About this house rental

Newly remodeled kitchen, dining room and living room. Newly painted interior and carpet in all bedrooms with new mattresses. You cannot go wrong with this house. Has all the amenities of home including fully equipped kitchen, washer/dryer and screened in pool (not heated).

It is a short walk (approx 5 mins) or a very short drive to the beautiful white sandy beach of Panama City Beach. . Located on the quieter west end of the beach. This is the part of the beach families want to be in.

If you are looking for a place to party and be loud to disturb the neighbors, this is not the house for you.

Why would you rent a small hotel room when you can have a whole house! High speed internet with streaming tv. Your own private screen enclosed pool - no having to share pool here! Yes, sun does go through the screen, it's just to keep the pool clean.!

5 minutes to Frank Brown Park and the new Pier Park.

You will love this home with the private pool in fenced backyard.

The west end of PCB is a lot more private and the traffic is
definitely much better. This is the part of the beach
families want to be in. The beach is not overpopulated like the east side and the water is awesome. Go snorkeling, fishing, swimming or just bake on the beach . You will always have a great time here.

No smoking. No pets. Spring Breakers considered.

We enjoyed our annual visit to PCB. The house was great. This is the first time we’ve rented with a pool definitely is a requirement from now own. Location was great. Even though the beach weather was no cooperating this year, (it’s Florida) we still had a great time. Hope we can make it back next year.

My friends and I had a great time at this home. There were so many good restaurants recommended by the hosts and a lot to do with just a short drive. The walk to the beach was only 5 minutes and it wasn’t crowded at all. The location and set up of the house was great and perfect for the 10 people we had stay. The hosts were very communicative and made sure everything was perfect for our stay. The check in and check out process was also very smooth and easy. We will definitely be going back!

Reasonably priced. Very easy check in/out process. The neighbors are a little unsettling, they sit on their porch and stare. Very old and run down neighborhood. Do NOT order pizza from Papa John's they cannot find the house.

Property was good. We only had one pan to cook and one cookie sheet. (Note there is multiple pots). I think there could be more attention pay to cleaning but it wasn't a deal breaker. Neighborhood was great they are very welcoming and friendly.

I have to say that we never really leave any comments online but I decided to do so for this property. We are extremely happy with our stay. The entire experience was exceptional. The kids loved the pool. The beach is really only a few minutes away and is located on a quiet part of the area. Will probably come back again next year.

The first thing we noticed was the smell and it was the most inviting and let us know it was clean.The house was in order and the pool was perfect a little farther walking distance to the beach than we thought/wanted but other than that we enjoyed our stay and loved the house!

Not horrible, but disappointing

The property was a bit disappointing. The upkeep on the property wasn't great. I don't think this is a 4.7 star property as it shows (3 starts at best, in my opinion). The 4th bedroom is a converted garage and the air doesn't work very well in there (it was incredibly hot and stuffy). The pool area was in desperate need of pressure washing (there was black mildew all over the walls and the deck needed to be pressured washed). The yard was overgrown with knee high weeds. I will say the owners were incredibly helpful when the plumbing went out (roots growing through the pipes) and they got a plumber out there the next day so we were only without toilets for a day. I guess I expected a little more based on the rating and the other reviews.

We really enjoyed our stay and week at the beach. The house was very clean and we had plenty of room. The pool was good size and perfect for those early morning and late evening swims. The walk to the beach was right around 5 minutes, but we found it easier to drive and park near the access. The beach wasn't overcrowded which was great. Overall it was great week and an awesome place to stay. I would recommend this house to anyone.

4 bedrooms 2 baths but one bath was only accessed off master bedroom thus left other 3 bedroom occupants only the one bathroom access, pool was open year round and had a heater but it was not hooked up nor did it work

The property was as shown in pictures. For a family its a great place to stay, the kids loved the private pool. Still close to pier park which was nice, but this home is definitely in a much quieter area which we loved. The beach was very close. The only real complaint any of us had was we thought it was hot in the house. The house was little dated as previous comments mentioned but it was definitely a nice family place. It was clean when we showed up both inside and outside. We would definitely stay again.

Had a really good time. The house had plenty of room and the pool was awesome. The house is very nicely decorated. This was our first time reserving a vacation rental house and that is the best way to go. So much better than a resort or hotel.

The house is a short walk to the beach. When we weren’t at the beach, we used the great pool. This area of the beach is very quiet and not crowded. There are several grocery stores nearby, and lots of restaurants a short drive away. If you are staying in PCB, consider this house. Owners are very responsive.

My family and I enjoyed staying at this house. The house had everything we needed. When we were there and not at the beach, we spent most of our time at the time and it was the best. Rich and Brenda were amazing, when we first arrived we noticed the dryer wasn't working and they were on top of it. We had a repair man out there to fix it. They made sure our stay was 100% satisfaction. I would definitely recommend this property to anyone!!!!!!!! Thank you Rich and Brenda for sharing your wonderful vacation home!!!!

We booked this place at the last minute due to unpreventable issues with our first option. Well, all things happen for a reason. This house ended up being a far better choice than what I originally had booked. It's spacious, clean, and had everything we needed. The house is only about 5 minutes from Pier Park and just a few minutes from grocery stores. Being able to walk to the beach was great and having the pool to relax in at night was a huge bonus. The home already has a few things you might need such as an iron, washer/dryer (old but works), pots/pans, utensils, wifi/cable and towels. It's the perfect house for a family. We will definitely be back!

Couldn't be happier! Located in more quiet area while being close to everything needed. House was plenty big for our needs and owners were great to work with. Called them a few times and issues were taken care of instantly. One was blender broke and other was toaster handle broke and each time, someone came that day with brand new one.
