Excellent location near the old centre and with views over the sea and Stromboli. Great sized room with balcony with sea views and views of the sun setting over the sea. Nice breakfast setting on communal terrace.
Slightly strange interaction with the owner Andrea - having been messaging him saying that we’d be arriving in ten minutes and him acknowledging that, we then had to call him when there was no answer. He seemed a bit confused that we were there and had to drive to the hotel to let us in. Once he had given us our room key and explained breakfast times to us, that was pretty much the last we saw of him, except for one day when he was trying to clear up the breakfast at about 9 and seemed a little disappointed that we weren’t finished (despite breakfast being 8-10).
The breakfast options available aren’t great…the bread seemed very stale every day, and there were usually fewer pieces than there were guests staying at the hotel. The coffee machine doesn’t work great, but was ok. No kettle or coffee facilities in the room.

Great location in a nice and clean room!
Breakfast could have more options but was still yummy!

Very close to the center of Tropea but still really quiet. Good contact with host for key collection. Nice breakfast on the roof terrace. Room with balcony and view over the neighboring roofs to the sea and to Stromboli.
Unfortunately, the host forgot to provide us with a little something for breakfast on the day of departure... as promised (at 7am).

Excellent stay just a few minutes from the centre of Tropea. Spacious and well maintained room, with daily cleaning. Beautiful terrace with an incredible view of Stromboli and sunset. Ample breakfast and coffee. Very attentive and friendly hosts. We also had the pleasure of going on a boat tour with the host, Andrea - it was a real highlight of our trip!

Great location, Andrea was really sweet, beautiful terrace, nice breakfast. I loved the cleaning service - every evening when we came back, the bed was made in a proper way 😄 it always brought me joy
The room was small but we probably chose the small one when booking (there seemed to be also bigger options) - we had our stuff only in suitcase and it was hard to walk around but when you're planning to spend the day out, it doesn't matter.

Very clean, views from the sea and the stromboli and of sunset from our room from the bed or the balcony in the room.
Just in the center, 2 minutes to reach and 4-5 minutes to go down to the beach.
nice terrace up where you can have the breakfast or you can take some dinner or pizza from outside to eat or drink. Nice views from terrace also, views are not direct to the whole sea, you have a building in front, but you can see the sea and one part of the beach.
Hot water takes long in coming, and at night we got without hot water because probably other rooms use a lot of hot water and it was not anymore.
One recommendation to the owner, better to charge already in the price of the room a bit more but have a nice or proper Italian breakfast.
I felt dissapointed, so many nice products and quality ingredients to be eaten in amazing balcony, but products on breakfast ( juice, croissant, bread, some fruit, cheese, boil ham, cookies..) had very poor quality.
I had to buy the bread and some italian products in order to have ok breakfast.
For the rest was very nice!
Thank you

Those are 3 separate rooms with bathrooms within one apartment. Walls and doors are very thin - which may or may not be a problem for you.
1. Before first night I’ve informed the staff lady, that we skip first breakfast since it starts 8:30 and we have to catch a train early for a trip. But she said they normally come earlier and it’s no problem to eat at 8:00-8:10. Nobody came and we left 8:15. Misleading information caused we didn’t prepare and we had nothing to eat at all.
2. Second and third day the water in the bathroom was cold, imagine how bad it is during cold, rainy weather.
3. The second day breakfast was very bad. Nothing we experienced in Italy the whole life. Buns weren’t fresh, mediocre salami and cheese some not so good looking tomatoes. We weren’t starving, so we gave up after few bites. Simple fresh cornetti and coffee would be enough and much better - there’s a cafe 50 meters from apartment where we ate.
To sum up. Very nice internet promotion, nice PR, great location, beautiful view and catastrophic staff.
PS Main fuse box is near the entrance door - good to know if you use AC and a kettle at the same time.

The location was fantastic, just few stairs away from the city center
Unfortunally we could’t try the original breakfast due to COVID-19 precautions

Near the center. The apartment was clean.
Even if we closed the window was very noisy from outside especially in the evening.
