Good value for a great location and 20 minutes from practically everywhere in Atlanta.

Perfect location. Great neighborhood with lots of options for food and groceries and easily accessible via Uber and good old fashioned walking. Andre was a great host, readily available for any questions and the apartment was perfect. Clean and tidy. It was just like being home while on vacation.

very quiet, rarely any noise from the other tenants. location was perfect and centrally located to much of Atlanta

the water heater didn’t last very long during a basic shower. had to treat it like an RV and only leave it on line enough to rinse.

Nice apartment in Virginia Highlands

The location is fantastic. The ease of check-in was very convenient, and the host was responsive. The kitchen was nice. Excellent water pressure in the shower.

The bed and the couch are not super comfortable. The smart TV for apps only had Netflix, Prime, and something called xumo, lol. It's a ground-floor apartment, so every movement of the upstairs neighbor is quite loud, which is probably why the host provides ear plugs! The window behind the bedroom leads to an alley between the next building and that building has a motion-activated flood light. So anytime someone walks by you get some light in the room, and the blinds don't block all of it.

Location wonderful area, no need to use the car. The apartment was wonderful.

Black out shades in the bedroom would be nice. Although I absolutely love the windows in the bedroom and the light that comes in. You can hear every conversation outside. None of that is a deal breaker.

This unit is so near everything and plenty to do that is within walking distance. Definitely repeat stay spot!

Unit was spacious, had excellent decor, staff was great to work with and highly responsive, well-stocked with supplies, easy access, immaculately clean.

The parking for a guest was a little tight due to the congestion of the area. However, it does not detract from the stay.

I was not happy , he will find any reason to keep your deposit , especially if you’re black.

I liked the area.

After checkout the host claimed that I left the apartment unkempt even though the place was spotless when I checked out , I asked the host for proof he could not do so. He then proceeded to keep my deposit. So BEWARE he will scam you !!

Great place for a quick weekend trip.

Very clean and conveniently located for our trip to visit friends in Virginia Highlands. easy walk to Publix and many restaurants.

Is a $300 security deposit really necessary given that the owner can reject travelers with bad reviews and by the fact that the reservation is made through Booking.com.

We spent a comfortable night in this apt. It was wonderful that it was so close to the theater.

We prefer a ground floor place since my husband has mobility issues. However, the 2nd floor location was doable with just a short flight of stairs. A handrail would have been helpful.

A Great Find

I loved the location. It was very clean and the kitchen was well stocked. The bed was extremely comfortable and the furnishings were nice.

The couch was uncomfortable and there were not many options on the television. Overall, the place was very nice!

Its overall a good stay and close to restaurants and bars.

Very convenient. Parking is a plus. Great water pressure.

The living room furniture is more for ambiance than comfort. The flooring makes noise, squeaking and crackling with every step you take, the people above the apartment seem to have the same problem, as we can hear every sound they made as well.

The stay was a terrible disaster ,would not recommend

I did not like the host attitude at all.i did not even get to stay in my room because upon check the host demanded $300 20 mins before my check in time .He had a terrible attitude when we tried to figure out why he was demanding that we cashapp him $300 after we already payed $250 on booking.com. Because of this we did not even get to stay in the room and ended up going else where

Nice and clean

I like the door code access. The apartment was very clean, comfortable and welcoming. I love that they book 1 night stays. Less than a mile away from Ponce City Market and so many other things. Each time I called or had a question he picked up the phone and helped. I actually booked this location 3 hours prior to checkin and had absolutely no delays. I will definitely be booking with them again!!

Great girls weekend

This unit was close to everything! Walk to restaurants, grocery stores, etc. Short drive to the Ponce Market (1 mile), easy to get around the city. Super location

Unit was listed as having a sleeper sofa, it was a futon and it was not even comfortable to sit on as a couch much less try to sleep on it. Good thing I was with my best friend and didn't mind sharing the bed.

Location, walking distance to some great food and entertainment, easy to access main thoroughfares when exploring beyond Virginia Highlands...walking distance to our son's house. Parking was included. Apartment was comfortable with lots of natural light.

A bit noisy at times cause the front door is not well sealed and rattled any time another apartment door or the main stairwell door opened. Also, noise traveled from other apartments through the stairwell. No washer/dryer.

Security deposit requirement & quantity was a surprise AFTER I booked and was collected via PayPal. Did not like this at all. Also listed rate was about half of what it turned out to be after fees and taxes. Prices need to be listed IN FULL and deposit requirements disclosed prior to booking. And it must be done clearly and prominently, not hidden in small text or buried.

lack of response from the hostess. had a water leak from upstairs coming down heavey water was all over the kitchen floor he could have care less I ask to be moved he never answer me. I had to clean up all the water heoffer no help at all and Ihave been in another property he has the same way parking was a pain in the butt hard to turn around and get out of very small
