About this apartment rental

PROPERTY DETAILS: The "Garden View" is 1 of 3 residences located in the Beehive- This fully furnished & equipped lower unit has a king bed, fully equipped kitchen, bathroom, linens, Cable Smart TV & Wi-fi. Spilt unit A/C and central heat. Each unit in the Beehive has its own private entry, private deck and electric grill. There is a laundry room on the premises. CONTACT US, if you need 30 to 60 days and VRBO shows as BLOCKED. See VRBO listing 4219203 for our 3/2 and 7127984 for our 2/1. . LOCATION: The Beehive is located just off the Portage Trail & near I-90, on the Lake Erie Wine Trail. Its within walking to restaurants, Parkview Cafe, Brazills, Larry's Wings. Near Portage Pie, Banks, library, park, antiques, grocery, and more. An 11 mile drive to the CHAUTAUQUA INSTITUTION. Located in the WINE REGION there is even a LOCAL BREWERY nearby to visit. Golf, fishing, BARCELONA HARBOR BEACH, Lake Erie within 10 minutes. Timmermans' for produce and the Saturday Green Market. RATES: A minimum booking of 4 days will be accepted, if available. Discount rates available for weekly, monthly.

We enjoyed the view out the back window overlooking two big willow trees and grapevines in the distance. The porch was a wonderful feature with a table for dining and enjoying the outdoors.

The rental was spotless, the neighborhood was quite and close to a grocery store and restaurant. We loved that there was a laundry room that we could use. We would stay again.

The property was clean, neat, and user friendly. Communication with the owner was extremely easy and any requests or questions were promptly answered. The proximity to Chautauqua Lake, Lake Erie and Chautauqua made this a great place to stay. It was a home away from home.

Grew up in this area, loved it. I was called away for forty years and returned. Friends I grew up with said "Why Westfield?" The answer is simple...it has character, history and has spent the last forty years like I did...trying to make something of ourselves. Good job Westfield, your mother would be proud of you! The Garden View is one example of "Why Westfield", the property has history and makes you feel comfortable. Keep up the good work!
