Exceptional and very comfordable for a family trip.

The location, the apartament was great for a family trip, in particular for for adults.

There is a need for more available bed linen sets.

Ottimi servizi, host gentile e disponibile

Grande disponibilità dell’host che ci ha dato diversi consigli e si è subito sbrigato a sistemare ogni cosa necessaria quanto prima possibile. Buoni tutti i servizi a disposizione. Vicino all’appartamento si trovano un supermercato, un ottimo bar per fare colazione e una farmacia h24. Ottima qualità prezzo.

Zona un po’ distante dalle diverse attrazioni ma con i pullman o i taxi si può ovviare il problema.

In general, let's say that was ok but not recommend you to stay here if outside is not hot.

The location of the apartment was very good

The cleanliness wasn't very very good. But this wasn't the major problem. The biggest problem is that all windows and doors does not close hermetically.The cold is coming through the windows. Everything that passes on the street you feel is in the room with you. We was here on middle of February when the tempretures on the night was arround 5,6 celcius degrees. In the aparmant it was a little chilly and the only source of heating is the AC, but is not a very good solution.

Good value for money. Great location-near shops and public transport.

The property was nicely aranged. It was comfortable/ big as discribed. It had washing mashine.

The furniture was quite used.

The living room, not faraway from the park, Laio Pastel for sweets ans coffe very close

The bads are very uncomfortable. Old and very uncomfortable matress, pillows uncomfortable. Need to be changed.

Perfect place

Unfortunately we would not recommend the apartment to others.

The apartment is really good located: several supermarkets and cafés nearby, friendly neighbourhood, bus stop around the corner, several places of interest at walking distance. Friendly host, who was easily reachable via WhatsApp, replied quickly and was willing to help/find solutions.

Unfortunately the apartment was by far not as clean as we expected. All bedclothes and towels had stains and spots. We had to wash all dishes to be found in the kitchen unit before using. Toilet and shower were not really clean. When we tried to wash the towels in the washing machine, we realized it didn`t work properly either. After contacting our host and sending him pictures, he willingly sent a cleaning service the next day. Unfortunately the guy who passed by hardly deserved this name and couldn`t really help. Consequently we took towels etc. to a nearby laundry and cleaned up the apartment by ourselves. Mattress in the main bedroom uncomfortable. Doors did not close properly.

it was quite noisy with lots of people coming and going banging doors and chatting loudly late at night. sheets were not very good quality and didn’t fit bed properly.

Exceptional

We really enjoyed staying at the property. It is definitely a great fit for families as it is spacious and in a great place away from the noise of the boulevards that is a common drawback for the big cities. Located on a walking distance (~20 to 25 mins) to almost all of the major attractions. The host was polite and helpful and assisted whenever it was possible.
