We really enjoyed our stay. The cottage is comfortable and in a beautiful location.

We didn't realise when we booked, but this cottage is on the same block of land that has a tree farm on it - we had many enjoyable strolls through the rows and rows of saplings/young trees, reading the tags about each species. The cottage itself is very cosy - we needed the air-conditioning as it was quite warm for part of our stay, and it worked very effectively. We made day trips out to Warragul, Toorongo Falls, the Noojee trestle bridge nearby, even Inverloch, to break up the stay and keep our teenagers from going stir crazy. Casey and Steve were very welcoming and helpful hosts.

A Pleasant stay , I note that two cottages were joined by a common wall. Owners were very pleasant people. Certainly value for money.

Blerick Country Retreat was perfect. It was like stepping into a country movie; the owners were so courteous and had the open fire roaring so when we entered the beautiful retreat the barn was warm and welcoming! It was idyllic! The attic bedroom offered paddock and rolling hill views. The spa was huge and with a bottle of bubbles we melted away our Sydney stresses and enjoyed the peaceful sounds of Neerim South. The retreat is situated so that a leisurely drive to Mt Baw Baw takes you off on a snow boarding adventure and then returns you to horses, paddocks, and vineyards. It is the perfect weekend getaway or a week long holiday! 5 stars for this retreat!

I'm a single person with an old dog who needs to be inside, and to be able to bring him to a place where he was welcome inside and cared for was really great. I was very tired and needed peace and quiet. A couple of days in lovely surroundings with the comfort of a wood fire and flexibility of a kitchen did the trick.
