Beautiful location to explore Lake Como

Wow! We loved our stay here! The location was brilliant! Close to all major attractions and within walking distance of train station&buses! The suite we stayed in was well equip and nothing was too much trouble if we needed anything. It was clean, modern and the shutters were just the thing for the best nights sleep! The staff were AMAZING! So friendly, accommodating and always on hand! The breakfast staff in particular deserve a special mention-not only were they welcoming, service with a smile whilst serving up delicious, plentiful food, they always took the time to chat and find out about you and your stay and if you needed anything else!! Would recommend this accommodation to anyone who wishes to explore Lake Como and the surrounding area! We definitely want to go back!

All I would say is perhaps mention in the information that the property is accessed via 2 steep sets of steps. This wasn’t a problem for us but if needed more accessibility then this would help!

A gorgeous Italian property only a short stroll to the heart of Como

A beautiful property with so much character and attention to small details. Our room was huge with a cute balcony and views over the town. The shared areas - kitchen, pool, outdoors and sitting room - were clean, stylish and functional. The breakfast and complimentary sweets were delicious!

I didn't mind the short uphill stroll from the centre of town to the property, but it may not be suitable for everyone.

Gepflegtes Hotel in guter Lage

Die Auswahlmöglichkeiten beim Frühstück waren sehr gut und es war alles sehr lecker zubereitet und liebevoll angerichtet. Da das Hotel nicht so groß ist, hatten wir den Pool an zwei Tagen komplett für uns, was sehr angenehm war. Es gibt aber genügend Liegemöglichkeiten falls doch auch andere Gäste da sind. Die vielen Sitzmöglichkeiten draußen sind sehr schön. Das Zimmer war geräumig, besonders gefallen, haben uns die Memory Foam Kissen. Die Dusche ist sehr gut. Es war alles in einem sehr guten, gepflegten Zustand. Es war ein abgeschlossener Parkplatz vorhanden, kostet allerdings extra. Der Fußweg in die Stadt und zum See ist kurz, trotzdem ist man weit genug außerhalb um nicht allzu viel Lärm zu haben.

Die Zimmer sind ziemlich hellhörig, man hat die Straße und andere Gäste im Treppenhaus recht laut gehört. Weitere Ablageflächen (Haken, Regale, mehr Kleiderbügel) wären schön. Die Beschilderung bzw. die Anweisungen vor Anreise mit dem Auto könnten etwas deutlicher sein. Wenn man Pech hat, gibt es eventuell keinerlei Haltemöglichkeit in der Nähe mit dem Auto bis man den Schlüssel für das Tor bekommt.

Sehr schönes Haus. Sehr zentral. Auf jeden Fall weiter zu empfehlen!

Sehr sauber! Modern zweckmäßig aber trotzdem charmant. Anstrengender Aufstieg aus der Stadt aber durch die Treppe kurz.

Das man nur die kleinen halbhohem Tische zum frühstücken hat. Das Konzept sich alles auszusuchen und kein Buffet anzubieten fand ich aber wirklich toll. Man sollte aber täglich gefragt werden. Morgen hat man vielleicht Lust auf etwas anderes als heute.

Greatest hotel in the Como area

The location was great. Only a 20 minute walk from the train station or a 10 minute bus ride & 10 minute walk. And we walked to dinner on the water which was only about 10 minutes away. The hotel called a cab for us to the train station and it was only $13, which we should have done both there and back. Giada at the front desk was so accommodating and chatting with Elisabetta on WhatsApp was so convenient! The breakfast staff we also fantastic and they stored our luggage for us after check-in which was so nice of them. I wish we had been able to spend more time there! If I go back to Lake Como I will certainly stay here again!

Exceptional

The property was beautiful we spent a lot more time around the pool because of how peaceful and enjoyable it was. The room was massive and was comfortable with everything you needed. The breakfast was the nicest we have had in Italy, we loved that you could choose your order the day before and that you could eat outside. We throughly enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend it to others.

Splendid hotel in Como.

The hotel is beautiful. Our room was spotless and roomy. It had a lovely balcony overlooking the pool. There was plenty of coffee, tea, towels etc. There were seperate towels for the pool. Loads of space for hanging clothes. A container of toiletries in the bathroom. Shower is really powerful and huge. Bed was also huge. Really clean smart place. It is in a really quiet area too. Staff are exceptional. Breakfast was plentiful and very tasty. Loads of choices. Pool is small but really nice especially when you have it to yourself. Lovely touches here, like the basket with suncream if you've forgotten your own. Drinks and sweets laid out for you when you return in the evening. Really thoughtful. I would totally recommend staying here.

A modern oasis in Como.

Breakfast served on our private terrace, the pool to ourselves and the welcoming and helpful staff.

Exceptional

There is bus directly from the Como train station to the hotel (the bus stop is just like 5 seconds walk to the main gate). The staff is friendly and helpful to provide any related information. The breakfast is very delicate and nice.
