Simply beautiful… Apricot Cottage is in a great location, just a short walk to the soft sandy beach, shops and cafes at Port Eynon. Interiors are stylish and beautifully presented offering excellent accommodation for four guests in two bedrooms. This pet friendly property has an enclosed garden and off road parking. 
 
Port Eynon is one of the prettiest coastal destinations on the Gower Peninsular, a popular holiday hotspot with a cafe, shop, restaurant and soft sandy beach. With easy access from Swansea, this area is perfect for a relaxing weekend away at any time of year. 
 
Size: sleeps 4 in 2 bedrooms
Beds: 1 x king size bed, 1 x tywin beds

Open plan lounge, kitchen and diner.
Kitchen area: electric oven, induction hob, dishwasher, microwave, and fridge/freezer.
Lounge: 2 sofas, solid wood furniture, flatscreen TV/DVD, CD player, payphone and an electric flame effect fire.
Dining room : table and chairs for 4 people with French doors leading out onto level garden.
Cloakroom : WC, wash hand basin and washer/dryer.

First Floor

Bedroom 1 : king size bed, dressing table, built-in wardrobes, wall-mounted flatscreen TV.
Ensuite: bath, shower cubicle, WC and wash hand basin.
Bedroom 2 : twin beds, dressing table with wall mounted TV, built-in wardrobes. 


Ensuite: shower, WC, wash hand basin. 
Entertainment:  flatscreen TV/DVD, CD player.
Outside: rear fully secure, level garden with patio and lawned area, garden furniture.
For families : travel cot and high chair available.


Parking: parking for 1 car at the front of the cottage.

 

General : changeover day - Saturday. Oil CH. Bed linen and towels provided. WiFi. Payphone. 5 star rating. 
Pets : 2 dogs welcome. Note - you will need to pay an additional pet fee and you must not leave dogs unattended in the property.
Accidental Damage Deposit: you may need to pay an Accidental Damage Deposit or Accidental Damage Deposit Waiver for this property. Where applicable we will contact you in good time before your holiday with further details and to take payment.
Notes : no smoking. There is an electric car charging port available at this property. You will need to use the QR code to download the app to pay for what electric you use.
