Situated in a sought-after and protected neighborhood developed by the Peugeot family, this home is just a 5-minute walk from the beaches, shops, and enticing restaurants of Morgat. Enjoy panoramic views of Morgat and Douarnenez Bay while being enveloped in a verdant, peaceful retreat.
This spacious residence offers accommodation for 14 guests across 5 bedrooms (including 2 elegant master suites), each with its own bathroom, an open and welcoming living area that includes a fully equipped modern kitchen, and a mezzanine with an office space. Bathed in natural light, the house opens up to the bay panoramas through large bay windows.
Outside, the vast landscaped garden and 4 terraces at different levels provide varied outdoor living spaces, ideal for enjoying the sun at any time of the day. Each space offers a unique view. After a day at the beach or engaging in water activities, relax in the covered and heated pool (beginning may to beginning of october), the spa, or on one of the many comfortable garden lounges and sun loungers.
Designed with a contemporary and warm touch, this house is perfect for family vacations or holidays with friends, offering everyone their own private space. It is equipped with high-end amenities and facilities to ensure your comfort and well-being.
The vast ground floor houses:
- A spacious living area of over 50m2, including a cozy large living/dining room with a fireplace and home cinema, with a view of the bay,
- A fully-equipped, open-plan kitchen, opening completely through sliding bay windows to a south-facing terrace and garden, with a view of the bay,
- A sauna, adjacent to the outdoor spa,
- A functional children's room with 6 beds (3 bunk beds) and its bathroom (Italian shower) and WC, with a view of a historic house,
- Two 19m2 studios, each equipped with a double bed (160*200), a desk, child chairs, a kitchenette, a bathroom (Italian shower) and WC. The studios open through large bay windows to the garden/south terrace and each has its own independent entrance,
- A large stone terrace, equipped with a spacious teak garden table for 14 people (Tectona) and a super-sized parasol, offering a view of the bay.
The first floor, where each space is designed to maximize comfort and the view of the bay, houses:
- Two luxurious master suites, equipped with beds (180*200) and large bay windows, offering a magnificent view of Douarnenez Bay and the changing sky. Each has a private bathroom with Italian shower and, for one of them, also a bathtub. Each master suite provides access to the large upper terrace,
- A mezzanine, with large bay windows that flood the room with light and connect this space to the large upper terrace. A desk allows for serene work,
- A vast wooden terrace with panoramic views of Morgat and Douarnenez Bay, offering relaxation and contemplation spaces with a Tectona garden lounge.
The landscaped garden is designed to offer various relaxation spaces:
- The large pool with its sliding dome, wooden deck, and sun loungers,
- A wooden terrace, nestled in an area of grasses and seaside plants, with its garden lounge and large parasol,
- The spa and its outdoor shower.
The garden is equipped with 2 garden sheds, one of which is accessible to tenants (bicycles and games available).
The entrance to the property is via a private road. Secured by an automatic gate, the outdoor area includes spacious parking, ideal for vehicles (4) and sports equipment.

ATTENTION: During July and August, we rent for a minimum period of one week, and all costs are included in the advertised price. For the other months, we apply a more flexible booking policy, and a cleaning and linen package must be paid on site in addition to the advertised price.
