Golf Cart usage must be approved prior to arrival. We must have a liability waiver signed prior to golf cart usage. Golf cart can only be parked in front of the following properties when parking by the beach:
62 Moody Dr or 58 Ocean St . Please do not park it by other homes on the street as it will be towed away.
The battery is only good for about 1-2 hr so please dont forget to recharge. We do have timer there, please make sure its pluged in with the charger. Please text me at (386)569-5383 with any questions.

The street in front of the house which leads to the beach is a private street and our house does not belong to that community. Though it is not prohibited if you walk down to the beach on Seascape, you might run into an unfriendly neighbor who will ask you not to use the street. You are welcome to use 2 other neighboring streets Ocean street on the left or Moody Dr. on the RT. The golf cart is there for your convenience. Please only park the golf cart at 58 Ocean St or 62 Moody Dr. as both of those homes are managed by us. We do provide beach chairs and umbrella for your convenience. Please make sure to always wash the sand off before you place them back in the garage. Please remove Hammock and Hanging chairs from the outside and place them in the garage in order to keep them dry for your next usage.
Our beautiful pool is the ultimate Oasis for you to enjoy at anytime . The remote control is located in the downstairs kitchen on the wall. Please make sure to always keep it there.
In order to operate the features of the pool such as Spa and waterfall, please press #1 for Spa (it might take 20-30 min for it to heat to 100F) and #2 for the Waterfall. List of what is provided: Your vacation home will have basic starter supplies for your arrival. This includes toilet paper , shampoo, conditioner, and bath soap (small hotel size). Also included are bath towels, hand towels, washcloths, linens, a hairdryer, an iron, an ironing board. We stock the house with toilet paper (1-2 rolls per bathroom) and one roll of paper towels. The kitchen is fully stocked as far as dishes, pots, pans and cooking utensils. We do not provide zip lock bags, seran wraps and foil paper. Please let us know if you need any specific items for the kitchen so we can try to accommodate you prior to arrival. We look forward to having you enjoy your stay!

We really enjoyed our stay. The house was just as expected and the few minor issues/concerns we had were addressed immediately by the property manager who made sure we had everything we needed upon arrival as well as throughout the week. The neighborhood is very quiet. We barely saw anyone else during our stay, even at the beach. We would 100% stay here again. One of our favorite properties that we have rented!

If you are looking for a private beach experience with access to MarineLand, St. Augustine or Flagler Beach then this is the property for you! The property manager is fantastic! The house was large enough for all to have space to themselves . The hot tub was a bonus since the beach (which is lovely) was too breezy. Thought it was chilly outside, the pool area was a lovely retreat. We loved having three bathrooms. The hosts were quick to respond to questions.

This was our first time using VRBO and stumbled upon this particular rental. The entire process from start to finish was seamless and the property and location are fantastic. Outside of the tourist area so it is quiet and relaxing, yet with a short drive you can be at other locations with ease. The host was wonderful as well, and her team checked in periodically through the app to make sure we had everything we needed. Will definitely recommend!

This vacation rental was perfect for our needs since it has a separate living area on the bottom floor. Being so close to the beach is amazing, but the best part is the pool! We spent most of our time there, and it is simply amazing! Best pool of any vacation home we have rented. The beds are also very comfortable!

We loved every minute of our vacation because of Alina and her team. They were fabulous and we love the house. Thank you for giving us a well needed vacation. We only had 4 people staying here and it was enough room for us to get away to ponder, think and set new goals but also enjoy our wonderful family. The house is beautiful!! So much room, the host was great kept in contact and answered any questions we had! The golf cart makes being a little bit off of the ocean bereable lol and all the provided towels, toys, chairs, umbrella and cart to haul it all with...made it a breeze. The pool/spa area is amazing after a long day at the beach. I do however feel like that the pictures and description of private lane need updated, as there has been much more development all around the property so there are very close neighbors on all sides now. Also, the upstairs deck (side facing the backyard/pool) several of the deck boards are starting to feel soft/spongy feeling when walked on. Not unsafe feeling at the moment but probably should take a look at it. We had a great time! There was 9 of us and could have easily slept more.

As we arrived they were doing road construction on the roads in the neibourhood we came down for bike week with over 500.00 worth of custom harleys and had to ride down sand roads everyday was the only disappointment but we made the best of it and booked the property for next year know the roads will all be new.

Overall we had a great time. We were a little disappointed to start with the fee to heat the pool and jacuzzi. That wasn't clearly outlined when we first booked and wasn't addressed until after the date for a refund had passed. It is clearly outlined now. The only other issues that we encountered were mold and mildew in the washing machine(which we did not use due to that.) And the shower for the main bathroom clogged the afternoon the day before check out. We reached out to let them know and they said they would take care of it first thing. We left early but ultimately with the other bathrooms it wasn't really an issue.
All that being said, we did have a great time.

The house had plenty of space and lots to do with the kids. The pool was amazing, the kids had so much fun. We really enjoyed the beach, which was a short golf cart ride away. There are many parks and things to explore in close proximity, including a Publix a few minutes away.

Let me first start off with the positives. The house was clean and had great space for an extended family traveling together. We also appreciated the availability of a golf cart with the ability to park that golf cart steps away from the beach and the pool was beautiful. Some of the major disappointments included the master bedroom. As a mentioned our extended family booked this location for our end of summer family trip and we had every intention of putting my in-laws in the master. Unfortunately, when we arrived the bed was not as pictured in the booking photos but a very low to the ground platform bed surrounded by a ~2 foot pleather surround with dents. Given the age of my in-laws it was unreasonable to have them sleep that low on the ground and army roll out of bed. We give our in-laws the master bedroom each year and had we known this would be the setup, we would not have booked this location. In general I would recommend that they recapture pictures of the property given that the outdoor furniture setup is different upon arrival and the golf cart has no proper back seat (they currently have an outdoor cushion tied to the back in place of reupholstering the seat) , which limits you to transporting 2 people at a time in the event that you have old and or young family traveling with your group. One last major disappointment of note was the hot tub malfunction. After troubleshooting all evening on a Sunday and following all instructions in the onsite pool/spa book we notified the property manager that the hot tub never heats beyond 94 degrees F. Alina is VERY pleasant however she just dismissed the issue telling us that she could see the spa was set to 103 on her app and that sometimes it takes several hours and so we should just wait it out. We tried for several hours the following day following all of the property managers instructions and ultimately it took 3 full days after the initial date we reported concern for someone to come out to service the issue, leaving us with 2 out of the 7 nights to use the spa. Ultimately we selected this location off of the beach because of the size,set-up and pool/spa combo, I was disappointed that we didn't really get to take advantage of the property as we had intended to.

Very nice and clean house. Loved the heated pool/spa. Pool was an “oasis” and so nice. Only thing I don’t like was the remote for the pool is locked in lockbox on 1st floor. Not good when kids are sleeping on that floor. Remote was kinda confusing but I figured it out. Saw a snake in pool area (king snake) lots of lizzards came to pool area to visit us. Watch out for the fire ants! They will bite you. Golf cart was a Plus getting to and from the beach, there was construction going on we had to boil our water for a week and the only road we can get down was Moody Drive the other beach access was closed

This house was everything we'd hoped for! Photos are accurate. A wonderful beach house. Quiet neighborhood (other than street construction laying pipelines). Golf cart was amazing to drive 2 blocks to the beach. House was fully stocked with 10+ beach towels, pool toys, and 5 beach chairs. Pool was perfect & screens kept bugs out. Concrete driveway for kid's scooter riding. We found 2 local restaurants that were amazing! JT's Seafood & Captains BBQ. Washington Oaks State Park across A1A was amazingly beautiful! We booked a photographer for a family photo session while there! My only complaint was not enough shower towels/washcloths so I had to wash laundry daily. (My family only uses them once.) We WILL rent here again! Weather was amazing and we loved the slow pace of Palm Coast! ❤

Kitchen well appointed. Family enjoyed the pool. House was clean. Walking to the beach is a snap. Enjoyed being able to bring our pets.

We booked this vacation to get away and relax. The pool / hot tub are a beautiful addition to this home. The weather was not always on our side to go to the beach so the pool saved us many times. The property manager was easy to contact and very responsive. Would consider this property again in the future.

Nice location just block from beach. Golf cart was nice to have to get to beach. If pool and hot tub would have worked it would probably be nice. Construction all around the property - was told there would some but house being built right beside pool area.
First VRBO that we were not greeted by someone and shown the lay of the land. Phone calls were promptly answered but ineffective in execution. Took several phone calls and 3 days to fix hot tub and pool never got warm. (you could not heat both at the same time) Could use some TLC. Light bulbs out. Rips in couch. Two of the showers just leaked and sprayed you and couldn't get to work right. Very limited kitchen supplies but pots and pan were amazing. Landscaping in pool area needs love. Old gas lamps broken and laying around inside. Ants around hot tub.

We had a great time, kids loved the pool and being close to the ocean. Golf cart made beach trips easy! House had plenty of space, enjoying meals on the balcony while enjoying the ocean breeze was perfect. The nearby restaurant's were good and also a Publix grocery store is fairly close. Take a walk through Washington Oaks park across the street and stop by Ragga surf cafe for breakfast! Great area for a vacation, everyone seemed nice and laid back.

Wonderful location with a quick walk to the beach…you can hear the ocean at night through open windows! The home is spacious and comfortable. The pool and spa are amazing. We very much enjoyed our stay!
