Agradável

O conceito do hotel adequa-se bem à localização, o espaço exterior com o baloiço e os animais é muito agradável. Os funcionários foram todos extremamente simpáticos e cuidadosos. Nada a apontar sobre a limpeza. Sugestão: no pequeno almoço, ter alguma opção de bebidas vegetais para quem não bebe leite.

O acesso ao hotel faz-se por uma estrada um pouco difícil.

Unbelievable view & delicious meals

It was a great weekend away. The food was really fantastic, both the included buffet breakfast and the dinner in the restaurant. The dinner was very reasonably priced considering the portion sizes and we thoroughly enjoyed it. The view is absolutely unbelievable, the large sliding doors in the room and the large balcony were great to enjoy it from. The bed was comfortable. The staff were really attentive and friendly, although they don't speak English, but we managed to get by with the basic Portuguese that we know. The property was fairly easy to reach, the youtube video which was shared with us prior as well as the road signage helped us navigate the tricky roads leading up to the property.

The room was a little disappointing. Although the bed was very comfortable, there were essentials which were missing, such as a soap holder in the shower and sufficient towel rails. It is also quite outdated and the front door needed to basically be forced open every time we returned back to the room. The insulation at the balcony sliding door is poor and we happened to go over a particularly cold weekend, so the room was very cold. As a result, we needed to have the AC set to hot for most of our stay. There also aren't any robes or slippers provided, which would have been nice, particularly the slippers as the floor was freezing. The indoor pool, although heated, was still too cold to use as well, but the sauna was great.

Ótima localização apesar dos acessos serem limitados. Excelente pequeno almoço com bastante variedade e tratamento de excelência por parte dos proprietários.

Escapadinha ideal para um fim-de-semana.

Quarto espaçoso e com uma vista incrível para a lagoa. Fomos no inverno e gostámos muito. Perfeito para um fim-de-semana sossegado.

O projetor não conectou com os telemóveis, foi o único inconveniente mas havia filmes guardados por isso tudo ok 😉

Las vistas espectaculares, el entorno muy relajante , tranquilo y con mucha paz, el paisaje precioso. Las instalaciones muy cuidadas y cómodas.

Quizás en invierno debería de estar un poquito mejor aislado del frío porque en las habitaciones se está de maravilla pero en los pasillos y algunas zonas comunes se nota algo de fresco, quitando eso es sitio es una maravilla.

A luz do nosso quarto estava constantemente a ir abaixo. Não me foi explicado como funcionava a banheira de hidromassagem. A banheira de hidromassagem era mais pequena do que esperado.

Excelente recepção. Limpeza, conforto e organização formidáveis. Vista dos quartos incrível. Exterior com pequena quinta onde é possível interagir com os animais. Trilhas para caminhada. Local calmo, ótimo para recarregar energias. Pequeno almoço muito diversificado e completo. E de destacar a simpatia do Sr Carlos e da sua esposa e dos funcionários.

Foi uma estadia excecional.

As 3 noites foram espetaculares, o hotel tem uma vista espetacular para o rio e tem muitas boas condições. Os funcionários foram sempre muito prestáveis e simpáticos. Os 2 jantares que tive foram muito bons, e o pequeno almoço era simplesmente extraordinário também. O hotel está perto de quase todas as atrações que queríamos ver e por isso correu tudo muito bem. Adorei a estadia e espero voltar um dia.

Para quem gosta de sossego, o local ideal para relaxar. Só se ouve o silêncio. Instalações muito limpas, quartos com muita luz e confortáveis, grande varanda com vista deslumbrante, boa cama, colchão e almofadas. Duche com uma pressão de água, que é uma autêntica massagem. Restaurante com uma boa sala, com refeições por marcação, boa confecção dos alimentos. Grande terraço, com bar, mesas, guarda sóis e boa piscina. Staff muito simpático e prestável. Tudo para se passar uns bons dias, e aliviar o stress. Recomendo

Beautiful and quiet! We loved our stay here.

The view from our room was absolutely beautiful! The river and mountains were beautiful, and with floor-to-ceiling panoramic windows, you could see so much, and even the stars at night! The food was wonderful and staff were very kind. English-only speakers may have difficulty here, as some staff do not speak English, but it's fine if you're willing to use google translate.

We happened to be there on a day where the heat was at a record high, and the power grid had a hard time supporting all of the lights and air conditioning units going at the same time. The breakers would switch every minute or so, and sometimes the air conditioning in our room wouldn't come back on by itself. The road down to the hotel is a very steep, narrow and winding one-way road, a couple of the corners were a little scary with how blind they were.

Great view over Cavado river and the mountains

Everything was just really nice. The hosts are super friendly and helpful, the rooms are amazingly big and comfortable, we enjoyed the private jacuzzi. From our terrace, the pool and the dining area, the view is just fantastic. Food was also good, and from the hotel, there are so many nice hikes to go to before relaxing at the pool.

Amazing views, great staff and lots to see and do in the area.

Brilliant views, room was clean and the view from the balcony excellent. Very generous breakfast and dinner was good to, liked the ability to pre-order by phone. Staff were really friendly, pool a good size and clean.

Beautiful location, amazing rooms, great food.

If I had to say something I didnt like, it would be that the shower pressure is a bit weak and since I have very thick hair its frustrating to wash it. The path to enter the hotel is also very tricky, but doable.

Great place that needs a bit of improvement!

Stunning view, very clean. Staff is super friendly and amazing places for walks/hikes around! Breakfast was the best! So many options, just the coffee is not great and the orange juice was not natural.

The room was a bit cold, radiators don't work so have to use AC to warm it up. The food menu is awful for vegetarians, I ate the plant based meatballs and I barely touched it, taste wasn't nice, it was frozen veggies with pasta. The shower didn't warm up, tried to call reception and they wouldn't pick up and because we were rushing to check out, we didn't want to go outside.
