Comfortable in Quiet Neighborhood.

The open airy living room features comfortable furnishings, and fantastic floors. It's a bright sunny room with cable HDTV and internet, a DVD player and large selection of DVD's.

The dining table is situated in front of sliding doors which open fully (it's a pocket door) to the pool, providing a tranquil view of the water and tropical plants.

The pool area features a large covered outdoor area with additional dining tables and overhead fans and lights, lounge chairs and gas grill. Sit in the shade or in the sun overlooking a beautiful pool, surrounded by colorful plants both inside and outside the pool cage. The pool is solar heated and surrounded by lush landscaping.

The fully stocked kitchen and dining area are open to the the living area. There's a bar between the kitchen and dining area with stools for extra seating.

The laundry room with large capacity washer/dryer is off the hall that leads to the master bedroom.

The master bedroom has a king bed, large closet, two dressers, and a desk. The en suite bathroom has a large tiled shower.

There are two additional bedrooms each having a queen bed, large closet, and triple dresser and mirror. These bedrooms share a full bath.

This is an outstanding vacation experience filled with comfort, privacy, convenience and visual beauty in a quiet neighborhood.

Public beaches are a short drive or a beautiful bike ride along the intercoastal waterway.

Nearby Shamrock Park and Nature Center offers a 80 acre preserve, tennis courts and is the starting point for miles of biking and walking along the intercostal waterway.

Visit beautiful downtown Venice Island. Stroll the palm tree lined streets where you'll find unique shops and dining.

Sarasota is 25 min away, Tampa 1.5 hours and Orlando about 2 hours.

The home is in a wonderful neighborhood and the neighbors are so friendly. The pool was amazing for my family. The home is very close to many beaches. The few problems that came up the own was very responsive and helpful. My family will stay again next year. Thank you so much for letting us enjoy your home for the week.

Been vacationing in venice for 40+ years. This a great centralized location to take in everything . All of the beaches are within 8-14 minutes, even gasparilla island is just a short drive. The home suited all of our needs and the kids loved the screened in pool area! Awesome host, helpful, polite and easy to het a hold of. Will definotely go back

This is the second time that we used this house and it was very nice. The master bathroom in front was a little uneven so you had to be careful getting in and out. Pool was very clean and fun to swim in

Good all around. Property has a nice pool and enclosed cage with lots of outdoor seating. Plenty of DVD's when a little TV was needed to wind down the day. Good location, nice neighborhood. Appliances and kitchen utensils looked new. Everything that was needed was there, owner really didn't miss much in having this property ready to rent.

We have stayed here before and loved the property so we came back this year for an extended stay. The house was very clean when we arrived and the pool area wonderful. We enjoyed every minute of our stay and had a very relaxing time spending time outside in any weather with the covered patio or poolside getting some sun and time spent in the pool. We will definitely keep this property on top of our list when staying in Venice. Thank you Kathleen for being such a gracious host!

We chose this home for its proximity to the beach as well as it having a swimming pool. Neither disappointed. The house itself had everything you’d need to enjoy a relaxing trip. Kathleen, the owner, was lovely and responsive the entire trip. We will be staying again ❤️

Entry into the home was quick & easy. Ac was not working properly the first two days of our stay so it was quite hot but Kathleen went above and beyond to rectify/resolve the situation and did get the AC fixed. The family really enjoyed playing the life & farkle games provided. We hoped to play taboo also but unfortunately it smelled like urine 😬 The separate AC unit in the master was fabulous and kept the temp great in there. Master bed is like sleeping in a ditch & really needs to be replaced. The house itself(broken lamp/closet door) & kitchen pots/pans could use some updating/care/sprucing up. The couch was super comfy! The close access to several beaches was very convenient! We found lots of cool sharks teeth & enjoyed the shopping & pastries. The kids enjoyed the pool. Kathleen is incredibly sweet & you can tell she really cares. For the price it did the trick.

This was our first time to spend a week in Florida ( to get away from cold Pennsylvania winters). We just loved the house. We are thinking about relocating maybe some day in the future. I told my husband if this was our house I would be packing tomorrow to move south. It was very well stocked with anything we needed. The pool was area was delightful. We have friends that do the winter in Florida. They came over one afternoon and enjoyed our lovely pool with us. The neighborhood is very quiet. I took walks every morning. But we were close to many restaurants and places to shop. A+++ place to stay! I’m sad that it is already booked for next year.

Our stay in Venice was great. Most of the local beaches are about 10 minute drive from the house. The pool area was perfect to relax after the beach and hang out during the evening rainstorms. We would come back again, thank you for your hospitality!

We really enjoyed our stay at this property. House was well stocked with anything you would need on vacation. Easily accessible to foods, stores, grocery and most of all THE BEACH. The ferry is a must, beach was not crowded. We found an abundance of shark teeth and sand dollars between 3 beaches close to the house. Kathleen is a great host and very quick to respond with any and all questions. We arrived one day earlier than expected and we were able to go ahead and check in.

We really enjoyed our stay in Venice. The house was everything it was advertised to be and it was especially nice to arrive to a house stocked with all the necessities. The pool area is just great with both shady and sunny areas to enjoy. The location is excellent - close to everything yet is in a nice residential setting perfect for evening walks. Having access to the South Venice Ferry is a real plus for beach days. We cannot say enough positive things about our dealings with Kathleen. She was very responsive to any queries and a real pleasure to deal with. Thanks again for a great stay!!

We really enjoyed staying at this house with our family. We picked the location so we could enjoy the beach on our relax days away from Disney, Universal and Sea World. Everything we needed was available at the house. There was plenty of room for us and the pool was a nice touch. The communication with the owner was very easy. Response was always timely and helpful. My family would love to rent this property again.

The home is in a quiet neighborhood with quick access to Hwy 41 and was very clean inside and out. The pool area is a great size and will seat at least a dozen around the pool. The kitchen is well stock with just about anything you need. This one is on our repeat visit list. We will definitely look at this one first when staying in the Venice area!! The owner was extremely responsive whenever we had a question, with responses in usually 10 minutes. Fantastic all around!

This house was perfect for our stay in Venice. We loved the private pool and patio and spent most of our time out there enjoying the beautiful Florida sun. The location can't be beat. You are literally 5minutes from all that Venice has to offer. The South Venice Beach Ferry pass is an absolute treat! Not only does this house come with a private pool it comes with access (for up to 6 people) to a basically private beach! Overall I cannot thank Kathleen enough for opening up her home to us and providing such a fantastic little piece of paradise!

The property is well maintained and had everything we could need! The pool was really nice to be able to relax around in the evenings and when staying in from going out to eat. Our three daughters(ages: 3 and twin - 1 year olds) really enjoyed the pool and toys/noodles available. It is a short 8-10 minute drive to the beach. We always park next to “Sharky’s on the Pier” and access the beach through there. It is also a great place to grabs drinks and lunch on the beach.
