the location was nice.

the AC made sound of a tractor in a field and we couldn't sleep the night. the room was basic clean but the additional sheets and pillows were dirty. there was no legmat outside of the bathroom. the room had a mouldy smell to it. Tad bit disappointed.

Probably a very nice option to stay in the warm season, not outside of this one

The room it has a corner with a mini kitchen, with refrigerator, microwave oven, washbasin and worktop; Additional in the room you have a table; The room it has a functional AC for heating or cooling and a big TV (but it receive only a few Bulgarian channels with bad image quality); The Wi-Fi network it was ok; The room has big balcony, but without any view (the balcony of my room it was in the basement); The hotel is very close to the sea and most probably some rooms it has a great view directly to the sea; The hotel is in a very quiet area not at the main road.

In the room it was very cold, I used the AC to heat-up till sleep, but over the night it got cold again; In the bathroom isn't any possibility to warm-up; The guest house isn't very easy to find, it doesn't exist any banner or text at the entrance (I discovered it helped by the host instructions and a neighbor).

The aparthotel is located nearby the old town and has balconies facing the Black Sea. The view is spectacular. The rooms were large and neat.

Quiet, comfortable and furnished to a high standard. We had a great stay thanks.

The booking.com map location pin is not correct. It's about 50 metres away down the hill on the coast. You will need to lookup the address.

Superb

The place is situated near by the see, just a few steps away. When you wake up you can hear the waves. Room was nice and tidy, bed comfortable.

I would suggest the host to pay much more attention to cleanliness, and it wouldn't hurt to know EN.

The host accommodated me before the standard check-in time. The view of the rocks and the sea is very good. Internet speed is ok, it is possible to work remotely.

After I made the reservation, the host gave me a different address than the one specified. The host does not speak English or Russian, as was specified in the description. The film on the table was dirty, the walls need repainting. Obviously, the level of cleanliness is poor. There is no shower cabin, or at least something to keep the water from flowing into the bathroom. Usually, at least two towels are provided, I received only one.

I will never go again! I dont recommend!

I like the location and the view.

When we arrived we had a for three days but they had been mistaken the dates, we asked gently just to change the dates but they refused. They took our money for three days and make us leave on the second one! The lady i spoke, maybe the manager, told me that she cant do anything but she cant give me my money back. She was very arrogant and rude. The room was not really clean and the lock of the door did not worked.

Good place, the host needs to do more in terms of parking and training staff on appropriate behaviour.

Great location, very close to the beach, and 10 minutes walk to the city centre. Wonderful balcony view of the sea from first line, comfortable beds, nice room setting. Ideal for a short trip to the seaside, even a longer one.

Parking is a big issue, there are no available parking spaces for the accommodation, the host does not arrange that for you, the nearest parking is full, the only one available was about 15-20 minutes walking distance, and costs 10lv for a full 24 hours, so luggage transfer to the room and back is not ideal. There are no toiletries apart from toilet paper. There is only one kettle for hot water for the entire floor, therefore in order to get it, a member of staff unlocked our door with the key in the lock on the inside while we were within the room, which was extremely concerning and inappropriate. Privacy is a must and you can’t have staff opening your door and walking in without your consent.

The only good thing about this guest house was the location.

No cleaning service during the whole week! I asked for second pair of towels and never got them. The room had very bad smell.
