Beautiful place but we won’t go again, the host makes the stay terrible - she must be ashamed.Not a good value for money

The location is nice and the view was beautiful. We pay good money so at least we expected to have toiled paper that is not used and normal behavior from this terrible host. I can send you the whole chat with the host if you want to see.

- The host is EXTREMELY AND SHOCKINGLY unprofessional, rude and behaves terribly. We were shocked about it and such disrespect and attitude is unacceptable. - read carefully before you book the extra charges - extra pay for bed sheets was strange -not very clean apartment -bed was comfortable but VERY SHORT - am 1,66cm tall and my feet was out of the bed -we were 2 adults and paid the extra for towels and sheets for 2 people however when we got there only one bed had sheets, THE TOILET PAPER WAS USED AND HARDLY ANY LEFT, there wasn’t enough soap too. -when i told the host about this there was no answer for the toilet paper and soap, no excuse, NOT EVEN ONE SORRY -about the bed sheets she told me that for first time two people go there and sleep on different beds( we are family so when we book an apartment this big and PAY FOR 2 people sheets and towels we expect to have them!) and told me that we should have told her this - why didn’t SHE asked?! -the sunbeds on the beach are horrible and the free zone is uncomfortable ( the sand there is not fluffy) which is a shame to treat place like that with clean water this way - book a taxi from airport before you go - they are big scam ( for 20 min ride we paid 80 € ) - the restaurants there are expensive and the food is awful -overall they don’t take none care about tourism there and host just wants to get money

Exceptional

The view from the terrace is to die for. Listening to the sea waves early in the morning and late at night was breath taking. The apartment is well equipped and spacious. Hosts were very friendly!

everything was great, the additional cost for towels/linen coule have been avoided, but no biggy.

the view is fantastic . the apartment comfortable and well equipped . the owner is wonderful and responsive !

the only thing would be the requirement to throw garbage but that was advised ahead of time

Superb

Lovely location, overlooking the sea. Supermarket within minutes walking from the apartment. Owner has been very helpful and accommodating.

Rubbish-took a little while before to get used to which bin needed to be put out on the street to be emptyed.

Great apartment with fantastic sea view

The apartment is well equipped inside and outside. Great veranda overlooking an amazing beach! More than enough comfortable furniture outside to spend lots of time outside. The apartment is spacious with more than enough room for our family of 4.

Very good

If you plan to arrive after 8 pm, read small prints about €50 extra charges and extras per person for towels and sheets before booking. The location was literally stone throw from the sea, the apartment was new, and the beach and the sea was just amazing.

Modern and new apartment with sea view

- new apartment . nicely decorated in blue colours - sea view and walkung distance to the beach - spotlessly clean - quick response time

The couch set on the pic on the veranda was not part of the ground floor apartment, we had instead a table and chairs and sun chairs for the garden. Seems only the upper appartments have the couch set, we had a couch inside.

Whispers from the sea. ;)

The title just to emphasize that the apartment has got a big balcony just a stone away from the sea... I was on my own so I had plenty of space. I believe that the apartment can fit 4 people comfortably (it has 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms both with a toilet). The apartment is basically brand new and it has everything you need. I would say one of the best apartment on the market at that price. Finally, Ms Maria, the owner is always available. Please also note that there rules to follow as Maria is very details oriented, but I believe that is not a bad thing as her attention to details is also reflected in the care that she put into the apartment.

Lovely appartment,great views ,fast check in !Great place to explore Costa Smeralda ,the underground parking was a strong point! Easy garbage selection due the printed guides. The near beach is suited for small children! Thanks for everything!!!

It's in a great location, with balcony to the ocean, only few steps away! Fully equipped and wonderful beach right in front

Sardinia, where you want to return!

Great place, great apartments, everything you need, the best beach in Golfo Aranci 30 meters, we are in love with this place! Thanks to Maria for the good feedback and help with any questions! Will definitely return! Holidays with children, the sea is perfect, white sand and comfortable depth!👌🏻
