Schön, aber ...

Das Appartement ist groß, geräumig, mit traumhaften Ausblick.

Man darf nicht in die Ecken schauen, hier ist noch Nachholbedarf.

Swimming pool was empty; the host didn’t mention about that 2 Toilest only 1 was work ( the shower was cold and the toilet didn’t flush )

Good place for holidays with child

Most atractive is localization, near to town center and beach. There is air conditioning in each room and two bathrooms. We had no issue with parking for car

Accomodation was mainly fine, but there were issues with water in main bathroom. Hope would be solve for future recipients.

Fantastic staff

Overall the apartment looks just like in the pictures. It’s comfortable, and lovely to be in. However, the best part about it was its staff. We had some difficulties checking in, and the staff did all they could via phone how to help us. Also, the coffee machine was not there (like in the pictures), but they immediately reacted to our feedback and brought us a brand new machine! This was a splendid service!

My recommendation would be to create clearer and more structured check in instructions for the clients. It’s not easy to find the place, and even when you find it, you need to know exactly what steps to take in order to enter the house, park the car, and etc. The instructions we received via WhatsApp were a little chaotic, not chronological and created more chaos than helped. They need improvement. Thanks!

Exceptional

Great view from the terrace, very nice interior of the flat too. The nearby pool was very clean as well. The host was very nice and helpfull to us.

Spacious apartment with pool and sea view

The apartment is large, clean, well equipped - including air condition in the living room and in each bed room, bed sheets as well as towels. From the balcony you have a nice view at the sea. Residents have access to a private pool and the old town is only a 10 minute walk away.

Bright and Cheery Unit with Free Parking and Lift Access!

Love the bright cheery unit. Lots of space and a great kitchen with an oven and stove and full kitchen. They have heating and cooling depending on your weather. The patio an window in the lounge has fabulous views. They also had a baby cot for us which was great. Free parking - although a fair way away from the unit and up LOTS of stairs, but much needed as parking is an issue in Camogli. Also, have to mention that the unit has lift access! Love our stay and would recommend.

It was tricky to find the unit as there was no clear address to follow, fortunately, they were quick to answer the phone call and came straight over to direct us to the garage and unit. We loved our place but we had two issues: 1. The button to flush the toilet kept falling off. 2. The washing machine wasn't cleaned and had black mouldy water in it, together with mould around the rubber lining. All in all these are NOT MAJOR issues and I would still stay here again in a heartbeat as it really is a lovely unit.

Exceptional

It has an amazing view of Camogli, it is very clean and comfortable. We also needed parking which was right outside the door and the lift was great because Camogli is hilly and we did a lot of walking. It is a great base for exploring the area - Cinque Terre and Golfo Paradiso are right on the doorstep and Camogli is so beautiful. As we were here in winter it seemed less closed down that some other towns and the restaurants are great. Paolo was very helpful and we would definitely stay here again.

While I liked the en-suite bathroom some people may be surprised that it is so small. It has a wet area shower but it is a great use of space and it was also nice to have 2 bathrooms.
