Bright, light and airy, this beautiful home awaits the vacationer seeking luxurious surroundings, view of the water and privacy with your own scenic pond right on the property. A Large 14x24 screened in porch looks out over this jewel of water which houses the occasional swan, geese and various wildlife. There are many views of Ninigret Pond and on a clear day, views of Block Island are right off your front deck. Our gourmet kitchen and butler's pantry provide lots of kitchen must haves. There is a separate laundry room, complete with pull-down ironing board. The bedrooms are situated for total privacy one bedroom and one full bath on each level makes it great for multi-generational guests or adult couples. Two have sliders that lead to a small deck for morning coffee or that glass of wine to accompany a beautiful sunset. You have three full floors of living space. First floor sitting room has a pull-out couch with a luxurious airbed and pillow top that makes it feel just like a 'real' mattress. You will not be disappointed with the private views from the upper level bath's whirlpool, and there is an additional whirlpool in the first floor bath. The upper sitting area boasts a fireplace, separate wet bar, built-in desk area and relaxing, built-in reading bench that overlooks a wooded backyard. There is a third floor deck located just off the third floor sitting area. You can follow the sun all day long, as there are decks and patios from every direction. This special home is located just three doors back from Ninigret Pond and less than a mile from Charlestown Beach. It is a great choice for beach lovers, or for the vacationers who want to come home and relax in the lap of luxury after a day of sightseeing or soaking up the sun. PER LOCAL CUSTOM - GUESTS PROVIDE THEIR OWN BED LINENS AND TOWELS. Blankets, pillows, mattress pads and comforters are provided by us. Smoking is permitted on screen porch and outside only. No pets allowed, please. Maximum occupancy of 8 people strictly enforced due to well and septic.

This property was exactly as described. Fantastic location, close to the beach, quiet and peaceful. It was well stocked with everything we needed. Comfortable with ceiling fans everywhere, a/c in 2 bedrooms. (An a/c in the 3rd bedroom would have been nice for a few of the really hot days we had.). Our host Penny was very responsive and provided great information. Our family thoroughly enjoyed our time here, hope to return next summer.

Our family had a wonderful week at this beautiful house in Charlestown. We walked to the beach and enjoyed relaxing on the many decks overlooking the pond. The house is so well equipped that we felt right at home. Penny & Sebastian were responsive to our questions. A great vacation week with unforgettable memories!

Vrbo asked for a review. Do you think this is good? Our first time at the Sebastian house was 18 years ago. The house is always wonderfully maintained, updated and clean. It is such a beautiful home and location. The views and sea breeze are lovely. The owner, Penny, is so kind, helpful and attentive. Five stars for us!

The house is beautiful! Pictures didn't do it justice! Nice yard, plenty of parking and a very nice quiet neighborhood! The place was spotless and very well stocked....they have thought of everything! Nice layout and very open. A nice breeze blew through the house the whole week. All questions we had were answered quickly......We would definitely stay there again!

What a wonderful place to stay! This house was immaculate, beautifully decorated, well organized, with beautiful decks all around. Great for a family or anyone looking for a home away from home. This house is walking distance from the beach! We did drive to the beach to park because with children there are a lot of things to bring to the beach. However if you feel like bringing a chair and a book, no need to drive! The screened in porch is where you will probably spend most of your time. The breezes are wonderful. The house stays cool even in the very hot weather. The plentiful ceiling fans and slider doors will keep the air circulating. We would definitely return to vacation at this home. No complaints at all!!
