Best of all: The furriest member of the family doesn't have to miss out on all the fun! Dogs only -PLEASE INQUIRE FIRST TO PREAPPROVE PETS OVER 20# - SOME LARGER DOG BREEDS ARE NOT ALLOWED. Reservation will be cancelled if not able to host your pet. Pet fees are according to weight and are required for your pooch to stay. Fee is added on as an extra guest fee. There is a vet clinic right down the street plus an emergency clinic and pet stores in Mt Pleasant for all your pup's needs.
A block from the beach, shops, and restaurants. Conveniently located close to the Isle of Palms Connector, it's a short drive to Mt Pleasant and the Towne Center shopping center and a 25 minute drive to downtown Charleston. There are many wonderful restaurants on the island, several which are within a very short walking distance. If you prefer to cook, this condo has a full kitchen with stove/oven, full-sized refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, and a full compliment of small appliances, dishes and kitchenware. This home is well appointed for all your family and friends might need for a great stay at the beach. A great beach vacation doesn't get much easier or convenient than this. It's called Easy Breezy for good reason! ***THERE IS NO VIEW from this condo. It overlooks the driveway and the back door to the neighboring coffee shop. There is a wood partition surrounding the trash receptacle 40' away. There is a great parking spot right at your front door if you're quick enough to grab it each day! ***
CANCELLATION POLICY - Full refund if cancelled more than 30 days before arrival, ** LESS $50 processing fee ** held with all cancellations. This helps us recover fees we paid on both the purchase and the refund of your stay.
Waterview Property Management, LLC manages this vacation rental. This may be described by the website as a new listing, depending on the booking site used, but we assure you - The Ocean Inn is a tried and true, well loved property! There are reviews "out there" even if not on this site. Just search the name.
Some of our properties have "minimum nights required" to make a reservation on weekends, holidays, and during the summer season. To check availability for a shorter stay, please send a message / inquiry. If it's possible, we'd be happy to accommodate you.
