This beautiful home takes advantage of spectacular ocean views from almost every room! The large great room on the main floor is open to the kitchen and dining room, making the home perfect for families. Enjoy your morning coffee or a glass of wine at sunset on the deck overlooking Twin Rocks.
The main level includes a suite with a spa-like bathroom, walk-in shower and double vanities. A second bedroom and bathroom on the main floor is perfect for those who don't like stairs.
The lower level includes a second great room and kitchenette equipped with refrigerator, sink and dishwasher. Step out on the patio and watch the waves while you soak up the sea air.

Hop on the Oregon Coast Scenic Train at the bottom of the hill or shop for taffy and t-shirts. Or just walk on the beach and enjoy the ocean and a meal at one of the many restaurants.

This was our 3rd time staying at this home. We love it! It is beautiful, clean, comfortable and has an amazing view of the ocean. Mona is an amazing host and very responsive.

Very nice place with only a few shortcomings: few items we normally use not available, like a glass casserole dish and a rice cooker (then again, maybe not everyone uses these). The kitchen window and the dining room patio door could use a blind or shades of some sort. Very difficult to eat dinner with the sun shining straight in, then again, having this problem means the weather is nice. Finally, the dining room needs an overhead light. Looks like one used to be there, but was now covered up with a cover plate. These are just knick-picky problems in an otherwise outstanding house with a great location.

Four couples enjoyed this spacious home. There were separate bathrooms for each couple.
The furnishings were comfortable.
The kitchen is nice, with a table that seats 8.
Some of the kitchen tools, silverware, and dishware could be replaced/updated/increased in number, and we couldn't find a griddle, though there may have been one. It wasn't difficult to make due, but for the price point some simple upgrades in the kitchen category would be nice.
Some of the towels have "soured", which can happen in a damp climate.
The drive to the house is steep. This would be a challenge during snowy/icy weather.
Over all, it was a lovely stay in a beautiful home.

This property was great to bring multiple household and ages together under one roof. Comfortable furniture and beds, opportunity for separation with up and downstairs common spaces, beautiful views and quiet surroundings. Listen to the ocean at night through open windows. Rockaway Beach is a laid back, quiet community.

We throughly enjoyed our stay at this beautiful property! The house was wonderful and met all of our needs. The kitchen, bedrooms, bathrooms, and laundry room were all clean, welcoming, very well equipped for our one week stay. The view is beautiful from every room and back deck! Would highly recommend!!

Overall the property was great. Very spacious and comfortable. It accommodated our entire family easily and was too far from the beach. The view was amazing. I was disappointed in the properties upkeep of the outside landscape. It took away from the potential use of the outside area, fire pit. The condition of the surrounding yard really needs a lot of work and clean up. For those prices a mow and some weeding would make a huge difference. Oh, and invest in some new pillows for bed and the couches. The pillows are terrible and broken down on the beds and the pillows on the couch when beat together have a great dust plum that grossed me out a little. Other than that we enjoyed our stay.

This house was beyond amazing! Very easy to check in. Had more than enough stuff- even a keurig and regular coffee maker! The host, Mona, was easy to contact and made check in/out clear and easy! Hope to stay here again someday. It really is magical

Beautiful home. Amazing views. Close to town and overlooks the ocean. Home has everything you need for a great stay. Homeowner was great to work with. The basement doesn’t have AC so the basement got very hot. Thats was really my only negative for the home. It’s a great place.

I do not have words to explain how much we enjoyed staying in this house. It is a very comfortable, tastefully decorated space where 2-3 families can stay and relax. The ocean views are breathtaking from almost every room in the house. I would come back and would highly recommend it to my friends.

We had another amazing visit. The house is so perfect for our group of senior ladies, two of which use walkers. We are especially grateful for the garage to park inside out of the weather, the easy access into the house for unloading, coming and going, the spacious dinning table and all the comfortable bed-rooms. We are thankful for the sharing of this house.

We stayed here for a week in March and loved it. This was my 2nd time at this house. The views are amazing and the beds were comfortable, although the queen bed in the master on the main floor is a very small queen. It's more like a double bed.
My only complaint is that the kitchen isn't very well stocked. We like to cook when we go on vacation, but the lack of baking dishes made it difficult. They only had one wine glass, the kitchen utensils were old and falling apart. I asked the hostess about some type of pyrex dish and she said "well, sometimes things get taken home by accident." Okay??! The kitchen downstairs had no dishes, just 4 plastic margarita glasses.

This was our second time staying at this VRBO. We have a group of 4 friends that take an annual trip to the Oregon Coast. We stayed at this house last year and loved it so much we stayed again last week. We each have our own bedroom and bathroom. And there is a 5th bedroom with 2 beds as well. The house has an amazing view of the ocean from the living room, kitchen/dining room as well as at least 3 of the bedrooms and the nice balcony. The house has pretty much everything you need. Kitchen has dishes, cooking utensils, appliances, microwave, coffee maker, pots and pans, spices, zip lock bags etc. Mona was very responsive and so nice. We highly recommend this VRBO.

The house was a wonderful for our family of eight, and 3 extras that arrived for a day of fun and sleepover at the beach! Plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms for everyone, and loved that there was a dining table big enough to seat us all! The view was fabulous and close enough to the beach, Tillamook, and many other cites to keep everyone happy! Thank you for a great stay!

Our family thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The beds were comfy. Plenty of space. Cozy inside temp. Nice bathrooms & towels. Plenty of extras like toilet paper and paper towels which we appreciated. The front and backyard could use some weed clean-up for curb appeal. But the inside of the house was very clean and lovely. Plenty of space for our family to spread out. Breathtaking view. Our group has been coming to the coast in August for years and likes to stay in different areas. This house was a wonderful space for all of us and the location is amazing. Views for ever and it was fun to watch the train go through town. The kitchen was well equipped and things easily accessible. I would highly recommend this house for large families and groups.

This beautiful house was perfect for us. We had our 88 year old grandmother that has spent a lot of time in Rockaway with us. She absolutely loved sitting at the window looking out at the ocean and twin rocks.
We loved the workout the hill climb gave us! LOL
The house had everything we needed to feel at home.

The property was very lovely and spacious. It looked exactly how it appeared in the pictures which is always a good thing. Mona was very responsive when we had questions about things. If I had to give any constructive feedback I would just say maybe a little more attention to cleaning details. There was quite a few cobwebs and spiders in various places. The shower in the hallway downstairs seems a bit clogged or slow draining and one garage door is inaccessible so if 4 cars were staying it might be a little problem. Also maybe having a swiffer wet jet available might be nice to be able to mop the floor if needed and also a iron and ironing board.
Overall regardless of my suggestions, this place is great and I’d stay again for sure.

We enjoyed sitting outside on the deck, every morning, looking at the beautiful ocean view and scenery. The house is incredibly spacious and well appointed. It was great having four full bathrooms for people to have their own space.
The only drawback was the steep hill down to town which restricted a quick walk to town to get a bite to eat or something. Also, a full-size grocery store is a 20 minute drive in either direction.
The owner was very responsive to the few questions we had.

Lots of room for six adults and one bedroom not used so very roomy. Downstairs has its own large refrigerator, washer dryer and living space as well as three bedrooms and two bathrooms. It is up on hill over looking town and ocean. Quaint train runs through down. Nice flat beach. Antiquing and lots of things nearby. Really A plus facilities

Beautiful, spacious house with amazing views. Windy and steep road up to the house but the views make up for it. Kitchen was very well equipped. I would definitely book again at this house. It was a bummer that the gas fire place didn’t work.

We all really enjoyed the views and the house has lots of space. The beds are not your standard queen, they seem more like full beds, so not a lot of room for 2 adult people. Would be nice to have TV in bedrooms and a night stand next to beds. Kitchen could use some updates on utensils, but overall a good trip. THank you

This house was amazing. 5 Bedroom 4 whole bath and so extremely spacious! I had guests coming and going from
Friday until Monday and we agree this is the best house ever! The view was spectacular. We BBQ'd, bought wood for the little fire pit, but never got around to lighing it, cooked watched TV, slept. It was the best birthday gathering i have ever had.
Thanks to Mona for getting me all the info I needed, and the house provided all that we needed too, and then some. We will want to rent this property again for another get together!
