Todo, el lugar es excelente, tiene todo lo que necesitas y más a un buen precio, no estará en el centro, pero tiene una estación de tranvía cerca que te puede llevar al centro o al aeropuerto.
4.5 / 5.0
The apartment is very comfortable and well equipped.
Location is very good, so close to the tram.
The car park is very handy, even though the entrance is narrow and a bit scary, but we managed even with our big car (Qashqai).
Owner is very nice and sends lots of info.
Nothing to do with the property, but don’t go to the Rozafa restaurant nearby, they’re expensive and not very honest.

Size of the apartment is great, also the apartment is good equipped. Air conditioning is in the main living kitchen area and one of the bedrooms.
Shower needs an update

Nice apartment, good location.
Terrible aircon. Never saw the host. Difficult to find apartment. Ridiculously narrow driveway to the parking space.

Location near city metro.
Apartment was a little warm.
2.5 / 5.0
close to airport.
close to the tram downtown.
Mattresses were comfy.
The housekeepers arrived at 10 instead of 11 and they insisted our checkout was 10. They were very rude to us.
Tile in shower needs to be cleaned with bleach to remove mold.
No instructions to operate coffee pots. One of them does not work.
No instructions to operate fan and A/C unit.
No list of nearby restaurants, mini markets or bakeries nearby.
No helpful hints list.

Amazing location with the tram line straight into the city just a few minutes’ walk away. Everything you could possibly need in the kitchen and plenty of storage space in the bedrooms. The private gated parking is a great benefit too to provide some extra security if you need to leave anything in the car.
Lovely apartment with lovely hosts, and could not be easier to get into the city. We only stayed one night but could easily have spent a week here!
Thank you 😊
The only fault we could find was that the air conditioning in the bigger bedroom was not working but the rest was perfect! 😊

The property was in top condition and the host obviously is trying hard to provide every possible facility. Alexa controls lighting, vacuum cleaner and tv. The host has very useful tips spread across the house. Perfect pillows and mattress

The apartment is clean and well-decorated with a lot of amenities. The host was nice and responsive. He even showed up to drive me to the airport at an ungodly hour.
The descriptor of "free shuttle" is deceptive. The host is counting the city tram as a shuttle. However, getting to and from an unfamiliar tram system while lugging suitcases is not the same as an airport-to-hotel shuttle drop off. We paid a taxi to drop us off at the hotel instead of taking the tram. It cost 14 euros. The host did take me to the airport when I needed to leave (before the tram started running at 6 something).
The hotel is not in the touristy part of Florence, and we didn't find it particularly easy to get to downtown Florence from the hotel. The instructions say it's only a short tram ride to the city center. But Google maps says its 30 minutes. We took a taxi there as well. (UBER is not common in Italy. Not speaking Italian, we had a bit of difficulty calling taxi companies for pickup.)

Very close to the airport and taxi service right beside the building, coffee available, close to train station, Andrea very prompt with responses
Very small elevator for hauling all the luggage up to 6th floor.

Parking was tight but free. Host provided very detailed instructions for checking in & parking, which was great. Location is also easily accessible to the tram, and convenient to the airport. Overall value is good.
Unit was a bit tight for 3 adults so it would probably be even more tight for 4 people (unless they were kids). Would have been nice to have a bit more shampoo/soap available too.
4.0 / 5.0
The place was clean and comfortable.
I was mislead that a free shuttle was available to the airport. Transportation to the airport was via the tramway which was not free and does not work for older people with luggage

The apartment is super nice and cosy, located a bit from city center therefore it's quiet and calm. Host is friendly and available for any kind of information.

It was clean and convenient to tram line.

Comfortable beds.
There was mildew in the shower walls and the toilet bowel needs a good scrub.

The apartment was big, the beds were cozy. We also appreciated the free coffee and filtered water (brita). The rest of the amenities were great too.

- perfect location
3.0 / 5.0
Location was great. 20ish minute tram ride to city center and 5 minutes to the airport. Apartment was roomy. The host did allow us to check in earlier than 4pm which was very nice. Host was also very responsive. Easy check-in.
The bathroom smelled slightly of urine. The shower was clogged. Lastly, although this is not the hosts fault, there was a wind storm which prevented us from sleeping just due to the sheer noise from the wind hitting the building.

The detailed information provided to enjoy all the amenities and how the property owner communicated with us whenever we needed help. A very pleasant and worth staying place. The entrance to the parking is small, so using a small car is best for it to enter freely.

Great location for someone that needs to stay outside the city center; private parking and easy self check-in and check-out. The flat is equipped with everything you need and has even a surprise: the beer doser! Loved the idea!
Andrea is a great host and provides with excellent tips for Florence from restaurants, places to see and transportation...really great!
4.0 / 5.0
The apartment itself was incredible, comfortable beds, lots of facilities such as washer and coffee machine. Beautiful and comfortable
The location is out of the city centre, however easy to take a tram. But there were no supermarket or easy restaurants to eat at nearby which made it difficult to get something to eat. And the shower was not functional for the first day
