Great location, clean apartment, awesome owner!
The place is super clean and very spacious. Dimitri is nice and responsive. I would definitely recommend and stay there again. My kids enjoyed the beach while my mom and I appreciated the stores and restaurants near by. Great way to experience Brighton Beach. Subway is also super close if you want a quick trip to the city.

Had an excellent stay in New York. Many thanks to Dimitri for making our stay what it was. I doubt we will ever meet a nicer and more helpful host ever again. Picked us up from the airport, Ran through the flat and the local area and made sure we knew our way about before leaving us. Was easily contactable if needed and amazingly ran us back to the airport at 4:30 am. The flat was clean with lots of towels and spare blankets and pillows and the bed was huge and super comfortable. Im not one for reviews normally but was compelled to say thanks once again to our wonderful host.

Nice place to stay and close the beach. Surrounding area is not clean, but kind people. Lost of Russians.
Transport to Manhattan is not good, it takes 45 min. During weekend even more than 1 h.

Lovely Apartment
Stayed for two weeks and everything was as stated, the apartment was comfortable for the four us, anymore would have been a bit crowded. The location for us was great and only 5 mins walk to the metro and a bit further to the boardwalk, a safe area with plenty of deli shops, supermarkets and places to eat. Dimitry was a great host he picked us up from the airport and although we didn’t need him to often he was there to assist us if we needed to, prior to our arrival he was always quick to answer our concerns. If I go back to New York I would book with him again.

Quiet and convenient stay
Visiting New York for the first time was Amazing in itself. After a full day of entertainment and shuttling around, it was a nice place to come back to for rest and to recoup. The neighborhood was very quiet, and the accommodations were just what we needed.

Our stay
Overall it was good. Dimitry was so good with us and extremely helpful. He even supplied us with beach towels when we went to the beach. The place was decent and plenty of bedrooms for everyone and we took full advantage of the kitchen.

Great location
We loved that this place was close to the beach and great food. Short walk to Coney Island and the subway. Bus stop on the corner. Dimitri was wonderful. The place was comfortable and met all our needs. Would stay there again!

we enjoyed very much. The apartment was clean, newly renovated and well equipped. The street outside was quiet. There were some shops nearby for all daily needs. The connection to Manhattan by train worked very well. When you are tired of sightseeing, the beach is just 10 min. away and Coney Island about 30 min. by foot.
Dimitry is a very reliable owner who managed the transfer to and from the airport and showed us the essential shops in the surrounding.
If we'll ever come back to NY, we would be happy to stay there again.

Practical, value-for-money stay with helpful owner
We stayed for four nights at this Brighton Beach property for my wife's 40th birthday treat. We took our two children aged nine and eleven.
The property is located about forty minutes from Manhattan on the subway, with regular trains meaning this journey wasn't an issue.
The area is safe and well-stocked with shops and take-aways, although lacking in restaurants.
The owner, Dimitry, was happy to collect us from the airport and drop us back at the end of our stay - thank you, this was very helpful especially with the young ones!!
I would recommend this property to anyone visiting New York who does not want to stay in the usual expensive city centre hotels.

We liked the apartment . It was clean and comfortable. Owner Dimitry was very nice and responsive. Parking our car was challenging. We did end up parking at our friends place, living close by. The wi-fi worked great. Subway it’s close by. Short walking distance. Very nice neighborhood. Close to the beach and boardwalk.
Overall very pleasant experience.

Clean, safe and convenient place to stay
My family and I had the pleasure of being hosted by Dimitry at this apartment in Brighton Beach. It was clean and in a location that was convenient to the B/Q train as well as a walk away from Coney Island. It is an older Russian neighborhood which translates to a safe place to be. We would definitely stay here again.

Very clean and a good base for exploring
Owner was extremely helpful and kind. Apartment was not quite the same as the photographs but it was very clean and comfortable. Area is very safe and had no worries about walking around Day or night. Subway 5 mins walking distance so it’s the perfect place to base yourself for exploring New York!

Great Stay. Would recommend to friends
We stayed for a week in October and enjoyed it greatly. Dimitry was very helpful when we arrived, talking over the apartment with us. It was well-stocked with towels, linen and pillows as well as crockery and cutlery. The apartment is in a great area, near plenty of shops, take-outs, the station and of course, Brighton Beach. Overall, an enjoyable stay and would consider coming again. Thanks Dimitry.

Day in the life of a new yorker
Cute apartment, convenient to Brighton Beach and Coney Island. Exactly what we were looking for. Dimitry was very nice and helpful, the neighborhood was safe and parking wasn't difficult. New York "experience" was complete with lots of neighborhood kids playing in the street and a drunk neighbor sleeping out front.

nice , clean , good location
The apartment was clean and perfect for our little group of 6 people. We had everything we needed and the owner was there to greet us when we arrived and walked us around to show where things were wich was super helpful. Apartment is within 5 to 7 min walk of subway and beach only mile and half from coney island and there is grocery store a couple min walk . Several food places to eat that were cheap and delicious. Felt very safe walking even late at night.. about a 45 min ride into Manhatten by subway but seem to go quick. I would definitely recommend renting this apartment or any of Dimitry apartments as he was very easy to communicate with and got back to me quickly. My next trip to NY we will rent from him again.
