Igazi pihenés egy gyönyörű tengerparton

A part közelsége, a bár a parton, a nyugalom, mégis a város közepén van.

Néha vízhiány volt, de erről nem a szállás tehet.

Jessica’s was a great find and for the most part we enjoyed our stay

Staff were really friendly and helpful and the beach bar with pool was great

Lacking some basic items like washing up detergent and general cleanliness

It was a nice stay because of the location. No hot water and the cleanliness was not good.

the location was great and the staff was extremely nice. We had a balcony and it was very comfy

The double bed were actually two single beds stuck together, which made sleeping really uncomfortable. We had hot water only one of the six days we stayed, which was really unpleasant. And the room was cleaned only the first day by the staff and in general the hygiene could be improved much.

Horrible! Don't stay here!

- we though we booked at Jessica's Studios but in fact we stayed at Kavos Marina Beach, pictures in Booking might be misleading - dirty room - old blood stains on every sheet and towels we recived - broken shower - wc was so dirty with old fecals on it - no hot water in first 2-3 days - filfty toilet - ants on balcony - dead bugs everywhere in the room - room got cleaned 2 times in our 2 weeks stay - sheets were changed 3 times in our 2 weeks stay - no light in the balcony - toilet that has struggles flushing - water had not pressure, barely flows at the sink - personal left the gates open and the other people comed and party at the pool making noise at 3-4-5 AM - we did not recive our key from the seif in our 2 weeks stay, they said the keys were lost and stolen - beach was covered in seaweed and filled with annoying sellers who come to you and try to sell handmade jewellery all day I dont know how this place can be registered on Booking!

The whole apartment was very dirty. Kitchen was unusable, the cutlery was dirty, there was no sponge or dish soap. The toilet didn't have any soap and had hairs on the floor. The sheets had pale but visible yellow stains all over them. The wardrobe and the shelves were very dusty.

Horrible! Don't stay here!

- close to the beach - pollbar - parking lot if you are lucky, only 2-3 cars can park in the yard.

Good value for money

We stayed in apartment 9, which was spacious and clean. Very big balcony area looking out on to the street. Pool area and beach is a 2 minute walk from apartment, and considering how busy the surrounding area can be, it was actually very quiet and chilled with plenty of free sun loungers. For the price it doesn’t get any better than this. Lovely family run business, and they are all very welcoming and accommodating. No hair dryer in the room but it was supplied when requested.

We arrived at 4am and the apartments are not identifiable with any clear signs.

Exceptional

Comfy bed, good shower, somewhere to keep drinks cool. Short walk to all amenities. Staff where like family. Well lit areas to rooms.

No TV or radio in room. Be nice to listen to a bit of music whilst getting ready.

The people made our stay perfect

The family who owns the accommodation! They were so kind, we had some blessing days and nights with them. Jojo, Made our stay as well very nice, she was always available if something was wrong. The location is really nice, as mentioned it is close at the ‘party’ main street’ but if you will walk to the other side it is quiet and more family focused.

The rooms where not that special as we thought. The shower didn’t had a shower curtain what made the whole bathroom wet. We had to ask for new towels and also toilet paper. I think this could be better if the cleaner was coming everyday instant of once in the week.

Good facilities and great location

Location was great only a 2 minute walk into the centre of town and right next to the beach.

Had a fantastic time

The staff at jessicas was very welcoming giving us a free drink on arrival and also another free drink during our stay. The owners was very nice, they put on a bbq while we was there at €5 per head it was very nice ! Great location close to everything no need for a car! The room it self was very nice with air con also and has everything you could need for a short stay. There a lovely little beach where u can sunbath and also have drinks right next to the pool bar. Overall its a nice little place - the outside looks shabby but the facilities, rooms and friendness makes up for that!

The outside looks a bit shabby but like i say dont judge a book by its cover, its very well run along with fantastic staff and nice rooms.
