I loved everything,it's neat and has a good city view💯

It was clean. Everything is near to complete but all is good 😊

The aircon is kinda dusty that it didn't expect much cold.

Clean, nice and a comfortable stay. All we need is there.

The owner is easy to talk to. And the place is clean. My sister and my niece really like this cute place. Would love to stay there again.

It was awesome!

I love how comfortable the place was, and how malls and fast foods were so close to it that I had no problem getting there and finding fun places to visit even if it was our first time being on the area. The rooms was so clean when we arrived too and the neighbors were quiet. So if you were out with your family all day enjoying the city so much and finally calls it a day and return to the place to rest, you’ll be able to sleep perfectly.

The parking space, although the room is perfect, the parking space is not enough for everyone around.(You’ll have to park maybe around 10meters away from the premises, if nothing is available outside the building.)

Overall good experience. Very good location. Comfortable room.

Good location – easy access to restaurants and attractions. Value for money. Complete appliances and amenities. Ample beddings for the family.

Wi-fi (Globe) was a bit slow. Smart/PLDT had better signal in the location. Sliding door in the back was a little difficult to open.

The guard in the reception seem to be unhelpful, no interest to assist guest when ask. Try also to check and clean the aircon.

It's nice condo/apartment but needs to improve the bed.

I like the simplicity of the room and overlooking view. It's complete. The location is just near the Capitol Lagoon Park, Fast Food Resto, Ayala Mall etc. You won't get bored because there's wifi connection, Netflix and YouTube. They also offer swimming pool access. Although, we weren't able to experience it because we need to take some rest before our flight back to Manila.

The bed, specifically, pillows and duvet cover were a bit disappointing for us. The pillow smells really bad. It smells like sweat of a person or "amoy kulob" which I already informed to the owner. The owner responded quickly and changed the pillows right away. However, it still stinks. I think they need to wash and dry the bedsheet, pillows and duvet cover because the germs are buidling up there. I've seen ants inside the room even though we didn't eat our dinner there.

Superb

Very nice, clean and comfy flat,well equipped and good size!Also, very convenient location! Staff was very happy to help and even when I asked for hair dryer they manage to get me one straight away!
