Th cottage beds a major overhaul ….it is outdated and needs repairs and bringing it to modern facilities. It is ina good location but overpriced …..hence not value for money
Chimney needs repairs to avoid smoke in the living area
Bathroom in main room needs repairs… door has no handles
Clients need drinking water in the room
Replace old carpets and tiles and repaint the house
TV is not working…. Batteries maybe need checking
We were spending most times out of the house as we did not find the place comfortable to be there whole day….,
The worker Emma was very good and helpful

Cottage was immaculately clean. Location was superb. The check-in and check-out process was very smooth.
One of the room's showers was very noisy. Made a whistling noise.
Bed mattress could be improved.

The location was great. Staff was very helpful and even took me to the grocery store to buy some stuff l needed.
I think some basics like coffee, tea, sugar could be offered.

The cottage is clean and well kept. It faces a golf course and the view was calming. The staff receiving us was courteous and ready to assist us. The owner also agreed to extend our checkout to 12noon which was great!.

The condo was beautiful and comfortable, and the owner (Susan) and housekeeper (Emma) were very helpful, friendly, and communicative. It was a great point to base ourselves for a couple days between Naivasha and Nakuru.
Any criticism would be nitpicking. We didn't really plan to stay at a golf resort, but it made for a fairly quiet and relaxed visit. The worst thing was really our navigator, which showed the cottage elsewhere from its actual location. But when we called, we were directed straight to the place with no trouble.

The privacy
The Lady taking care of the tidiness and cleanliness - Ms Emma(very helpfully indeed)
The fully kitted kitchen for self catering
The Location
The fact that there is NO Swimming pool yet you have indicated swimming pool available, we had to use the one at the hotel and worse still an extra cost of 1000 per adult and 500 per child.... A total of Kes 3500 a day for 3 days which should have been part of the package. We felt cheated there and robbed of our money.

Loved the balcony it was airy and a good place to hang out. The rooms were also clean and well ventilated.
Instructions to be given on how the showers work. The beds mattresses might need to be looked at.

Good location if you are playing golf
The house consists of 2 apartments so privacy is limited and you risk to have noisy neighbours in an apartment that is not well isolated. Staff is not considerate of privacy and self imposing. Food in restaurant of GRVL is not very good.

Booking.com advertised this as Bed and breakfast. Turns out there is no breakfast. Very disappointing.
The WIFI and Safaricom network are a flop. Intended to do crucial assignments - couldn't happen, and nearly lost clients for it.

The location was really nice, the house keeper, Emma was very nice and helpful, she was able to coordinate site visits that made is enjoy our stay.
Having to pay extra to use the swimming pool at the lodge 🙂

The location was superb, the house very beautiful and spacious. The caretaker was very helpful and on-hand at all times of the day. We loved the outdoors as well and enjoyed grilling outside.
There were a lot of mosquitoes outside, which were vicious, but thankfully they provided repellants and they were few indoors. On the first day, the beddings and towels were very damp, we could not sleep. This was corrected the next day. Plumbing problems were also fixed as soon as we requested. However, the extra mattress provided (air) was punctured thus it was as good as sleeping on the floor, I suggest a proper foam mattress be given.
