Go to Wilderness or Greatwolf lodge. Everyone there is nice and welcoming.

No one wanted to work there. A Hispanic lady was yelling rolling her eyes yelling at us when she can just briefy be nice about it and said sorry no parents allow on a kid slide while holding your 2 year old. Nowhere on the kids water park that said no parents allow or an age limit on there. I just thought since my 2 year old really wanted to go on the slide that it’s better if I hold him down the slide rather than him going alone. These workers need to remember that everyone is there for a vacation gateaway. Atleast smile or be welcoming rather than rolling their eyes or talking among eachother.

No one greet you or want to help you. Seems like the worker talk more among each other than working.

loved it for a weekend getaway weekend but wasn't that great of trip

clean room, ok staff, cheap prize

-blankets on beds we not warm enough for fall weather, -bathroom in room was tiny -distance from our hotel room to the park was a long walking distance * if u don't drive , u have to walk far to get in park* - no continental breakfast . - prices were good for it being fall, but during summer u would have to pay alot more than fall .

So much money for nothing Never again my Olympus

1 the TV's in the rooms are VERY SMALL THEY NEED 2 IN THERE IF THEY ARE STAYING THAT SIZE Towels were sticky ! Looked clean but sticky The day me and my family I went out at 9.Am to a back bumper full of cracked paint someone hit my car ...I was told nothing can be done it's a PARKING LOT

It was so much fun

The room was cute and not too many rooms per building so it was quiet. I love how we got into the park for free and free parking. The wristbands are a great idea.

We didn't like how the website didn't tell us that there are multiple buildings and that we wouldn't be staying in a place like the hotel Rome. We also never got replacement towels. We kept putting our towels outside our door and no one put new ones in our room.

Hated it. Drove 5.5hrs and wasted money staying at this “resort”

Absolutely nothing!

We drove 5.5hrs to say here. Nothing in the park was open! The indoor amusement park was closed, over half of the indoor water park was closed. The beds were like sleeping on springy cardboard. I paid over $300 to be close to the park and I ended up being put in a building almost two miles away.

Only one out let in the room, tv microscopic, beds hard as a rock, had to keep calling for towels… 100 gang bangers out front everyday we were there. Looked as if they rented 2 rooms but they took up all the parking spots in the front and had at least 100 guest with them. We had to park far from the door and walk through a crowd just to get in the door. The wrist bands did y work well at all

Pretty fun for a short stay.

Arcade staff were friendly. Air conditioning in the rooms worked great. Indoor theme park was pretty cool

Check in staff were unfriendly- I had a new card due to original card getting hacked and canceled and the staff were not very understanding of that- we asked to confirm our reservation would stay the same and were not answered 3 times. No light in the shower was kind of weird and also the bathroom in general got slippery after a shower. I wish there was a bathtub for my youngest. But not sure if that's because we were put in a handicapped room or what. Bummed the go karts weren't open or the roller coasters Pools were kind of cold 🥶

Was a fine stay until the female staff spied on me and my kid 4 times between the bathroom cracks

I liked that they were my spacious. I like that they upgraded me when they didn’t have my room available so they righted their wrong. I like that they corrected their mistake and helped me out through the way.

I didn’t like that the staff kept spying on me through The bathroom stole several times they’re lucky I actually didn’t call the cops.

Water park was great but rooms need to be updated and padded to cut noise

Location was near the indoor water park. Easy access with bracelet. Plenty of attractions.

Room assigned initially smelled of cigarette smoke. AC was not working. The second room given was ok and clean. Building was old. Corridors were dirty. Room floor, though not dusty, but was dirty. Did not provide bathroom rug and tissue paper. We can hear stepa from the sexond floor and children and other people were running and shouting and playing. It was very niosy! Checkin was in the far end of the property. For us to move to the other eoom, we have to go back to the checkin building to get new keys. Customer service is not easy to communicate with.

Overall good value for the money.

Mt. Olympus is a good value overall for a young family with kids up to 14. We went in winter and the outdoor attractions were closed so we will be back in summer because it looks big and awesome. I wish this resort had more restaurant style dining options. Each room has a good amount of open spaces and a fridge and microwave, which was great for us. We brought a cot we used as a couch area for the kids.

The rooms are dated, but you won't spend much time in them. It would be nice to have a smart TV that chan Chromecast. I wish there were more restaurant style dining options. The attractions also closed too early...7:00 arcades and 9:00 pools.

Stay away from this booking you will be disappointed. I will be calling the WI dep of health.

Nothing went well this trip was a disaster from check in to check out. The directions from the Priceline confirmation page sent me directly to the park vs the off site check in facility. After finding the check in location I was sent to a disgusting room. Upon arrival I found the security door was broken as if someone kicked it in. Got up to the room to find cigarette burns and hair on the sink vanity, cobwebs along the ceiling and a flickering light which was the only light source in the room. Until it burned out leaving my family and I in the dark.

After calling the reservation line and complaining, I was asked to come back to the check in location and was assigned to another room. The second room was a little better than the first one but it smelled like dirty socks. After a long road trip and 2 trips to the check in location we were not going to complain again. I realized that Mt. Olympus has bought all the hotel/motel/ apartment complexes in the immediate area so the rooms weren’t going to be any better. On Saturday we headed to the water park around 6pm and it was disgusting, overcapacity, unsanitary, and my children weren’t allowed to get in the water. I found some employees congregating in a corner and I asked when the last time someone checked the chlorine in the water. One staff laughed and the other said she didn’t know.

Overall I would probably not stay again.

The water park itself was just fine.

It would be nice if even in the lower end rooms. There was actually a coffee pot. That's ridiculous that there's not. The hallways were filthy in both hotel locations we stayed at. we had to be transferred because our building smelled dlike somebodies coat was on- fire. The original room was cute. The transfer room was fine. It never said anywhere online that there were hotel locations that you had to drive to the waterpark & It said no guarantee where you'll be well then you figure no matter, it all going to be in a connected building. All it said was that everything was inside to walk from room to water park. NOT true! Overall I would probably not stay there again.
