At 80 meters from sea level and with a panoramic and exclusive view of the Bay of Ribeira, the house has dining rooms, living room and TV room, designed in a single glazed environment on different levels for the perfect penetration of sunlight, full American-style kitchen with panoramic views; four bedrooms (three of which are suites) with air conditioning, two of which are suites; social bathroom; external area with balcony and large deck with incredible views; and leisure area with gym and sauna.
Attached to the house, on the ground floor, there is a gourmet space complete with oven and wood stove, industrial stove and barbecue. On the top floor there is another suite with a balcony and a view of the sea.
In the area by the sea, the space has 200 meters of ample private leisure area with kiosk and barbecue, deck, small private beach, landscaping and complete nautical infrastructure with a boat garage, hobby box and access ramp for small boats and docks.
In addition to an exuberant nature formed by paradisiacal beaches, the municipality of Angra dos Reis offers a multitude of historical and cultural attractions and a wide range of bars and restaurants for all audiences.
The house is close to the Porto Frade tourist complex, a true mini city composed of the Fazano de Angra hotel, golf course, marina, gas station, convenience store, boutiques, beauty salon, delicatessen, pizzeria, sushi and bistro. And also from Vila do Frade, which comprises a pharmacy, supermarket, produce and services in general.

Housekeeper: 220 BRL per day. In addition to keeping the outdoor area and pool always clean and organized, it assists in the barbecue and in the kitchen, makes purchases in the supermarket, if necessary.
Maid: 220 BRL per day. Keeps the house always clean and organized and does maid service.
Cook (optional): 200 to 300 BRL per day. Prepare meals.
Kitchen helper (optional): 150 to 200 BRL per day. Assists the cook.
