I liked that it is big enough to fit my family.

The person whom I spoke to said parking is included yet we paid when we go in and out. Parking fee was expensive too. Doesn’t make any sense!

HAVE TO CANCEL FOR REFUND AS PLACE IS DISGUSTING! Waiting for reply from booking website

I have to refund it and until now still waiting for the reply from booking.com as I spoke to the owner. The place is disgusting and nothing as being said in the description in the website. This is scam.

When we enter the property, the doorknob is broken. There is cockroach in the toilet. The toilet flush is not working. The place is dirty and smelly. Overall disgusting. PLEASE DO NOT SCAM PEOPLE!!! WAITING FOR MY REFUND AS THIS PLACE IS SCAM!

The surrounding not so looking good... It is dirty to look at.. I think the whole building need to be repaint and put any wall decorations that can attract the guests.

Should be renovated because so dirty to look at especially the wallings.

The building is scary and feels unsafe in case of fire or earthquake. The bathroom is unclean.

The owners are friendly & accomodating.

I like the easy access of grocery supplies at the 7th floor. I appreciate the help of the staff esp in transfering our things up & down the floor. And the kids love the convenience of the location near the coffee shops... and also the availability of the pool.

Unfortunately, the hot shower was not working in our room during our stay.

Load music at night due to a bar behind us. Couldn't find a key to the room due to poor communication.

GREAT EXPERIENCE WITH MAXIMUM VALUE

The room is big and it was clean, spacious and amenities. You can cook with utensils. The view was great.

The security who approach us in the pool area. He is quite rude as if we cant pay the pool entrance.

it was a big family group of more than 20 and it wasn’t coordinated appropriately that two rooms weren’t cleaned yet, they were given keys to all 3 units and laid down and rest thinking the room was already cleaned but then a few hrs after they were told they still have to cleaned the rooms. They also had to transfer from 1 floor to the other because it wasn’t properly communicated that the higher floors were not yet cleaned.

Big room spaces, really fitted for big family Able to cook and very handy as there’s sari-sari store next door. Friendly host.

The whole condo building looks old, needs to be repainted perhaps. Aircon wasn’t working well.

The area is within the City.

The booking was made on April 27-30, 2023. The owner is poor in customer service. I booked the room when I was outside the country for a family vacation, 7 adults and a minor of 15y.o. It shows in the booking.com app that rooms are available and it didn't specify for some reason that the owner has different units in the building, some have rooms and some are flats. It was disappointing when we arrived that the unit is flat and the 8 of us will stay in a small area. The ads says there are 5 bedrooms that are available, and it was really misleading. The caretaker was asking for an apology and called the owner and to my dismay the owner was rude. He arrogantly explained how he set it up in the booking.com app and won't listen to me as his customer. It seems that he was pointing that it was my fault when I booked it on the same app & did not select the correct option. I just did the filter of 7 adults & a minor and all photos showed up as one for Obaid's Condo at Winland Towers. The description that Mr. Obaid was trying to tell me was not showing up when I booked it a month ahead about those units that have rooms and their rates. The owner was not willing to compromise so I told him that I will get another room. He checked his bookings and said they're fully booked, they have 1 room available but after a few days we will have to leave the room because someone booked them on a certain date which is inconvenient if we will transfer from one room to another.. We decided to stay on the flat they've reserved for us but it was really uncomfortable. It serves as a lesson especially when you are booking internationally. Be cautious of this kind of businessman.

We're out for 80-90 percent of the time and when we're at the room, we sleep ( I work though T_T )

View is great! Room was huge. It's clean when we arrive. CR, heater, Aircon, TV and wifi work. Bonus is that you can cook :) Very accessible and is at the heart of the city.

The room was great but the building itself is kinda old. It could really use a facelift or a make over :p
