Three night stay was wonderful. House is large and comfortable with open layout and big views of the mountains. Beds are comfortable, kitchen is well equiped, walls are adorned with interesting art and architectural accents. All is walking distance to slopes and serviced by a free shuttle to Snowshoe Village and area restaurants. Host replied to communication quickly and was very accommodating. Highly recommend.

Brought a large group of friends from dc and the house was perfect! Plenty of space and enough bathrooms. Bummed it was so cloudy for our stay cause I’m sure we could’ve caught some lovely sunsets! Christy was also so quick to respond to any questions which was super helpful.

Perfect rental house for a visit to Snowshoe. Pretty much says it all.

Good, solid rental home near Snowshoe. Would stay again in the future. Host was great and responsive. Everything as advertised. If there is snow on the ground you will need 4WD to access the driveway. Please note it is not walkable to Snowshoe slopes for young children or those who are not advanced skiers as Cupp run is a black diamond which must be skied in order to get to Snowshoe village. The on-call shuttle worked great despite it being a holiday weekend!!

Great house for a family vacation. We had 4 adults and 5 children, and there was plenty of room for playing and sleeping. Property was clean and well equipped (just bad luck the dryer was not operational during our stay, but the owners gave us a heads up so we could plan accordingly). We also loved the 5 minute drive to the ski resort.

Beautiful views!
This home is well equipped. 13 of us were very comfortable staying here. Roads were plowed constantly, and shuttle was reliable and came on call taking us to the slopes and back home with no need for a car.

Weekend wedding
This place was very accommodating for the group of people we had for a weekend wedding we had at the ski resort. Everything we needed was right here. Best part was we could park our cars and no worry about driving we just called the shuttle and they would pick us up, and it was free. Would definitely stay here again. If we had any questions Christy was there for us.

Perfect accommodations for our multi-generational family
We enjoyed the large open spaces and three levels of living space. The kitchen is well equipped with ample dishes, cooking utensils, and cooking supplies. The entry drop off area was well planned to contain all outdoor clothing, etc away from the living area. Come prepared knowing that cell service is sketchy in all areas of the mountain.

Great spot!
We had a great time here. The kitchen was well stocked to cook for our large group. We had plenty of space to hang out. The on-call shuttle was convenient, and the walk to Cupp run was another easy option to get to the slopes. The owner was flexible and responsive. We would stay here again.

Great house for several skiing families.
Great house walking distance to Cupp Run. And if you want to go elsewhere the shuttle is just a phone call away. Sure the house has some quirks, a few more thermostats than you'd imagine, fewer overhead lights than you'd like, but overall a great house. Love the living room with huge plush couch, great open space, and a dining table for the whole crowd. The bar area is a great overflow for the inevitable huge stash of snacks when 4 families all over stock up for the long weekend. The loft provide a great escape and sleeping space for all the kids, bathroom included...fantastic. Great communication with the owner along with a detailed PDF of instructions. This is our second year of 4 families staying here and hopefully won't be our last.

MLK Ski Trip
The house was great and walkable to the Western Territory run. If your not experienced for a black diamond, call the free shuttle and be at the village in 10 mins. Great house and perfect for a larger group.

Great place for a large family
This large house was perfect for my large family. The bedroom layout worked well for our multigenerational family. The parents slept downstairs while grandchildren slept in loft (ages 14-32). The layout encouraged all ages to interact on the main level. Kitchen was well stocked. House was clean and inviting. I liked the entry system which allowed all to come and go as they pleased. Christy provided great instructions about the house and the directions.

Perfect house for large families!
We stayed at this house with 3 families over Christmas 2015 (aka "the snowless Christmas") when the resort was essentially shut down. The house was perfect and clean and the owners are a pleasure to deal with. Since we didn't get any snow, we came back several weeks later during the great blizzard of 2016 (Winter Storm Jonas) where we received 40 inches of show in the 2 days we were there. Everything was perfect yet again and the house was warm and cozy. The roads were nicely plowed and we were able to get around just fine. The owners were so accommodating to us due to the weather circumstances (both times), it made it so much easier and stress-free. Our kids had a blast in the snow and we got to use the sled that was provided. They particularly loved the bunk room and the TV equipped with Netflix. :) Thank you for 2 great stays in a month! We will be back!

Spacious, Clean & Well-Equipped
We spent a week at this house in early March, and found it very clean and equipped with everything we would need at a rental house. The owners are responsive and accommodating. There was plenty of space for our young children in the loft area, and a nice big great room for gathering. I was initially worried about the relatively steep stairs up to the main level and the partially open stairs up to the loft area, but no one had any mishaps on the stairs during the week. In fact, the only mishap of the week was my fall on the icy driveway. The driveway was the only real drawback to the house for us. It was narrow and (at least during our week) icy, and we had to navigate up and down the driveway each day past the parked cars. I mentioned the icy conditions to Christy when we arrived and she was very responsive. Two gentleman came out the next day to sprinkle salt on it. Unfortunately for me, it didn't do much good! To be fair, I don't think the driveway is unusual for Westridge Road. The ice just made it treacherous.

Best Floorplan for Multiple Families
Had to find a rental for four families to ski over NYE holiday, so number of bedrooms and baths and layout determined our choices. This place was PERFECT. Yes, clean and well maintained. Owners are very responsive both before and during our stay. Space for kids to sleep and hangout in the loft. Bedrooms on lower level and main level for parents. And great big area for all of us to be together to watch Panthers win! Having a dropping zone for all the ski stuff was so convenient for a ski trip. And the drive has space for 3 minivans, and the other family parked just at the base. The shuttle was another perk, and the skiers also walked from Cupp run back to the house if needed. We would book again, and recommend to friends.

This was our first visit to Snowshoe so we didn't know what to expect. We were very pleased with this house. It was spacious, comfortable, and had everything we needed. The owner and rental company were pleasant and easy to work with. While the house was not located right in the heart of the village, transportaion was easily available at any time. I would recommend this rental property and would return.
