Roadtrip to hell

Theres prostitutes coming in and out hourly. The place is extremely dirty, I have taken pictures as I will be informing dept of health. Its filled with cockroaches. This place should be condemned and is most definitely not a 3 star. They dont cater for basic needs as a guesthouse should. The wifi doesnt work in the rooms. They advertise triple rooms but for the 3rd bed they throw a matress on the floor and you must sleep between cockroaches. They advertise safe parking but during the day you must park outside in the streets of Jeppetown but at night you can park inside the carwash they run daily. We felt extremely unsafe during our stay and will never ever recommend this property to anyone. The towl that was placed in our double room was full of food on check in and had to be taken down to reception. Our linen had blood stains on. No this was a trip to hell. We checked out a day before we should as we could not tolerate the condition any further

Never again!

I loved their big bed with white linen. It was comfortable.

There was no power. No towels at all. Condom wrappers under the bed. We are woken up at 7am to all remove our cars cos we are parked at a carwash.

There were no towels.. the sheets amd pillows were not clean. My room was not cleaned properly

Aircon didn’t work as it should’ve. Staff seemed tired when we got there.

Relaxing and refreshing..

Location is good.,well half way to Eastgate shopping centre and well halfway to Johannesburg central.,Their apartments are speciouse enough and very clean & tidy ,quite..atmosphere.,they dnt have loadshedding issues..,water is warm , aircon is easy to operate .,bathroom is clean..,evrything is working properly..,i was impressed..😊

Maybe they should include other dstv channels and for kids as well..thank you

The staff is great and the rooms were clean and is what I expected and they have back up incase of loadshedding

The shower there's no glass or shower curtains there will be water all over the bathroom on the floor their wifi network is weak and the TV only play 3 boring channels

No working ac , bad neighbourhood. cocroaches everywhere . If i could have get a refund i would have never stayed here . no save parking during the day

The room looked nice when you first entered. I could really not give more info. will never book here The neighborhood seemed very questionable . losts of noise from a very busy street. If I could cancel the rest of my stay I would have. No parking untill 6 and your car will stay on the pavement. we found dead cocroaches. Okay Journey

Air conditioner was working properly The bed, bedding and fleece The cleaning was proper During load shedding we had power The staff was great( receptionist cleaners security)

The geyser was off or acting up(cold water) The refrigerator wasn't working or getting cold but on and hot WiFi wasn't connecting

my stay was fine

when there was loadshadding they had backup so we were not in the dark and had tv on as well as plugs aircon was great and functional for long clean property friendly staff convenient plugging area accessible for ordering

wifi kept disconnecting in the bedroom and had connection strong by the door or toilet shower was spilling water all over the bathroom as it has no barriers tv channels were limited and some were not clear plastic toilet seat was broken and uncomfortable (moving as it was tightened one side)

Overall, a great experience

Staff were amazing, check in was flawless, safe and secure despite it being in a 'not so great' area. A little noisy but for the price I paid it was outstanding, thank you so much

Dirty unusable cups. No glasses. Bathroom lightbulb needs replacement

I hated everything about the place, the location is like the pits of Johannesburg, the room had corkroaches, lots of them, there was no water at all, the rooms were extremely hot we couldn't sleep entlek there was nothing good about the place nje
