So close to the beach, a quick walk! The pool was a great way to end a beach day. The room was very nice and spacious. Tides restaurant was great for a few cocktails. So close to restaurants

This place was clean and super cute. Convenient, friendly staff, great food. We loved it. Any bad reviews talk about no restaurant. But the restaurant they just opened is great. Excellent and clean!
4.0
Beautiful.and well maintained, super clean and so close to the beach (2 mn walk).
Parking spot behind the room was convenient. The pool is clean and in the center of the building that forms a U.
The bar/restaurant seemed great but the only night we had decided to eat there, it was closed (Sunday) so I can't say if it's good.
Quiet room, clean and somewhat comfy if you are only 2 people (we were 3, even 4 one night)
There's a fridge, coffee machine and microwave, both clean and working.
I would have preferred they serve breakfast at the restaurant as this is the only part that was not practical. Finding a good place to have breakfast at a table was a challenge (everything was always full in the towns around) and take-out wasn't really convenient since we had no table in the room or around the pool/on property.a'd when it's raining, you kind of don't know where to go.
In the room, we were a little cramped with the 2 double beds (that were ok for me but too soft for my husband) and nowhere else to sit. Our luggage and backpacks took the rest of the space with nowhere to store them (underneath the bed isn't possible). There is a chest of drawers to put your clothes and a few hangers but not much room for anything else.
The bathroom is small with enough room for a shower and a toilet. The sink is outside (in the room/ with a cabinet underneath but no space for your toiletries on the side or on top. Nowhere to hang your beach towels either.
The A/C was not the best and stopped working in the middle of our last night. We made it work again but ended up all being awake as it was super hot in the room. There are no blinds (just shutters) and you can't get the room really dark, especially as the light is always on on the porch surrounding the building.

clean, convenient. pool onsite and very close to the beach. easy walk from parking lot to any room on premises.
blinders (not curtains) on room windows which let a bit too much light in the room while sleeping at night.

Great location… clean… friendly staff
Bathroom sink area very small
Breakfast & dinner menu very limited
4.5
Proximity to the beach, access to beach chairs, towels, and wagons, access to pool and fire pit, easy parking, staff was respectful of privacy, accommodations were comfortable and clean.
Different dining options (room service), dining area or table in room - somewhere to eat other than the restaurant, ability to prepare food in the room for longer stays,

Very friendly staff and helpful, room and dining area spotless and pool area very well maintained, as we arrived early in the season the final maintenance was being finished. We had not booked breakfast in advance and there wasnt breakfast available on site, but, we were directed to a sister property, we found a family run restaurant less than a mile away which was excellent so all was well.

Clean, nice fire pit and swimming pool area.

Our room was spotless and very comfortable. Staff is very friendly and accommodating. The availability of beach chairs, along with a wagon to take them and our cooler to the beach was brilliant.
We had to ask for wi-if password. The sheet with that info should be placed on top of dresser or nightstand for our use. The bathroom could use an exhaust fan for after showers.

We found Pelham on Earle very clean
and the front desk staff very accommodating. The grounds are beautiful
And the pool very inviting.
A couple of things that caught my surprise was
When I went for breakfast.
The muffins were miniature muffins.
Very disappointing. Also the Coffee cups appear to be 6oz or 8oz not sure.
FYI, no one uses 6-8oz Coffee cups anymore. While I highly recommend Pelham on Earle, the two negative things surprised me. Coffee is one of the cheapest beverage
You can buy and the muffins? Raise the price if you must? But, miniatures muffins
Comes across as poor hospitality.
My third suggestion is, when getting ready in the morning, there is not enough room
Around the sink to put all the womanly things on. I would suggest maybe a shelf near the sink.

The grounds were beautiful and super close to the beach.
It was a little pricey, but overall a good value.

relaxing quiet location, very close to the beach
the pool
decor and size of the room
friendly reception
one day the cleaner ‘forgot’ to clean the room……
blocked bathtub waste so water around your ankles whilst showering ….. let reception know and maintenance guy put something down drain but was told wouldn’t work well as we were still using the shower??? surely he could have taken out the debris using a rod or taken it apart whilst we were out all day. This issue was made to feel was our issue but it was definitely blocked before we arrived so will continue to be an issue as just putting bleach/cleaner down will not clear it …..

Everything was above expectations. The location is superb, the rooms are clean (really clean, not chain hotel clean) and not outdated. The grounds are well kept. The ladies at the front desk and the rest of the staff were welcoming and helpful. Bottom line - cannot wish for more.
The matrass was too soft and sinking, the pillows and the blankets however were fine.

John the owner drove the shuttle! Friendly staff. Good location.
No coffee until 8am which is a little late start to the day.

love the location…. so close to the beach and tons of restaurants. The pool was great for my kids. I loved the setting of the property it’s on a residential street steps from the ocean. staff was friendly and very accommodating.
A bit overpriced for what it is but it’s the cape and you expect that. In our room, the bathroom/room was rather small (2 queen beds) but especially the bathroom was so tiny the door would hit the toilet in order to close! the AC was not very good and the room would not cool down even on lowest setting highest speed. We were traveling with 2 children and the guests in the room next door were rude to my children because they were swimming at 9:30 am and “woke them up”. Small parking lot was tight but manageable. otherwise no complaints. would definitely stay here again. staff is great and place is clean. grounds are really pretty

Considering the room price charged, a bit more TLC extended toward the few vacationers staying at the hotel would have been appropriate & appreciated. For example, management could have made the complimentary "small muffins & coffee" a lot better as a freebie - - to show some appreciation toward the few overnight guests ... it would not have been a big cost to the hotel but would have gone a long way in customer relations. I've been at hotels, in a similar situation, where the hotel/B&B provided a "happy hour" of some free wine/beer drinks to the guests/customers. A real nice touch!
