soap. Not possible to communicate with owner of apartment frequently. Check out time is 10AM and you need to pay for leaving suitcase at nearest mini market. We did not expect for these things.

Good

The location is great the apartment is good now but there's a lot of room to improve for the quality to make it more luxury just for my opinion. Parking area is important for me and cecilia provide one for me😊 and this apartment was reasonable for its price near to supermarket just few step down the building. For the check in it is a self check in which you need to pick up the key in the small store at the back of the building. And the host will give all the info you need the day of arrival. Definitely recomend this place for thise people know how to appreciate thing but not to does people that are very sensitive✌️

Great location with limited supplies

The owner sent the instruction to my WhatsApp's account without telling me in advance or replying to my several messages left in Bookings! So, we didn't receive any instruction before arriving the building, until I called on site and was told to go to a small shop across the street to pick up the envelop that has the keys and cards. And the parking is down 5 levels with in the basement without any lights, very scary if I am traveling myself!

lack of communications before our arrival, old apartment with wears/tears, and lack of some basic supplies, e.g. shampoos and detergent, or cooking oil that most Airbnb houses offer.

Exceptional

EVERYTHING!!!!!! Location is so excellent. Tram 2 from airport stops on the same road. You can see the sea. There is everything you need at the flat...even a European plug!!! Beautifully decorated. Parking included And such a gracious and lovely hostess! I cannot recommend it enough!

Affordable and beautiful apartment, highly recommended!

The accommodation is equipped and spacious and has private parking within the building. It is located near the tram and metro station that leads to the city center and the main promenade along the sea. The host is very kind. The apartment is highly recommended!

Nice when in Nice

From the moment that Cecilia greeted us and had a good laugh at my parking in the underground car park, there was nothing not to like. Clean, comfortable and quiet apartment, and a stone's throw from the Promenade des Anglais - brilliant location, with shops and restaurants in abundance.

We had to leave!

Superb

The accommodation is in a great location, close to the beach, the host is extremely flexible and helpful. The apartment has a view of the sea and the pool and is well equipped.

Fair place to stay - pity the owners didn't invest a little to make our stay more comfortable.

Location was very good if you are looking being close to the beach or the light train (Is ~25 minutes walking to the city center). Supermarket across the street and odd but extremely useful private parking. Pool seems nice (we didn't use it) Apartment was spacious

Aircon was very weak in the bedroom, and was water dropping the whole time in the middle of the hall. Was not too clean (although cleaning fee is of 45 Euros!) and lacked of equipment - for example we had only 2 mugs; since we were 3 we could not drink a cup of tea all together... The towels were the lowest quality they could provide... Also the mattresses were old and the couch not good for sleeping They provided 1 set of keys what made not easy our arrangements. Seems like they just don't care to buy some simple stuff (as some mugs and new towels) and make your stay much nicer. BTW I contacted the Host with the keys and annoying water dropping and got no answer. they only wrote me back to know when I plan to leave the apartment

Good

Location is very good. The host was super friendly and nice :) Towels and linen were OK. The appartment is very spacious and functional. Nice pool. The view from the balcony was amazing.

Basic price was OK, but for cleaning was 49 EUR - very high for the level of cleaning. The cabinets in the kitchen were sticky, the table on the balcony was dusty and dirty. The walls was just cosmeticaly paited. There was just one toilet paper and one very small garbage bag. There was just a trace of washing liquid in the bottle. Beds were low quality, especially in the living space. The aircondition in bedrom didnt work, termostate was broken. Just one set of keys.

Perfect location!

The distance to the beach and the distance to the tram - to get to the center of Nice and to the airport.

Just small things: No dishwasher. Better carpet on the balcony.

In general very satisfied and got what we expected.

Location is just right far from the center and near the beach. Parking under the building was good.

Additional bed could maybe be a little bit bigger and ore comfortable.

Stay in Nice

Comfortable space, nice view and terrace, very well located close to the sea, supermarket and public transportation. The availability of the garage in a location where is almost impossible to find a parking spot is important to highlight.

The person with keys arrived very late, though we informed well in advance and few times of our travel details . The mattresses, sofa and chairs are in very bad shape/quality. The apartment wasn't properly cleaned, specially the bathroom. It is quite noisy due to the numerous apartments and close distance from the neighbours.

Amazing

The host was super friendly and nice :) The view from the balcony was amazing and it was good to walk to the seashore within 5 minutes. Highly recommended.
